This dress fit very well. I was able to dance the night away comfortably!

this was perfect for the occasion. a bit more conservative than my usual gala style but it fit perfectly and hit the right note. fit was 100% true to size; size 4 for a tall straight-up-and-down figure

I was attending a gala as an honoree for my work. I knew I would mainly be photographed behind the table where I would be signing books, and wanted to keep my top half professional without exposing too much décolletage. As a visual artist, I also wanted something beautiful and interesting without a color pattern that might clash with my book cover. I felt this dress hit all the marks. The rich lace texture was gorgeous and key to hiding some body insecurities (upper arms, anyone?!?) I added fun fuchsia accessories (heels, bag, earrings) to keep my look creative rather than conservative. The dress was also extremely comfortable and allowed me to wear a basic nude bra without anything showing. I’ve been working to lose weight (down 20+ lbs!) and was’t sure what size would work. The 10 was a surprisingly perfect fit. My backup 12 wasn’t terrible either - the thick lace really holds its shape.

Loved this dress! It does run snug around the wait and arms. My normal size 6 wouldn't even zip up all the way. Size up! Otherwise it was very flattering and perfect for my husbands work Christmas party!

Dress was very comfortable, the fabric is beautiful, and I liked the length. I did not love how the dress looked in pictures.

Fit was perfect, very comfortable. Wore a strapless bra to take full advantage of the shoulder detail but a nude bra would be fine. Lace work is unique and pretty. Heels were my preference but needed booties for terrain and weather issues.

I rented this dress for a bridal shower and it was great. It was an extremely flattering fit and quite comfortable, especially since I wore it all day long. I wore a regular nude bra underneath and you couldn't see the straps at all. I paired it with dark cherry red pumps for a pop of color.

Fit well, could have used a tiny nip in the waistline but was uber comfy.

I received many compliments and I love the lace detail. One word of caution … The inner slip rides up if you dance too vigorously and over exposure is a real potential problem. I am 5’6” 159 pounds and the size ten fit perfectly.

This dress has very sturdy fabric and did not wrinkle at all. The material does not stretch so make sure the sizing is correct. I felt comfortable & confident in this dress all night. I think it was a great option for a formal, winter wedding

This dress for like a glove. I am short so the dress was longer on me than most but I actually liked that because it looked classy. It was freezing outside so I feel it fit the event & weather. I loved it so much I wanted to purchase it but the cheapest I found was $260 which is not what I want to spend. This dress will be on my radar for any future events.

Felt elegant in this dress. Loved the sleeves and how the lace comes down past the slip on the bottom. Be careful as the slip can ride up from sitting! I managed to fit into a 2 even though I gained 20 lbs! Was a little tight around the waist but I could've worn the 4, just had some gapping in certain spots so I stuck with the 2. Was perfect for the wedding I attended. Wish I could add more photos to show how I wore it to the wedding but I chose this picture since it showed the full dress up close.

Loved this dress! I have a somewhat full figure (5’5” 140lbs) and this was sexy but still sophisticated. Very high quality fabric with some give but also supportive. Such pretty crochet patterns!

This dress fit great. It runs true to size, but you should size up if you are getting a back up. Super comfortable and great for any cup size. It is formfitting but not too tight. There is a comfortable amount of room throughout the midsection and can be worn with any bra.

I love lace, and the lace around the arms/shoulders and at the bottom of the dress was my favorite part of the dress. Did have to wear a strapless bra otherwise the straps would show. It was true to size, maybe a tiny bit tight in the shoulders when I raised my arms but I didn't do a lot of dancing so it wasn't a big deal.

This dress was gorgeous... it's made really well and felt great. The interior slip would creep up after a little while but it was easy to pull back down. Overall I'm really pleased with this dress and the overall rent the runway process.

I am booked as a movie extra and I needed to attend a movie wedding. So I picked out the dress for a conservative Catholic wedding. It was perfect for my movie wedding occasion. I first had on flats but later changed to heels to balance out the length. Fit me great. Would wear w more pizzaz if I were going to a friends wedding or other event. Would be work event appropriate.

I normally wear a 6 and the 6 fit perfectly. The fabric felt like good quality. I wore a black strapless bra and paired my Stuart Weitzman nude heels and Rebecca Minkoff light blue leo clutch. I received numerous compliments throughout the evening. My backup size was a 4 —which I could fit into but the arms would have been too tight to lift over my head. I loved the lace detail on the sleeves. The color is a true navy blue.

Im normally a size 4 or 6 and I ended up wearing size 6 backup size; even that was a tight. This dress is very pretty but in addition to being the wrong size for me I just didn’t find it very comfortable. The lace is scratchy and when I got up from a sitting position the inner lining wanted to ride up- awkward.

Fit was spot on! Dress works for a wedding or a fancy party. The navy color is beautiful.

I ordered a 12 worried that it would run small but i should have gotten a 10. Couldn't wear it due to it being so big. The 12 was about 2 inches too big in the waist and hips, which never happens to me. Comfy lace, pretty details, conservative but still interesting. Lined and thick enough to conceal any issues! Measurements in pic: 31in waist, 38 bust, 41 hip.

Although it fit perfectly and I loved the color and detail, one of the comments I received was that the dress looked like my friend's grandma's table cloth. Not what I was going for. Definitely a more mature look.

This dress was beautiful and I received many compliments. It fits true to size. I'm usually a 6 or 8 in dresses - the 6 fit but was more fitted/body conscious - the 8 had just a little room for comfort. The dress is a dark navy but looks a little lighter in certain lights. Very classy - full coverage but the lace gives it a little more oomph. I first ordered a completely different dress (pink & frilly) which looked awful on me. RTR was super helpful - let me pick something new (this dress) and overnighted it to me so I had it in time to travel for my event! Great experience!
