I get like $1M in this dress. It was understated and elegant and made me feel really beautiful but not flashy. Very highly recommended.

Great dress! I got compliments at work the moment I stepped off the elevator and they lasted all day long. I thought it might be a little short when i first put it on but because it's not as fitted it still feels demure.

I wore this to work for an important meeting and loved it. I felt comfortable, polished and professional all day. The tie detailing looks great when you remember to spread out the tie material (it looks bad when it's rolled up and thinly tied). The flounce in the skirt looks great and makes the cut even more flattering. And the navy color is classic. Highly recommend!

This dress fit well and is made of great material. The only con is the sleeves were a little tight in me. Loved it, though!

The dress fit beautifully. I felt covered up, but the feminine details made it so pretty. I loved the bias ruffled skirt- it was fun to dance in!! Lastly, it was a great true navy color.

I love everything Shoshana -- and this one is no different. I looked it up online and this dress isn't set to be released at Nordstrom, Neiman's or Sak's for another few weeks. I feel like such a trendsetter! ; ) Such a great dress for Adulting -- the tie at the neck gives it a sophisticated air, while the slightly ruffled skirt is fresh and flirty. The fabric appears a little see-through around my legs -- so I won't be standing in front of some bright sun-lit windows. Runs a little loose in the waist, but otherwise seems very true to size.

8/10 Its unique and cute, but nothing special. Runs true to size to slightly large. It was a little overkill to the office but very cute for a date.

I wore this dress all day and it was very comfortable, you don't really feel like wearing one. The fabric is very thin and light so the dress takes the shape of your body. I think it will look better on a fuller figure. It is not wind proof so keep that in mind if you'll wear it outside. The color of the dress is a great navy blue and absolutely love it. The sleeves are well cut and the neck bow and short turtle neck collar is great.

I rented this dress for work because I thought the bow was super cute. The fabric was much thinner than I expected and the fit was pretty loose.

A) true to size B) Material is lighter weight than I anticipated but I like it that way. It makes it more wrinkle resistant. C) the fit and flow of the dress is jut smart and so flattering if you want to accentuate your legs. Neckline is very classy as well D) The deep blue color was the perfect backdrop to the flashy accessories I chose.

Felt like a full-on flight attendant in this dress. I'm shocked no one asked me for a bag of pretzels. The fit is strange. It's fitted in the stomach but not shaped at the waist. The skirt flounce is lovely with the extra fabric and the way it's cut. The top is osd because the opening is right where your bra strap sits, so it shows. Fine for work, but just ok.

The dress doesn't fit like the picture on the model. The model must have the dress cinched in the back at the waist because this is an unfitted dress. I also didn't like the darts at the bust. As for positives: it's super comfortable to wear, the navy is a beautiful color, and the dress is constructed well.

Very loose fitting in the body, perfect in my shoulders and arms. Will absolutely rent again. Perfect for a PMSing / bloated day. Sooo classy.

I really think this dress needed more careful design. The bow should be part of the shoulder: instead you get two ties that sorta hang limply near your shoulder when tied into a bow. This also tends to show your bra strap. The dress fits a bit oddly, too, clinging a bit tightly near the upper waist. I like the idea of the dress but not the execution and almost didn't wear it. I styled with a long string of pearls and boots.

A little short for me, hit about 3 in above the knee on my 5'2" frame. Runs a little small, great for someone with no hips or stomach, can be very fitting. Arms weren't too tight. Loved the style, just a little short for me. Could be a great work dress.

This did not have a lining and looked pretty basic and cheap. I did not wear due to quality issues. I wouldn't have liked it if it was in good shape due to its cheapness.

The bow and skirt ruffle details are gorgeous. The fabric draped so nicely. That being said, i feel like the fabric was on the thin side and required seamless undergarments not to show every lump and bump.

Wore this to work and got tons of compliments. I just love how flirty the ruffle hem is!

Gorgeous navy dress. I wore it to my nephews baptism. I am an hourglass (and more fuller in the hips) and this is a very flattering cut. Lots of compliments.

The dress has a cute retro mad men/flight attendant look. Fabric is lighter than it looks in the picture. Dress was true size.

This fit perfect and sophisticated but sexy. I wore with booties and patterned tights but can certainly go the more conservative route. So comfortable and doesn't wrinkle.
