Rented this dress for my engagement pictures. Got the size 8, but didn't get a backup since they didn't have a 10 available on the date I needed it. The 8 fit, but was a little tight. Would have been nice to have the 10 just for a tiny bit more room. The dress photographed beautifully and was a great choice! The process was so simple too, I'm already planning my next rental!

This dress was perfect for the wedding I was in! It was a little more conservative than I usually go with but was SO very pretty, a little sexy with the sheer lace back and very comfortable. The material under the lace and lace itself was just thick enough to keep shape perfectly through out a 14 hour day. The details and lengths of sleeves, neckline, bottom were all perfect and extremely flattering. Im small busted and sometimes shoulders and neckline slip down, but never had to worry about tugging on the top to adjust it. There was no stretch, but the cut had enough room to fit my curves comfortably and was able to dance the night away! The sleeves concerned me at first (I work out so were a little tight) but by careful sliding them up into position they fit perfectly and didn't move all night! I wore a Nubra from target and was perfect, since there's boning in the dress and a little more fitted on top than in the skirt, it comfortably stay but as well! The back was gorgeous!!!! I think this dress would make anyone feel effortlessly beautiful! Will add a pic of the back once I get one! Definitely another winner! :)

I love this dress. It was sent as a back up after one size of my original dress order wasn't available. I wore it to a charity dinner. I'm a 34DD and was worried about not wearing a bra. Without the bra, I felt a little squished and flat so what I did was put a strapless bra on with the back straps tucked into the cups. That gave me more shape and lift. There was significant cleavage but the lace covering it kept it classy instead of trashy. I loved the lace back. Length was perfect for me (5'7"). My trouble area is my stomach. I loved how the dress was fitted but not skin tight on my stomach. Would order this one again.

I rented this dress for my sister to wear to my cousins wedding in Canada. We were worried about the rent dates and if it would arrive on time and if the dresses would get ruined during the journey. The arrival time said it would arrive by 8pm and it arrived exactly at 8pm so don't bank on the hope that the dress will arrive a little earlier. The dress was a perfect fit for my sister, she looked radiant, really comfortable in her skin, and confident all day and night.

I ordered both the 0 & 2 and wore the 0. The fit was absolutely perfect. No bra needed with the bodice support. I'm 5'2" and the length was perfect. I danced all night long in it. Perfect for an evening wedding. My bust size is 34C, 99lbs.

Nice quality dress. I wore a nude colored bra with clear straps and you couldn't see a thing through the lace.

I am usually a 6 and the 6 fit perfectly. The bodice is structured enough that I felt comfortable without a bra. I am 5'4" and the bottom of the lace hit about 3-4" above my knee. The dress was really comfortable and pretty.

I wore the dress to an evening work holiday party. Perfect for this semi-formal affair. Didn't want to look overdressed. It was classy and wore some sparkle. Great for small chest. Dress has a nice lining. Would rent again

I am usually a size 4 pant but size 6 dress because my bust is a 34C so I was worried this would be too tight in the chest and I wouldn't be able to breathe all night. I ordered the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 4. I didn't have to wear a bra with it either and I felt held in all night. Very comfortable dress and I received many compliments all night! I would highly recommend this dress!

The 4 fit perfectly and I was able to comfortably wear this dress without a bra - the bodice is supportive enough to go without. I am very small up top though and the dress was very fitted, I imagine girls with larger busts might not find it as comfortable. The lace back is discreet enough but sexy. I got so many compliments.

This dress is a winner in every way. The lace is gorgeous, the fit is super flattering and the back is to die for! I did not feel a need for a bra, but would have liked one for a bit more "oomph", but in no way a deal breaker. The sleeves had a teeny bit of stretch, however the dress itself did not. I ordered the 6 and 8. I put on the 8 first and it fit so perfectly I didn't even bother with the 6. I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat. My husband agrees!

I ordered this in a size 4 and a size 6. The lace is not at all stretchy - so somewhat limited arm movement, and the slip underneath the lace had a habit of riding up. The arms on the 4 were bigger than on the 6 so I went with that size. All in all I was very happy with the dress & received lots of compliments on the fit & style.

Everyone loved this dress! The picture doesn't do it justice. It was just the right length and I loved the see thru lace on the back. It was also extremely comfortable. However - I would not recommend this dress for anyone with large busts. I am a B cup and went bra-less and it was fine. The top is rather tight and would be difficult for larger busts. Overall - this was a great rental! May rent for a 2nd time for another wedding coming up.

This was the perfect dress for an evening out. Was a little nervous when RTR did not have a back up size for me but my normal size was a perfect fit. There is enough lining that you do not have to wear a bra with this dress (and the back is see through so you wouldn't want to!) and it was comfortable to wear for the evening. Many compliments!

I'm so glad I decided to rent this dress! I love it!!!! I especially love how there's a build in bustier so I don't have to worry about what bra to wear & it holds everything it!! And thanks again for the great service RTR!!!!

I had originally rented a different dress for a wedding and ended up not liking it at all. Customer service was AMAZING!!! They overnighted me this dress and it arrived with plenty of time to spare. It was a knock-out. I received so many compliments all night, especially about the back of the dress. Plan on going bra-less. I typically wear between a 2 and a 4, but a 2 was all that was available at such late notice. It fit, but I could have worn the 4 because it was a touch tight. I was shocked at how much I loved this dress, and would definitely rent it again!!

Sizing: I think I'm on the larger end of the size 6-8 spectrum so I ordered a 6 and an 8. I tried on the 8 and it fit well, but I was worried about not being able to wear a bra (usually a 34D or 32DD) and it was a little loose. I'd read other reviews saying you didn't have to wear a bra. You really don't if the top is snug enough. I tried on the 6 and it was a little snug (more form fitting than tight) and it was perfect. There is boning inside the dress, but there are not underwire cups. Think of it like a corset - no support for the girls, but they'll be held in place. There is very little, if any, stretch in the dress. Keep that in mind. I'm pretty short so the placement of the waist was a concern but I'm so glad I took a chance on this dress. The waist hit where it was supposed to, and everything else just seemed to fit perfectly. You would've thought I'd spent $500+ on the dress and tailoring, it looked made for me. The length was fantastic - most short dresses hit my knees or below and this was above the knee like it should've been. Overall look: If I could afford this dress at retail price, I'd buy it. This dress can make anyone look stunning. It's sexy without being slutty. There is a lace overlay, it's not a lace-printed fabric, and that just makes the dress look that much more expensive. I rented it with a gold clutch and a pair of gold earrings (that I ended up not wearing because I felt it was too much with the dress - just my personal preference). You can't go wrong with this dress.

I realize this photo isn't the most helpful, but I don't have a full-body shot from this night. The dress is incredibly flattering. I would certainly rent it again. In fact, I almost bought it after renting it I loved it so much. The top is form fitting, but the bottom is not - there's plenty of wiggle room for sitting and dancing. I highly recommend it!

A little tricky if you want to wear a real bra under it, which I did with a nice black bandeau, but would look to try to go backless next time to get the full features of the dress. Nice length to feel like you're at a party while still being fairly conservative. Same goes for the neckline, sleeve length was great and comfortable.

I got this dress as a back up dress for a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding and liked it way better than the dress I was originally suppose to wear. I absolutely loved it. The open back lace was beautiful, I felt so pretty in it and all the wedding party loved it. There is a kind of a corset like structure in the dress so you don't have to wear a bra which is awesome, but the tip of the corset kept pocking out near my arm pit which was annoying because it was white and you could kind of see it through the black lace, but it didn't bother me too much I just pushed it back in. The dress reminded me of Julia Roberts in Pretty Women when she gets a makeover and wears a black lace cocktail dress to dinner...come on you girls remember that right? haha. RENT THIS DRESS! Ill post photos soon its not letting me upload them right now.

The 0 fit but the shoulders were a little tight on the sleeve. Since I wanted to be able to dance and move at the wedding I went with the 2 to give myself someone arm room. The length is great, and the fit throughout the body is flattering but not form fitting. The back makes the dress sexy, but conservative! Loved this dress and my boyfriend would not stop raving about how wonderful it looked on me!

Fit is true to size and a great length.

I received many compliments on this dress! The top of the dress was a little tight even with a small chest, so I wore the bigger size since I knew I would be dancing in it/easier to move in the bigger size. Overall great dress!

Overall I loved this dress! I'm 5'10" (1/2") so it was a concern of mine to find a dress that was long enough but this was a great length. I was surprised that the lace is stiffer than it looks in photos (but in a nice, expensive way) The top was structured enough that I got away without a bra. I was super comfortable all night. I rented the bracelet I'm wearing too because I was a couple dollars short of getting the $25 off promotion and it actually worked out with the dress. It was my first time using RTR and it was all so easy breezy I will definitely use it again.

The fit on this dress was simply fine for me. It could have been more fitted but I'm usually a four and they only had a six so I'm positive if I had the proper size it wouldn't be an issue. The lace detailing is just stunning. Compliments were abundant all evening! It's very comfortable to move, walk, dance around ect. The length is nice, I'm 5'9" and it was about mid thigh for me. Overall, this is a dress I would absolutely purchase and add to my wardrobe collection. It's a timeless, elegant staple fit for any age or body type.

I loved this dress! The Lace arms and back are what makes this dress so beautiful. I found this dress to be both classy and sexy. I tried on the 6 at first, it fit well, but the sleeves and underarms were a little tight, So I sized up to the 8. I wanted to be sure to be comfortable because I would be in this dress all day. There is a built in corset, so a bra isn't needed (which is perfect for the back of this dress) I would definity rent/recommend this dress. My favorite rental so far.

This dress definitely ran true to size. I typically wear a 0. I was worried because of the reviews, so I went with a 2, and ended up having to get a 0 last minute. The ladies in customer service at RTR get a gold star. I was so well taken care of. This whole experience was FANTASTIC!

Great for full-chested ladies! Support/boning inside meant no need for a bra. As many others have said, you may want to size up for comfort. The 6 was perfect, and wasn't too tight even after eating.

I wore this to a wedding and got compliments all night about how classy it was - from teenagers to old ladies! It was very comfortable and has boning in the bodice so I didn't need to wear a bra. The back is a lace panel so it's a little fun and edgy, and the neckline was so gorgeous I didn't think I needed to wear a necklace. I seriously considered buying this dress, I loved it so much! Would definitely borrow again!!

I wore this to a black tie optional cotillion and it was absolutely perfect. Because the top has supportive boning, I was able to go without a bra while being completely comfortable. It felt a little short when I sat down, but not so much that I felt uncomfortable. I got compliments throughout the night.
