I rented this dress because there was a discount code where I could rent the necklace of my choice with any rental and I thought it would highlight the necklace. It did that, but it was also even better than I had expected. The material is fairly heavy and kind of like grosgrain ribbon, and was perfect for a holiday party. I was surprised though by how short it was. With the bubble skirt it was hard for me to sit down without exposing anything. Shoshanna generally runs a little larger, so I rented a 2 and a 0 and chose the 2, but the zero would have been ok too (To give you an idea, I'm a 4 in Catherine Malandriano, but a 2 in Milly and Nanette Lapore). Overall, dress was a huge success, and made me look like I had barbie's body. Caution, narrow skirt makes dancing a little tricky, and you have to take small steps!

This was the first dress I ordered from rtr and I was so happy with it,it will not be my last. When I first got it I was a little unsure of the shape. I am usually between a 2 and 4 and ordered both, the 2 fit much better. I got lots of compliments. The color is little darker in person, and even has more blue to it. It was very fun dress and I felt great in it! I would suggest wearing it with a statement necklace.

This dress was perfect for a party I had over the Thanksgiving holidays. The dress is very true to size. The skirt is very full yet structured.
