Fit perfect. True to size. No bra needed and I'm a 36DD. Wore to a daytime rehearsal dinner. Comfortable, flattering and easy to sit in. So many compliments. Not see through. One of my favorite rentals.

I rented this for a outdoor wedding in Desert Palm Springs. It was perfect for the weather that weekend. I have an apple shape, I got a 4 because I thought the 6 would be too big on top. It was a little form fitting on the bottom area but it was still tasteful. Would definitely rent it again for another occasion.

Amazing quality, feminine yet edgy- perfect for a cityscape wedding. Loved wearing this- it was heavy enough to go without a bra, and hit about tea length on me.

I followed the previous reviews, the top does fit on the smaller side but I'm small chested so the fit was perfect!

Dress runs large. I'm usually between size 4 & 6 but ended up wearing size 2 in this dress. Very flattering and extremely comfortable!

Loved this dress! I am 5'11'' so it fell just below my knees. As someone mentioned, the top of the dress is really structured and almost feels like a corset, so it definitely runs the risk of being a little tight... it worked well for my size but would recommend sizing up for a more full bust.

I rented this for a wedding in Sonoma. It was perfect. Sophisticated little black dress. Fabric is a tad heavy but not bad, that's what makes it feel lux. I am a 32DD. And the 6 was a tad tight. If you have a larger chest it will be snug. Fit great every wear else. Does run on the smaller side though.

This dress is LOVELY but I was not able to wear it because I couldn't zip it at the top (didn't fit my chest - I'm a 32DD). I usually wear a size 4 and this dress fit perfectly everywhere else. If you are big chested, though, you might want to go a size up.

Rented this for an anniversary party. The bottom fit well and material has stretch. I went up to an 8 based on the other review. I needed help getting the zipper up and could not zipper it with a bra on. I'm a small C cup 34 and I could barley zip it. Once on it looked great but as others said the boning in the corset gets uncomfortable when sitting. I'm not even sure what the purpose of it was the dress seems structured enough without it.

Size up if you're big chested. I usually wear a 4 and took the advice of others to size up. I'm glad I did. It fit great and was very comfortable. Great for a formal event!

I received a lot of compliments on this dress. The dress fits my frame perfectly and it looked great. I did not mind the boning around the bust because it kept everything in place. Highly recommend this dress for a formal event.

It didn't feel formal enough for a black tie optional wedding.

Did not end up wearing this because I liked my other option better, but I would say it was true to size. No need for a bra.

Pretty dress though a little uncomfortable, due to plastic binding on the top of the dress.

Just a little too snug for my pear shape so i had to return.

I got this as an option for my graduation party, but it was too hot out and I couldn't bear to try it on. I think it'd be great for a fall or winter event, though.

Top ran a little big but overall thick, beautiful well made fabric made thus dress feel lux.

Fit perfectly except for right around the chest. Size up if you have any chest at all.

Didnt get to wear, as it ran smaller than I expected. Such a nice dress though!

The material is very nice. I love the detail on the top. My problem is the boning. It's very high up, on the chest and ends right on top of the waist. So rather than doing anything to hold you in it just suffocates your boob. I wish it was lower and provided waist support. Odd.

Not flattering on pear shape

Dress is cool and well made. Was big everywhere but I couldn't get the zipper to close the last inch. If you have breasts...size up.

I ordered a 4 and a 6, typically wear small or size 4, pants typically 6. Neither fit, the 6 top was a little big, but the bottom was way too tight.

Needed size 6 ; i could do 4- but tight;very sophisticated
