I wore my back up dress, so I only had the size 10 and it fit me perfectly (even without Spanx!!). I was impressed it contained my bust and I was able to wear a normal bra without any of the bra peaking out. A year later I rented it again for my engagement shoot and I still loved it!!

I wore this dress to a wedding less than a month after having a baby and it made me feel soo beautiful! It flatters the body perfectly and I didn't have to wore about the extra baby weight that I still had to get off. I loved that the dress had pockets as well! It's always a plus!

I wore this to a summer wedding, and it fit very well. It's flattering with the A line, and comfortable. You can wear a normal bra with it. The color is even prettier in real life.

I loved this dress. I had it on my "hearts" for a long time. I had an outdoor wedding on a farm and it was perfect. It was a flattering shape and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Note that It is above my knee and i'm quite short so might be short on normal size women.

I loved the color of this dress! I was a little worried about the length (felt a bit short -- which is unusual considering my height) but it wasn't a problem because the fabric is a bit heavier/stiffer so it didn't swish around or blow up and I was able to comfortably dance without worrying about it. Two things this dress really has going for it: you can wear a regular bra (and there are hidden ribbons to snap the straps into place) and it has pockets! Cute, fun, so easy to wear. I'd originally ordered the Kenneth Jay Lane Renaissance Statement necklace to wear with it but the prior customer returned it damaged so RTR sent the Kate Spade Bright Beryl necklace and the Kate Spade Coated Confetti necklace as alternative options at no extra cost. The Beryl necklace worked out perfectly and RTR customer service was amazing and totally on the ball, as usual!

The top of the dress fit well! I got a size 4 which is what i usually wear but felt it was a little long. I'm petite so thats probably it, lol. The dress is super easy to wear and I wore it as a bridesmaid dress so it was beautiful in all of our pictures.

This dress was very pretty on. Great fabric, color, and cut. I did listen to the other reviews and ordered a size up. The 6 would have fit, but it was tight in the top so I went with the 8 to have a little more room to eat and dance. I'm thinking of renting this again for another wedding coming up!

I ordered the size 2 and it fit just about perfectly. I have a slightly larger rib cage than other petite ladies so it was a little bit snug around the high waist, but this happens to me a lot so I wasn't surprised. Otherwise, it was perfect! It was a nice length for my short self, too!

The fit was perfect like a glove. Good length and I loved the pockets! Showed a little too much cleavage for a classy wedding for me.

I usually wear a size 4 - but I opted to wear the 2. I am small chested and the 4 seemed a tad large and bulky (and not as flattering). A size in between would probably have worked best but I sucked it in and went with the 2. I got a ton a compliments on the necklace too ( I rented the Kate Spade Solarium Bib Necklace). It definitely made the outfit. It was a fun and flattering dress for a garden wedding in July. I would definitely wear this again!

The band across the ribs has absolutely NO give what so ever. It was pretty tight on me but just in that spot. Which was a bummer because I was a bit uncomfortable all night. So you take a risk if it's not the right size for you!

So far my best rental selection so far. The dress was a little short but was true to size everywhere else. Definitely try to rent it with the Kate spade necklace and you will get compliments all night.

Loved the fit, although it was a bit more snug than the last Shoshanna dress that I rented. The short length looks great with flats, cowboy boots or heels.

Loved this dress! As other reviewers suggested, it does stain with just water, so that was a bit difficult on a night of drinking and dancing! It would have been way too casual without a necklace, I wore a big statement piece. The color was gorgeous and it fit really nicely. A bit tight around the rib cage, but not uncomfortable.

I got the 4 and 6 but typically wear a 6 and it was perfect! The material of the dress is very comfy and was great to dance in! The 6 was a little tight around my chest but not too tight that I couldn't breathe! I would rent this dress again in an instant - received tons of compliments!

I loved this dress! I wore it to a vineyard wedding in Connecticut and it was perfect. The color is gorgeous and having pockets was so great! It was a little on the short side but it wasn't a problem. It was very comfortable and I would definitely rent it again!

I wore this dress to a rustic, country wedding. The fit was perfect and forgiving. The length also works nicely for the petite gal. I liked how the bodice had a snug fit, and I could wear a regular bra. The bra strap clips?! Brilliant. The skirt flowed and draped nicely, and I LOVED the pockets. The necklace (the model wears) helps give the dress a completed look. I'd recommend renting it with the dress. Overall, this was a great first-time experience with RTR. The dresses were in great shape, and sending everything back was easy. The only con had nothing to do with the dress but the popularity of the teal color. I think at least a dozen other women were wearing a similar shade. Apart from that, this is a dress that looks good on different body types, can work for different events-- it's a can't fail dress. This dress was great for a wedding. The length was appropriate and I really liked the material and color of the dress. I received tons of compliments! I wore the 10 because the 8 was tight in the ribcage area (I know I'm wider than most there). It was a bit too roomy in the bust for the 10, but the structure of the dress made that okay. The fabric is difficult if it gets wet. It leaves marks if a drip of water gets on it. It didn't bother me too much though! Great dress!

Beautiful dress, but you must size down one size and maybe 2. Rented for a 4 day wedding event, ended up not being able to wear this because it ran large. But it was beautiful!

This dress is more shiny than the photo shows, but still is great. The color is spot on. This dress runs LARGE, especially if you don't have a big chest. I have a 34b and usually wear a 10 - I ended up wearing the 8 and I probably could've worn a 6 to be honest since I don't have big girls to hold the dress up! This dress would work great for girls with D/DD's. But overall I still loved it and the necklaces I chose were great! I would definitely rent this dress again in a different color.

This was my wedding shower dress and it was unbelievably comfortable and such a gorgeous color. I even tried to find it to purchase afterwards! It fit a little loose in the bust, but I think the 2 would have been too tight. I am usually a 4-6 in this style of dress, so I think it runs a teeny bit on the large side. Afterwards I didn't want to take it off, so I threw it on with flats and a cardigan and wore it out to dinner! A+++! I will snag this up if it ever goes on sale for purchase!

This dress was a winner because of the fabric. The fabric is heavy and structured with a little stretch. I am pear shaped and this dress fit snug in the bust and bodice with plenty of room in my hips. And it has pockets - which were perfect for tissues during the ceremony. The length was appropriate for my 5'4" height, hitting me right above the knee. I got tons of compliments all night, and would recommend this dress to anyone looking for a classic, flattering shape. Also, RTR is great for bridesmaids dresses - all the style without the price. And really, who wears the dress again?

Wore this for a dinner with the husband and friends in from out of town. The color is beautiful and the fit was perfect. Shoshanna knows how to work with busty girls. The pockets were the icing on the cake.

The dress was a bit snug on me, but I knew getting the 4 would be small. The necklace I paired with it was from RTR also - and think they should really rent these two together.

I wasn't crazy about the dress when I first got it, but the longer I wore it the more I loved it. It fit perfectly and I didn't have to adjust it when I was dancing. I am obsessed with the necklace and it was hard for me to part with it. It's been a week since the event and people are still complimenting the necklace. Overall I loved the entire outfit and I got tons of compliments during the night.

It does run a bit large. I nornally wear a size 2 or 4 and I rented a 0 & 2 and ended up wearing the 0. Very comfortable and cute dress!

I wore this dressss to a country wedding with my boots and it was super cute! It fit amazing!! I am usually between a 12 and 14, but this one fit great! Only issue was that I accidentally got a little water on it and it actually dried like stains on the dress, but luckily since the material is kinda shiny they werent that noticable. But this dress was super comfortable and fun to wear!

the fit was true to size and it was a really comfortable dress- it fit great but was great for dancing, eating, and cocktails. It was just a touch shorter than I expected, but I am 5'8'' and have very long legs- it hit at about my fingertips, and was still appropriate for a wedding reception. The material is hard to explain- it's thick, but not to the point where you'd be too warm- you could wear this dress at any time of year. It has the straps inside the dress to clip your bra straps in, but it didn't really hide my bra strap on the one side, so I just wore a strapless bra. Not a big deal at all. I got a ton of compliments on this dress, was told that it made me look tiny and that i looked like 'a million bucks'- I was very flattered. Overall, a great experience, and a great dress!

Really a wonderful dress -- great spring color, pockets, accentuated the better parts of my body, came down to ~2 in above the knee, I was able to wear a regular bra, I'm also wearing nude shoes & a simple pendant necklace. Wish I owned this dress!! :)

I thought it fit well. I loved the little snaps in the straps that hold your bra into place and the pockets! I danced all night and felt very comfortable! RTR also sent some free samples and a garment bag and sunglass(although both didn't hold up) but still very fun!
