These run HUGE. I first ordered the 3, then swapped for the 1 which fit. So ... order two sizes down. You'll need it not only in the waist but also in the length, which runs long in the 3. Once I got the size right I enjoyed these. They're sort of like advanced yoga lounge pants. Comfy, a little nicer than your average pair of sweats or joggers.

I got the suggested size for my usual 2-4 and it was HUGE. Ended up renting the size that corresponds to being a size 0 and it's still loose. Material is only ok.
