I wore this to a cocktail party. The dress was the perfect length short, but not too short. I thought it ran a little on the small size and wore the 4 rather than my normal 2. Loved the pockets! It was very comfortable.

The 2 was a bit tight in the rib cage, but the 4 wasn't tight enough and made me look boxy. This dress is awesome and I received many compliments! The pockets were awesome for my phone.

This dress was fantastic for a fall wedding. Fit was wonderful and fabric was breathable. The color was very flattering and easy to accessorize. I received so many compliments on this dress! The lining had been stretched out a bit and peeked out below the hem-- I fixed it with hem tape. You can wear this with a regular bra-- always a plus!

Fit just as expected and keeps its shape well. Up close it contains gold thread which was a fun way to make it a little snazzier! Overall, loved the fit - it is a little shorter than most dresses, but I wanted that.

It fit perfectly for my body type and I even got to wear my appropriate size! It's definitely a winter dress.

Beautiful colors and the hint of silver shine was perfect. Can be dressed up or down. Better for winter season I think. Fit true to size but waist had no stretch so after a big dinner it felt tight at the waist.

The dress was a fantastic blue color with a metallic thread throughout. The fit was great as I'm a classic pear and much smaller on top with a bit more in the hips. The skirt had plenty of room and pockets (I didn't use, but they were a nice feature). I added a little black belt and wore dark tights. The material is heavier and perfect for winter and does not wrinkle. This was a great choice and I highly recommend it.

I don't want to return this dress! I wore this to an event and got tons of compliments. The fabric is great- just the right amount of sparkle and doesn't wrinkle! It can easily be more dressed up too. I would definitely rent again!

This dress is very cute, and I was so thrilled I rented it for a pre-wedding welcome event. The pockets are adorable, and the skirt has a surprising amount of volume. The zipper was tricky, but no problem once someone helped me out. I was even able to wear a regular bra with this -- I was sure I'd need to wear one with crossed straps! Be aware that the shiny threading definitely reads more green than silver in person. No surprise, since my legs are shorter, but this dress was definitely longer on me than it appears on the model. I wish I had a picture of me wearing it!

I am currently in between two sizes and ended up wearing the size smaller because it fit better overall. Was a little tight in the chest but fit perfectly everywhere else!

I felt (and looked) so fabulous in this dress. It's a stunning blue color palate, more so than in pictures. It had pockets, it was flattering, comfortable material. The ONLY downside I can even think of is that it is nearly impossible to zip up on your own, so make sure someone is around to help! 10/10 recommend!

The fit of this dress was perfect on me. It hit right at the waist and the pockets are always a wonderful touch. The fabric is gorgeous. More embroidered than a flat pattern and the metallic thread is a vibrant teal in person. There is also pretty black piping on the waist line as well as the sleeves. Perfect weight and it kept it's shape the whole night.

I loved wearing this dress! I wore it for a photo shoot this summer and honestly think it's so cute. I'd probably rent it again, but next time for a winter event with tights and a funky shoe. Really comfy, has a little sparke and next time I'd wear a funky necklace!

I wore this for a graduation. It was great! I got compliments from so many strangers as the colors are much more vibrant than in pictures. The fabric is kind of heavy, but it wasn't too much for an outdoor ceremony. I would rent this again.

Loose fit on the bottom so since I'm smaller on top I went a size down and it was perfect. So comfortable all night, and it has pockets!! It is more blue/ black than the photo.

I was working an opening for work (which is casual cocktail attire but has to also be conservative and comfortable) and this dress was perfect. I received a ton of compliments, it was very comfortable and conservative but still fun! It does run big. I am usually a size 6 and ordered a 6 and an 8 and both were too big. RTR was amazing and sent me a size 4 the day of the event. Would 100% recommend this dress and RTR

I am a RTR newbie, and am planning to use the system for an upcoming fundraising gala. But I wanted to try it out first, so I rented this gorgeous dress and it was a hit! I wore it to a family wedding, and literally 3 complete strangers stopped to tell me that they love the look - the boots and chunky black necklace are mine, but the loved how the dress and everything else came together. I was worried it would be too short on me, but as I'm 5'5" and not model-tall like the pictures, it was just fine! The pockets in the dress are a godsend - I carried my cell phone, lipstick, and ID cards without worry. The dress was a bit difficult to zip up alone - I had to ask my fiancé to help finish the zipping -- but once it was on, I felt so good in it. I would definitely rent again and would recommend to others!

This dress is absolutely perfect! My boobs are big for my waist and I usually have to go a full size up in dresses but I was actually able to wear my size and it fit great! This dress is a bit more formal than what appears in the picture but with the right accessories, like the Kate Spade necklace I also rented from RTR, this dress is perfect to wear to class, work, or a lunch date!

Was a bit big, so I went with a smaller size than I normally wear. It was so comfortable to wear, and having pockets is great! It's a bit more sparkly than the picture shows - not tacky, just sparkly.

I wore this dress to a fall wedding during the day and it was a huge success! The material of the dress is pretty heavy and very structured, so definitely not a dress I would wear on a hot day. The dress is a lot more sparkly than I excepted, but I still really liked it. I paired it with the Slate & Willow Accessories Ladies Who Lunch Necklace and nude heels to complete my look and the dress really came to life.

I ordered a 4 and 6. I'm usually right in between those 2 sizes, but I didn't even try on the 6 because the 4 fit perfectly. So, for that reason, I say the fit runs large. The high neck kept me feeling conservative during the wedding ceremony, but it was still fun and classy for the reception at an art gallery. The fabric wasn't too heavy, the sparkle was just right, and I love me some pockets. The skirt had the right amount of structure/poof that I didn't feel like my hips were gigantic. The arm holes weren't too tight either. I got a lot of compliments on this dress. Since it was a springtime wedding I chose to wear white and gold jewelry and shoes. I felt like silver was too dark against the fabric.

I ordered the wrong size,so I was swimming in the 12, but I loved it too much, so I had to wear. Wore this for a baby shower and it was perfect with its pockets and shimmer fabric. Paired with black booties. Definitely rent again in an 8 :)

This dress fit pretty true to size! It was spacious in the chest, but I don't have a lot going on, so I think that's a normal fit. The only part that doesn't have any forgiveness would be around the ribs, it's got a band that doesn't stretch or budge. The flair at the hips is cute but some might feel it's adding width. Not too short, and worked great with a cardigan and little belt.

The fit is true to size. The fabric is beautiful, with a little sparkle. I felt the flare was just a little too much. But, overall it's a beautiful dress.

I wore the 0 and thought it for relatively spot on. It does flare out a bit around the waist, but since it has pockets, it's not that distracting. The zipper on the 0 was a little snug and hard to get on/off. Overall- lots of compliments at my Christmas Day event.

I got both the 4 and the 6 and they both fit. The 6 was a little too big up top, but the 4 was slightly snug and not as comfy. I went with the 6 so that I didn't worry about it being uncomfortable!

Wore this to a donors function at my undergrads homecoming. Very appropriate for the occasional yet transitioned just fine to more casual bars. The dress itself has thick, regal , fabric and the sparkle is nice. I have been working out more recently and truthfully have worn 14s. The 12 in this was too large all around. I have a feeling the 10 would have been perfect. I would recommend the dress! I did receive a lot of compliments. I love rent the runway!

I needed a size 8 but it wasn't available. So i wore a size 10. It was large in the bust and shoulder area so my bra kept showing under my arm pit. It I had a size smaller I would have absolutely loved the dress but since the fit wasn't just right it made me look heavier up top and no girl wants that! ;) but over all I loved the dress beautiful material and the pockets are so fun!!
