I love this dress!! Very comfortable material, I’m 5’2” so it’s a little long, but perfect with 2” heels. Very elegant and flattering! Shows off my curves!

I felt like a goddess in this dress and I didn't expect much from it. It was just so flattering and soooo comfortable. I got compliments all night. If it was in my budget, I'd buy this. I wore this to a mehndi party where I was both a guest and the henna artist. Saris are just too much of a pain to work in, so I wore this instead. It fit the theme perfectly and I had no problem running around getting pictures, sitting to work, changing working posititons...it was great! It is way long, as other reviewers have mentioned. I'm 5-4 and wore 5.5 INCH platforms and it was still brushing the ground. I'm between a 2 and a 4 and the 4 was good, but I think the 2 would have been even better.

This dress is beautiful! I ordered a size 0 and a size 2. I wore the size 2. I was worried the dress would be too long bc I’m only 5’4”, however, with 2 inch heels the dress was the perfect length. I love the floral detail and specs of gold. I also received a lot of compliments! Just fyi: This is not a stretchy dress- no give. Highly recommend!

This was a great dress for the formal wedding I had in August. The boning gave a nice hourglass structure and I did not have to wear a bra (which is a feat in and of itself). I would absolutely rent this dress again. However, it was definitely LONG on me, which is not hard to do at 5'3". I had to wear a 5" heel to keep the dress from dragging on the ground.

Loved this dress and will be sad to return it!! I wore it to a black tie optional wedding and received tons of compliments. The style/fabric were very slimming on my midsection area. Other reviews about sizing up are definitely accurate. I typically wear a 10. I ordered both 12 and 14. The 12 was the tiniest bit snug but not enough to be uncomfortable, so that’s what I ended up wearing.

No really, I don’t understand why I love it so much. It’s just black with little pink flowers but the material looks and feels amazing. I wore it to a black tie summer wedding. Felt like a million bucks.

Wore this to a wedding rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! I wore 2 ½” heels and the height of the dress worked really well. I’m tall so sometimes I worry dresses will be short with heels but it wasn’t. Very comfortable and easy to move around in

Loved this dress and received so many compliments! I normally stay away from fitted styles but this one is very flattering and hid my hip dips that I’m self conscious of. Size 6 was too small but the 8 was perfect. Very comfortable to wear all night as well.

The dress was a little more conservative on my frame than I expected, but very classy. I was able to wear with a normal strapless bra, and the draping of the fabric was super flattering. I have wider hips but they just made it into the dress and it worked great. I'm 5'4 and the dress hit the floor without heels but had ~2 inches of clearance in heels. Overall very happy with it.

This dress was amazing, it was flattering and very comfortable! I ordered my size and one size up, I ended up wearing one size up. I did not need to wear a bra with this dress which was a major plus. I am still receiving compliments on this dress!

The wedding was "formal" attire. It was also 100 degrees out. This dress hit the spot. I read the reviews that said to size up, and I'm glad I did. I normally wear a size 6 but I got the 6 and 8 and did end up wearing the 8 as I couldn't really get the size 6 to full zip up. The size 8 was a little loose in the chest area but frankly it still looked and felt fine. I'm tempted to rent this dress in the future, I loved it! Highly reccomend!

I read reviews to size up and I'm glad I did! The dress was very comfortable and the ruching makes for a really flattering look. I am 5'1" and with heels the dress but the ground, so I added a small belt to fold the dress over. Other than that this was a great dress!

I loved this dress. It has a lot of structure so the dress gives you a beautiful figure. I did need to order one size up, but I am only 5'3 and with moderate heels the length was great. I also did not have to wear a bra which I appreciated, even as a busty woman. The dress photographed well and I would rent again!!

Absolutely loved this dress! Fit my 38DDD perfectly, the boning in the bodice snatched my waist and even made my posture look great.. so many compliments.. so easy to wear for dancing, using the restroom.. I did need help zipping it as the zipper is on the side and can get a little tricky because of the fabric but that goes without saying. RENT IT

This was my back-up dress for a black tie gala. It was pretty, but the fit was slightly off for me. The 8 was difficult to zip (that darn side zipper) but once it was zipped, it was pretty comfortable. The 10 was too big. I’m 5’2” and it dragged the ground with 4.5” heels. I would’ve tripped all night. I wish there were more options for petite length long dresses on Rent the Runway.

Ordered size 2 and 4, ended up wearing the 4 as the 2 was unable to zip past the waist. Note that the dress has a lining that did get a little sweaty/clingy in hot weather (or when cutting a rug). Otherwise a pretty option for a black tie optional wedding!

I actually really did love this dress - it was snug in just the right way, the ruching was forgiving around the bodice, the little flecks of gold and pink throughout were so pretty - my only complaint is that the length was a little funky for someone of my height. It looked a bit like it couldn't decide between whether it was a maxi or a tea length dress. Regardless, I did end up wearing it and felt beautiful and confident. It does also run a little small, I'm usually a 6, and the 8 was snug.

Not a lot of give in the fabric, so I opted for the larger size. I have a small chest and did not fill out the size I picked but it wasn't an issue throughout the night. The dress had a great silhouette for a formal wedding-wore 3 inch heels due to length of the dress.

Had to get this as a rushed replacement when my original didn't show up. It was comfy and lightweight. I'm 5'2" and it was too long on me, had to make it work since there was no petite option. It's very flattering on a curvy figure.

I wore this to a black tie optional wedding. It's a pretty dress but I thought the roses design looked a little cheaper in person vs the model photo. Sizing wise, I'm a 4 but got the 6 to be safe. The dress is not super form fitting so I think I could've actually worn the 4. Also, as a small busted gal, this ran big on top. I used fashion tape on the shoulder to keep the material in place.

Order up a size or two! I usually wear a 12 and the 14 wouldn't even zip. RTR customer service was amazing and overnighted a 16, which fit perfectly, but was still snug in the bust.

Even with 5” heels it dragged on the floor - if it hadn’t been raining i might have just worn it anyway for a gala. Petite size wasn’t available.

Had high hopes for this dress! Needed something for a black tie this summer. I'm larger chested and ironically this was too big on my chest. But not sure I would size down because the body fit well. SO unflattering on my body! Looked 20 lbs heavier

Not for me. The corset in the dress came up super high and there was no room for my chest. It looked a little bizarre. I thought I was ordering 8 short but I didn't realize that just means 8 petit and I don't typically wear "petit" sizes.
