Would 10/10 recommend to a friend. This fits like a glove from the waist up and is oh-so flattering! I did have to concentrate on not slouching when I was sitting, but I got used to it. There are handy clips underneath the straps to keep your bra straps in place, but if I wore it again, I wouldn't bother with a bra. The structure of the bodice emphasizes the girls in the best way possible. The skirt is so flowy and fun. I got so many compliments! Was perfect for a bridal shower and impromptu photo shoot.

I wore this dress for a night out in Tel Aviv with my husband and brother in law. My husband loved it. I liked the fit around the bodice and the a-line style. Also loved the material, which was slightly thicker than a lot of summer dresses. My only complaint was that the darts on the bodice poked out right around my nipples. Maybe that's my height (5'1"). Otherwise perfect.

Wore this dress all day with no problems! A bit longer than my usual dress (just below the knee and I'm 5'9") but it played up my bump, made it through the zoo and a cooking class without being uncomfortable or wrinkling! Hooks on the straps keep your bra straps in place and the dress straps up which is huge!!! Highly highly recommend!

Wore a size larger than usual (only one available at the rtr store). But dress is pretty forgiving size wise and was actually ok with it fitting slightly loosely. Still looked fabulous and can't believe it came with tags and got to wear new. I'm 5'8" and it was a shortish midi dress on me, maybe more of a maxi for some 5 or so inches shorter than me.

I love the way this dress is reminiscent of the 1950's style with the gingham and the profile, but is clearly an updated version of such. I wore it for a hat party at my house and just loved it. It was a little lower in the front due to the slightly long straps (no adjustability) than I had wanted, but not so much that I couldn't wear it. The fabric is substantial but not hot. Just expensive-feeling. It was the kind of dress that makes you feel like a princess. Lots of compliments.

I ended up not wearing this because it's so tight on the chest. It fit great elsewhere, but really cut in, like you can see here.

Nothing to complain. Simple designed dress great for summer. I'd be rent it again

Looooved this dress for its charm! One thing that was off fit wise was were the straps, which were slightly long. It didn't effect my use though since I planned to wear it with a blazer. I just folded the straps under once so they didn't fall off my shoulder

The fit was nearly perfect, I slightly didn't fill the cups, but nothing that those little stick-on bras couldn't fill. I loved the pattern and quality of the dress. The length made it perfect for my work event and dressed it up by wearing wedges when I headed out to dinner later that night!

Fitted on the chest, but in a good way. I didn't need a bra and it was secure and comfortable. The skirt it lovely and the pockets are SUCH a bonus.

Perfect fit--not too tight or loose. I want to own this one! So chic and summery and classy. Fabric is nice and sturdy without being heavy, and there are little ties to secure bra straps under the dress! I loved it so much.

I rented this dress TWICE because it is so beautiful. Originally I got a four, but I was swimming in it. I sized down to a 2R and it fit perfectly. Everyone loves this dress and I received multiple compliments.

This dress fit me absolutely perfectly. The fabric felt so nice. I loved the pockets as well. I was getting compliments left and right. I felt like a powerful, yet effervescent woman. Also a plus, not bra was needed!!

This dress is so cute. The fabric so wearable. And I can tell it would be very flattering in the right size, but it ran way too small for me. Very hard to zip and then my bosom was spilling out. I will definitely try it again in a 10! Update: The 10 was much better, still a teeny bit tight in the bosom, but wearable. A little long in the shoulders--I wish they were adjustable!

I like Shoshanna because typically the tops can accommodate my chest. This is not a perfect fit, but doesn't look bad. The size 4 fit everywhere else perfectly, which is what I wear in this brand and most brands.

But I wasn't able to wear it because the straps were VERY long and not adjustable. They hung off my shoulders and even with the little clips underneath to hold them to bra straps, they were still too big. This would need to be pinned to adjust and I didn't want to use pins on this dress. Tip for others: you'll also need to wear a bra that is very low in the front. Even my lowest-cut bra peeked through on the top.

I loved this dress but the bust was a bit large and the straps were too long. Didn't stop me from wearing it, but the straps kept falling down. If I had kept the dress, I would have had the length taken up (as I'm pretty short) and would have brought in the bust and shortened the straps. I probably could have sized down and may try that if I rent this dress again.

This fit really well and is a flattering dress for pear shaped women and anyone who wants to accentuate their waistline. The fabric is thick but not heavy. It feels high quality. It would be perfect for an event where you want something cute but on the conservative side - baby shower, afternoon tea, etc.

Fit: this is where I had the most complaints-- the straps fell off my shoulder often, the bust area was tight, and the dress was too long (though I'm 5'2" and this wasn't a petite size)... still comfortable enough to wear for a full day though Fabric: comfortable, breathable, beautiful Style: great summer day dress, perfect for a picnic!

I wore this for my afternoon bridal shower. The dress fit really well except around the chest as it puckered a bit however it could have been the bra I had. The style is very slimming and the dress is very comfortable.

I loved this dress so much and was so disappointed it didn't fit. The chest area was WAY too small, which was especially disappointing because Shoshanna usually tailors their clothes for larger busted women. I got the largest size so unfortunately this just won't work for me.

I liked this dress but skirt part is wide. The 4 fit because it was a line cute (I usually have to size up to 6 for straight dresses to fit my wide hips). Wore the dress twice and received many compliments (even from strangers). It has pockets. Only negative was the straps are not adjustable and I am petite , so they kept falling the first time. The second time I wore a bra and attached the strap hooks to it that helped but then straps didn't lay flat.

I didn't end up wearing this because the bodice was too tight and the straps were too long. They kept slipping down my shoulders and I didn't want to deal with that and discomfort all day. It's a very cute dress otherwise and even has pockets!

This is a cute dress, but I don't think I'm going to end up wearing it to the wedding bbq party I rented it for. I looked at Shoshanna's size guide and since it seemed like they ran small, I ordered up. Unfortunately, it is several inches too big in the body so it isn't as cute as it would be a size down. I'm usually a 4 or 6, but clearly should have been a 4 in this one.

Thicker fabric and well made dress. Felt great and very on theme! Was a little tighter in the chest.

I rented this for an afternoon wedding, but did not wear it. Fortunately I also rented another dress. This dress runs large, and the large checks (not that visible in photo) made it too casual for the wedding.

Too small on top for anyone with a larger chest.
