Fit perfect! Normally a size 4 and this was spot on. Dress arrived in 1 day and was in great condition. Do not hesitate on this dress. It was perfect for my event!

I got sooooo many compliments in this dress. The fit was perfect. I wore the size 8, couldn’t get the 6 zipped haha. Because of my height it was longer on me—to my ankles rather than tea length—but that made me like it even better and it fit the black tie vibe. I would absolutely wear this again and could recommend it to someone else who loved the gown. A 10!

I wore this to a formal wedding. Stunning dress. The pictures don’t do it justice. It fit very well except the top was a little big. I’m 5’ 2” so it was pretty long on me but I actually like that. It’s true to size. Definitely worth renting!

Nice Classy Dress - not to sexy, just right

Perfect dress for a formal wedding. Lots of compliments, snug and body hugging which was slimming, but comfortable for eating sitting and dancing. Runs small. Would buy but I don’t have any more formal events coming up soon, and it is really pricey. Looks and feels expensive! Beautifully tailored.

This was a Hail Mary RtR after my initial pick was cancelled at the last minute. So, I dealt with it being a little long by pairing with super tall block heels. Note it has a built-in bra, which may help the top fit more snuggly for smaller busts. I was oblivious to this, so I wore a strapless padded bra that worked well (enough). Most important, I felt amazing in it!

This dress fit me perfectly. It was ankle length on me which was perfect for this wedding.

Loved this for a black tie gala I was at for work. Didn’t want the full dress, but paired it with a warm sweater for winter. It was a hit! I could blend in with the wealthy women in their furs and the younger in revealing dresses. Perfect blend. Loved this Shoshanna classic. Fit beautifully.

Wore this dress for a fun Gatsby themed wedding and absolutely loved it. Would also be great for New Years or a more formal event. The dress is quite structured and didn't have much give so might size up if I wore it again.

This is a perfect dress for a formal event! It was originally a backup dress, but it wowed so much, I had to wear it! I ordered a 10, as it was the only one available. It worked, but I would have been more comfortable in my usual size, an 8. Unless you have a large bust, stick to your usual size. Despite being a bit too big, there was no real worry of the top falling be side there is a clip inside the dress just above the waist that keeps everything in place. I was able to dance all night without constantly having to pull the top up. Great rental!

I got so many compliments on this dress. I would go up one size if you have a tummy but the nice thing is the bow camouflaged that a bit. Because I went up one size it was a little longer than it appears in the stock photos but still so pretty.

This was a great dress! It fit perfect, only thing...it is a very long. I I am 5'2 , so you can see how long it is. Besides that I felt great in it.

This was an absolutely stunning dress! I wore it to my son’s rehearsal dinner. I ordered my normal size. The top was a bit big but did not feel like I had to keep hiking it up all night. I loved it so much I wanted to wear it to a wedding the following weekend but cannot extend rental.

I loved this dress! I sized up after reading other reviews and was glad I did. The bust was a little loose but not problematic. I loved the length and the overall fit - very comfortable for sitting and dancing all night long. Could not have been more perfect for a formal wedding. There’s no give but I had no issues sitting or dancing. Length hit just at the ankle for my height. Highly recommend.

I should have sized down on this dress because the top was a little roomy but I used body tape to keep it up and that worked well. It’s below the knee which makes it a bit more formal and the bow is attached so no constant re-tying!!

This was a lovely dress and stood out from all of the other black dresses. Very form fitting and not much give. Probably in doubt size up. I made it work and got a lot of compliments (even after the event). No pockets though. I didn’t need a bra and didn’t worry about the top falling down.

I reluctantly rented this as a backup for a formal wedding. It looked matronly in the listing and I wasn’t fond of the bow. All that went out the window when i saw it in person - it is a beautiful well-made dress! The bow was ironed flat and I preferred it that way. As to fit, it is a straight style, so I did wear a shaper short to prevent it from bunching up in the hip area. It may not suit a pear shape. The chest area was a little loose and the top of the bodice occasionally curled over slightly from wear most likely. I did have to twist the top once while dancing but I still enjoyed wearing the dress.

I absolutely loved this dress and would have joyfully worn it if it fit so I would size up at least one size. I'm almost always a size 4 dress with narrow hips and small chest and there was no way to get this zipped with at least 2 inches of gap around ribs. So one to 2 sizes up might be perfect for the top but may be big around waist and hips for me.

Wore to a rehearsal dinner and then to another wedding. Fits snugly but is comfortable. I was able to sit for dinner and also dance. I did wear a light strapless bra. I am very small-chested and larger in the hips and thighs.

This was meant to be for an event that I ended up not needing it for but oh how I wish I could have a place to wear it! It is pretty with a flair that would work for many types of occasions. It seems to be TTS based on my personal stats.

Usually order an 8 0r 10 for backup. Based on reviews that indicated the dress ran small, I ordered a 10 & 12. Twelve fit perfectly. Very comfortable all evening. Added a light shawl as cocktail hour was outdoors.

Wore this to my sister’s wedding. The dress did not fit perfectly up top but it looked great regardless. The embroidery is beautiful. Received so many compliments. Would wear again.

Be sure to use the inside closure strap

Great dress! Comfortable, stays up nicely with no bra. I am typically an 8 but I wore the 10. Felt glamorous at the charity event I attended.
