I could have gone one size smaller, but this worked for me. I loved that it was a petite and the perfect length for me with heels. The material is nice. The dress is modest and comfortable but stylish. I wore it to the ballet and felt great all night.

I wore this dress for my 1-year wedding anniversary. My husband and I attended a luau in Hawaii. It's the perfect dress for that kind of event. Definitely like a fancier maxi dress :) It's very comfortable and I was able to wear flat sandals without the dress dragging on the ground. I rented both the 0 and 2 but wound-up wearing the 2. The 0 fit just fine but I just liked the look of the 2 (not as tight in the chest area).

Loved this dress! The fit was true to size, I'm 5'4" and could wear a small heel or flat sandal and the length was perfect. It's comfortable and flattering, and the color is even better in person. I highly recommend!

Loved this dress. Received so many compliments and it really photographed well. Very comfortable for a long day - I was in this dress for 12 hours for one wedding! I had been looking forward to wearing this dress for months as I planned for this event, and it definitely met my expectations. Fit was true to size. I was not able to wear a normal bra with this dress because of the back, but invested in a strapless/backless because I knew i would use it later and that worked well.

I loved wearing this maxi dress for a summer wedding that I attended in Oregon last weekend. It was so comfortable due to the pockets and silk material. It was also formal enough to not feel like a sun dress, but casual enough to work for a day to evening wedding. I am 5'2" for reference and the 2R was just the right length. It fit true to size- I always wear a size 2. I highly recommend this dress!

The colors, the fit - everything about this dress is perfect. I wore it to a fashion show where most women wore LBDs. I stood out and loved it! Def wearing this again.

It was super flattering and so much fun! I opted for the L after reading reviews, and I'm glad I did. I'm just under 5'8" and it was perfect with 2.5" flatforms. The front was a bit above the floor but the back of the dress hit right at the floor. I ordered sizes 2L and 4L, and went with the 2L. I wish I would have ordered the 0L and 2L, just to try the 0 on, but I think I may have opted for the 2 anyways. It was super comfortable and airy. The fabric was great. The arms rubbed a little after several hours, but nothing terrible. This was the PERFECT dress for a spring formal - so bright and fun. I felt like a princess all night. It stands out, isn't too flashy, and is classic and modest. ALSO, few have mentioned the back. I didn't get a picture of it. It's really flattering and I got so many compliments on the design of the dress. You can wear a normal bra with it no problem, just maybe tape your straps down on your shoulders so they don't slide. The back isn't too low to wear a normal bra. It's really just an opening between your shoulder blades.

This dress fit perfectly. I wore wedges with it, but it seemed to fit even better length-wise with those. It was a nice change of pace from the black and drab colors that most people wear to a wedding. It was perfect for fall because it was longer, and could be worn with a sweater or light jacket. I loved it and would love to add it to my closet.

The high neck was incredibly flattering with a bit of open back created a sexy balance. The colors were bright and fun during the Fall season. The slight high front made getting around and walking stairs very easy. Also, the pockets were so handy! I could have my cell in one pocket and lipstick is the other :) I got numerous compliments all night on this dress and truly wish I could keep it. The customer service was amazing also. I originally received a dress too big but a stylist helped me find something new and perfect for my body and taste.

I loved that I got to wear something different for homecoming.Everyone adored this dress! My friend and I both rented! They were definitely a hit. To dress this dress up I took it a bit more punk than country club, I wore a black statement necklace I bought at target and my shoes were Jeffrey Campbell. You have to be careful about a black bra but thats the only thing to watch for. Also the front is definitely shorter than the back to give a great view of shoes is just something to watch for.

I looked at this dress many times before I ended up ordering it. I just love the colors in the dress and they were even more beautiful in person. I ordered a 2 and 4 in the dress. The 2 fit but was a little tight in the bust. I ended up wearing the 4 because I just wanted to be able to be comfortable for the night!

I rented this dress and wore it to a baby shower and then out to dinner. The colors are bright (not quite as bright as shown in the photos) and they are stunning. Comfortable fit, beautiful details and I got tons of compliments. The hi-low detal isn't as noticable in person but it is perfect for flats or if you want to wear heels. I would rent it again!!

The original dress that I ordered was damaged so they sent me this similar maxi dress instead. I was very happy with the shape and fit. I am most wide around stomach and hips, so this dress was extremely good at hiding those areas. It was super comfortable (love not having to feel like I'm sucking it in all night!) and a fun summertime color. Would definitely recommend!

Size 6R is my usual size and this was just right. I would advise using a gentle steamer to make this fabric look its best. After my daughter posted pics on facebook, a friend told her she had been wondering who that lovely lady was wearing the beautiful dress. That made my day!

Loved this dress! I had been eyeing it for a while on RTR, and finally got the chance to wear it to a rehearsal dinner in Maine. I had this (and the Yigal Azrouel Check My Schedule dress for the wedding) shipped directly to my hotel, which is wonderful for a destination wedding. I ordered the 6R and 6L, and ended up wearing the 6R with flat gold sandals (although the 6L would have been better for heels). Got tons of compliments, and would definitely rent it again!

When a RTR employee suggested I try on this dress for a destination wedding, I was a little hesitant. But it looks way better on than on the hanger. I wore it to an Indian wedding, where the dress code is fun and vibrant and it fit in perfectly. Definitely turned a few heads that night! I agree with the other reviews, it's a bit long and runs a little large. I'm 5'4 and got the size 0R and wore 2"-3" wedges and the fit was just right. (Usually I'm a size 2.) The only thing was we were in Hilton Head, South Carolina along the beach. It was extremely windy that day, and that it blew all over the place. Luckily only the cocktail hour was outdoors. Other than that I absolutely loved the dress!

I ordered this dress as a last minute backup when the original dress I ordered turned out to be unavailable unfortunately. But I did love this dress. It fit well, and the colors were great and bright and fun. It was also comfortable. The wedding day had extremely hot weather so I would not recommend this dress if you sweat (because it definitely shows on the lightweight material).

I wore this Shoshanna stunner to an all-day design conference in NYC. I was a bit anxious about wearing something long, for fear that it might look too "formal". When I walked in the room, I knew I'd made the right choice. With loads of color everywhere, this dress made me feel right at home. In true Shoshanna style, the fit was impeccable and the pockets were a perfect bonus. I liked the slight high-low effect of the dress and styled it with tall wedges to show it off. I got compliments all day on this one--and couldn't have been happier with my choice. I rent from RTR all the time for nearly every wedding and big event--and this dress was by far my favorite.

I rented this as my "extra" dress. I didn't have an event when I rented it, but my Saturday turned into an extravaganza that lasted from 9am-3am... and this dress worked for every unexpected turn to the day. A graduation, a lunch, two birthday parties, and a Hollywood opening. Done, done, and done. It was comfortable, fit great, had pockets, and was a show stopper.

One of my favorite dresses I have ever worn! The length was longer in the back but perfect with a pair of wedges. Overall the dress fits very well. Make sure you have a bra that sits low enough in the back so that it doesn't show. Beautiful dress with vibrant colors that really pop!

This dress was one of my favorites I've ever rented. It was super comfortable, easy to wear and walk in. I could wear a normal bra, which is always a plus! The fit was a big big, but overall still in my same size. I'm 5'8" and was hesitant to order the Long-length because I wanted to wear flats, but it was perfect. Highly recommend this colorful maxi!

I loved this dress! I hated to send it back. I usually wear a zero or a two, and this dress ran very true to size. I could even wear a regular bra with it despite an open back! The only issue I had was the length of the dress; it's a slight hi-lo hem and the can be difficult for finding good shoes. I would say if you are under 5'7", go ahead and get some 3+ inch heels or wedges that you don't mind being on display in the front.But seriously this dress is amazing! Love the pockets, the neckline, the colors!

The dress was true to size. Since I'm only 5'1" the empire waistline fell closer to my true waist which worked well. The dress wasn't too long. I wore platform shoes which made it a good length for me.

Rented this dress for a wedding and it was perfect! I received so many compliments throughout the night! I was a little skeptical renting a maxi because more often than not, they are WAY too long on me. However, this dress was the PERFECT length in the back with the 3 inch wedges I wore. I could not have asked for a better fit. I loved how vibrant the colors were on this dress and think I got lucky because it looked brand new (hadn't been dry cleaned too many times). Will definitely rent again!

Given that the front of this dress is slightly shorter than the back, I ordered it in both a 2R and 2L, with the expectation being that the 2L would fit best. I am 5',9'', 130 lbs, size 2-4, and the 2L fit like a gem. The length was perfect when wearing 3-4 inch heels. I received a ton of compliments, and the best part was that I did not have to fidget with the dress a single time the entire night. I highly recommend renting this dress!

I rented this dress for a black tie gala and it definitely stood out as one of the more festive dresses of the evneing. It runs true to size but it is also a forgiving dress for an event where you are having a sit down meal. It has pockets too and I really can't over-stress how comfortable it was to wear. Definitely wished I owned it!

This dress fit perfectly! You can wear a normal bra because the opening in the back stops right before the strap and it was a great length for me to wear Jacks so if you're shorter than I, definitely wear heels. I did not want to give this dress back! This was my first time renting and I plan to do it again!

This was an alternate dress hastily selected at the last minuet after receiving an email one day before my shipment that my first choice alternate was no longer available. Sadly my first choice didn't fit and I had no choice but to wear this one. I don't hate the dress, it just wasn't quite the same as the one I really wanted to wear. I have a long torso and I felt the waist on this dress was not flattering on me. It was not empire waist-ed or sitting on my true waist , so I felt like it made me look heavy, but really that is my only complaint. As many others mentioned it was nice to be able to wear a normal bra with this dress and it still felt elegant with the open back. Pockets on a dress are always a plus! Perfect for your phone and a lipstick. The color was truly beautiful and bright, a real stand out in a crowd. It was appropriate for the wedding we attended as it was on the more casual side. If it is a fancier event I'd probably select a different dress, unless you really want to dress it up with fancy jewelry and shoes. As for jewelry I also rented a coral/orange pair of Kendra Scott earrings. I already knew I would love them because I own them in blue and black. The orange was the perfect color to match the little patch or orange on the dress. Shoes- I wore a very small wedge and it was just enough to keep the back of the regular length dress from dragging on the ground.

This dress is comfortable to wear and looks great on. Great for multiple body types. I think I would have given it 5 stars if the back had a larger cut out. I rented both the 2 regular and 2 long. I ended up wearing the long because it fit better around the arms and hit my torso in a more flattering way than the regular length. I would recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust.

The fit worked but I needed heels. If I wore flats the back would have dragged. Very lightweight and comfortable fabric.

I could have possibly used a size 8 but when I ordered the dress I was not sure how big my belly would be by then. Pre-pregnancy I would have probably been a 0-2 in this style as it has plenty of room in the hips. It was super cute and made me feel beautiful even at 30 weeks preggo! All night everyone asked where I got the dress! Thanks RTR!
