The fabric is a heavy weight cotton feel so it's super comfy. The pleat in the front gives it a little 'sexy' but not over the top. The sleeves were snug but not uncomfortable. I wore it to work in an professional office setting and received tons of compliments on it. I Would definitely 'rent' again. It's a nice dress for day to happy hour...

The fabric is thick and good quality. It helps hide imperfections in your body. It is too short for work if you have an hourglass body shape, but the length is perfect for everyday. Overall, I really loved this dress so much that I purchased it.

Originally rented this for work, but it was a little short so I wore it to happy hour instead. I got so many compliments, and loved it with my riding boots. The cute is definitely unique, but not for work!

I LOVE this dress. I feel so cute in it! I initially rented it in my usual size 6 and was disappointed. I gave it another chance with the size 4 and I am SO happy. My husband says he loves it and I agree! I would be cautious about the little slits in the front... they can show the control top portion of your tights if you're not careful. I wore this to work and also out to dinner. I want to own this dress!!

Fabric is thick and forgiving. I'm 5'1 so it was a perfect length for me. It runs big. It fitted well on my upper body but loose on my waist and hips. It's very profesional but a little sexy at the same time. It looks better in person than in the picture

This dress looked great on and I loved the color. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is kind of short especially when sitting down and the slits open up. Giving four stars because even though the dress fit everywhere else, it was a little snug in the shouldee area.

This was a fun dress to wear. A true olive, so keep in mind if that doesn't work for your skin tone. The gold buttons are a nice touch and pair well with a necklace (which I recommend because of the neckline). My only caution: This dress is short, and it gets shorter when you're sitting. I highly recommend wearing tights with this. Also the neckline can be a bit risky, depending on your workplace. There IS a hint of cleavage.

I loved the simple yet militaristic design of this dress, but alas it was way too short for my 6'1" stature. I have a flat stomach, but this really accentuated the curvature of that area and made it feel like I'd need to wear Spanx with it. The butt area was also too high up, so there was a gap between my body and the fabric. Overall great material & design, but would probably work better for someone shorter!

I rented this for a date night and LOVED it. Very flattering. Very comfy. I ended up wearing it 3 times while I had it because I just loved it so much.

This dress feels very put-together, with good tailoring and material. I wore it with thick black tights -- it was way too short without tights (especially while sitting), and even with tights it's definitely nowhere near work appropriate. Nice for a weekend dinner though! Fit had a little room for improvement on me -- I went up a size based on the reviews. It's a little big in the chest / waist, but I couldn't go smaller because of the length.

This was very cute! If you're large chested this dress def flatters without showing too much cleavage. I ordered a size 2 and it fit great in the chest and hip areas but did have a bit of extra fabric around the stomach which was fine. Dress was not too short when you stood up but be careful when sitting especially since there are two slits. I wore with black opaque tights and over the knee healed black boots.

So very well made and modern without being trendy. I love the olive green color with a hint of military. The material is heavy so perfect for winter. I wore this with Rachel Zoe mid calf black ankle boots and a tailored Kate Spade black coat. It was very chic.

The slits are real so standing better than sitting if that helps.

B/c it's a little short, I wore tights with either heels or boots. Received tons of compliments! It is somewhat form fitting but the sleeves balance it out.

Loved this dress and may even rent again for another event. It was nice thick fabric and it sat well in all the right places! I could have maybe gone down a size if I wanted it to be tight everywhere, but my usual size (10) was perfect because nothing was too tight. Just snug enough in my opinion!! It was a big longer on me than the model in the images which I was glad about. It was very work appropriate and looked great with heels or flats!

Slimming thicker fabric. Love the nautical button detail. Very flattering cute dress. Definitely on the short side but nothing a pair of tights couldn't fix if you wanted to wear it to the office.

Pros: the material is nice and kept me warm on this cold rainy day with tights and boots. Cons: Although, the dress fit me in the waist, the top was a bit big for my frame. It was a little too low cut for my comfort at work and the sleeves were a tad too long.

Dress fits me nicely, but shorter than I expected. I don't think I can wear it to the work place unless I wear some dark stockings and paired it with knee boots.
