Pros: side zipper (not that you’ll need it), fits TTS, warm, elastic waist covered by sash, elegant a-line (IE not ballroom poufy), pleather won’t “stick” to you. Cons: can pick up a little dust on the sweater due to the fine knit, but dusts off pretty easily. I’m always hesitant to take on the leather look, which is why I love rtr so much and this was a major win. Gorgeous, stunning dress. I was stopped everywhere to receive compliments on this dress, and it was very cozy too (I am a perpetually cold person).

As a rule I don’t do turtle necks because they’re always way too high up on me (I’m short) I took a gamble with this one and it paid off. I didn’t even have to put on shape wear! However with that being said watch for the angles the photos are being taken at, and if you are short make sure you take that into consideration for the height of the neckline. 10/10

The ribbed, 3/4 sleeve top and lined leather skirt are both so comfortable, while demonstrating a classic and professional finish. Will buy if the price goes down!

My husband said I was bringing a twist to our annual family photos with the faux leather. I loved the flattering cut and thought fabric fell nicely. Considered purchasing but didn’t love the look of the gather in the back waistline- just personal preference. WARM

This was perfect - wore it to a work event in winter, and it was cool and fashionable while still being fully work-appropriate. Also wore it for dinner and a movie with friends, and though it was a little dressy for the occasion, they all loved it.

It’s a dark navy, and a great color! The bow ties around the back, but I preferred the front to add some distraction from my midsection. Shapewear was a must for me! Wore to dinner with a friend and work. I’d wear again in the city! Me: 5’4” Hips: 40.5”, Bust 36D.

Gosh, what a classic piece. I loved it so much that I actually bought the dress!! I fit into both the S and M but went with M as it was more comfortable. I’m 5”5, 140lbs, 36D. I wore this to a Christmas dinner at a NYC restaurant with my family. The color is navy- not black as appears on the model pictures. I styled it with black boots.

It’s gorgeous, stylish, and I’d rent again. But it looks black in all the pictures, and I needed a black dress. I just wore it to church instead of the dinner I rented it for. Would recommend! True to size.

If I wasn’t pregnant, or if I was more pregnant and not in the awkward in between baby bump stage I would adore this dress. Very flattering length and cut for my pear shape, and very chic. But where I’m at in my pregnancy I just look a bit frumpy. Still going to wear it to my work event, but I’ll keep this in mind for a rental when I’m not pregnant. Much more of a navy than I expected.

Lovely but short in the torso. The waist comes a little high for my figure. Also surprised by the navy. I too was expecting black. Oh well still lovely and will wear.

So, ultimately, I think the dress looked ok. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that the top was a little too short for my torso and I felt like I was wearing an apron. I don't think it looked bad, just not used to such a high waist. I almost changed into something else, but decided to go for it. Also wished it was black instead of the navy, but once again, it wasn't bad.

I did not love this on me, but I received a ton of compliments on it. Everyone complimented my skirt & didn’t realize it was one piece. I wore this to a conference and the skirt material stuck to the chair and so it was not easy to situate myself.

This dress is really pretty. It’s a mix of navy blue and black and was tea length on me at 5’4. Unfortunately I couldn’t wear it because the top felt so tight. I don’t know how I didn’t realize it’s a full turtleneck but it is and it was really tight on my neck which is an absolute deal breaker for me. And overall with a large chest the top was snug.

Absolutely obsessed with look of this dress! A little snug and didn’t realize the dress had a zipper at first 😂 thank god for the zipper! It’s definitely a navy dress and not black whatsoever but it’s so flattering. Received so many compliments at work!

I'm tall, and I have a long torso that didn't fit right (the waist was too high). I would suggest going up a size if you are tall and pear-shaped.

This was the perfect dress for a formal work dinner in the mountains! I expected the Large to fit better, but was actually happier with the fit of the Medium. I did end up wearing shapewear for my own comfort-level because the skirt felt a bit clingy, but that's definitely optional. The only real difference I noticed from the model photo was the sleeve length - they hit much shorter on me (elbow-length vs. nearly wrist-length shown) but I didn't mind and still thought it looked great. Otherwise, the dress is spot-on what I expected and I was sad to return it!
