Great dress; weird pearls

Great fit, perfect length, good for work!

Will wear again! Since I'm short, there were some areas that had a little extra material arm/arm pit but it wasn't major. I jazzed up with a belt b/c also needed to cover lines underneath from pantyhose. Love this and will wear again before returning

I just love this dress! The details on the collar and the buttons on the sleeves. I normally don't wear a 10 but I went a little bigger due to my booty. This made me feel so comfortable and sexy and I got so many compliments! Great for work and it could easily be worn to a cocktail hour or dinner!

Love this dress. Had already rented it for work, then got grounded and couldn't fly to my client because of COVID, so i still wore it on the video call with the client that day, hence he Uggs with it. Will def rent again when I start flying to clients again.

I rented this for work, but I'm sending it back because it's really more of a party dress! That being said, I would definitely rent again for a winter party. It's pretty fitted at the waist and hips, and the flared skirt makes for a super flattering shape. I love the pearl details at the shoulder and the cuffs, too. The shoulders/sleeves have just the slightest puff.

I have never rented a Shoshanna dress I didn't love, and this is one of my new favorites. Classic with a fun touch on the shoulders and cuffs. Fits me just like all of her other dresses do -- reliable, flattering, comfortable. May buy when the price goes down ...

Loved the fun skirt on this. I'd stick with the 8 for an event but would probably go up a size for work next time, for length and a slightly more relaxed fit.

Love this sweater. It is straightforward; as in, it looks cozy, long, oversized, and littered with stars and it is indeed all of those things! It's not my favorite rental but I've reached for it to wear for warmth, style, and ease a handful of times. I've gotten tons of compliments when I've worn it. I have paired it with mostly black leggings and a black cami. Black flats or nude booties. Or a pair of black and nude loafers. Happy stargazing! (By gazing I mean wearing...)

Interesting contrast between the pearls and and the rest of the dress which gave odd punk vibes. I feel like the puffed shoulders may have been a bit too exaggerated, but I have been seeing this on a lot of dresses so I guess it's in! Almost felt like I was wearing a costume though. I'm usually a 2 or 4 depending on the brand/dress, and the 2 fit great (loose as it should be)

The design around the skirt wasn't a fan.

it was a little too tight for me in the mid section so unfortunately I couldn't wear it, but it was so cute.

It's a pretty standard little black dress but the details make this one stand out. The pearls on the shoulders are so cute. It's the little things! It is a short dress, just a heads up.

I wore this dress for a 16 hour work day. It was perfect. I could move my arms easily. It didn't stretch throughout the day. It was easy to style, and it was comfortable. And I got a ton of compliments. *it is short, and I couldn't have worn it with bare legs. If I worked in a traditional office I wouldn't have worn it to work even with tights. But it was so great for hospitality industry insane long day.

Rented this to wear to work and then to a fundraising event. I love the look and got so many compliments--the pearls, shoulders, and ruffles are fun without being too much. However, the dress felt too short for work, I think because of the ruffles at the bottom. Would rent again for an event but not for work.

Pretty take on a LBD. I wore with gold jewelry and boots. A bit tight in the arms and shoulders if you are plumper there.

This was a nice dress for work and it would be appropriate for funerals as well. I liked the detailing, but the fit of the skirt was somewhat odd. It wasn't the most flattering and made my hips look wider than they already are. Fit well in the shoulders, arms, and waist though.

It looks classy on the model, but the fabric is thick and stiff. The back, between my shoulders had so much extra fabric that there was a bubble at the top of the zipper (a little hard to photo, but I tired). I don't think sizing down would have helped with this. Not only was the back extra large, but the sleeves were short. They laid in an unflattering part of my arm, and due to the thickness of the fabric, couldn't be pushed up or down. I ended up wearing it to dinner anyway, and felt self-conscious all night.

The skirt was a little more frilly than I was expecting, but I made it work. It looked okay. I probable wouldn't have bought it for myself, but it was good to include in my membership.

I rented this for a work event however when I tried it on, it was tight in the stomach and thighs. Those are probably my two biggest problem areas so if you are in the same boat, I would size up!

love the details and flare design. that said, the fit is awkward if you have hips. got lots of compliments, but I felt uncomfortable all day.

Pretty dress but fits tight around the hips/midsection which wasn't going to work for me. Also too short/tight for work which I didn't get from the photos.

Size 12 does NOT fit like a size 12. Too small.
