Beautiful gown worn to a military ball. Fit perfectly, confortable and true to size. Usual 4 and wore 4.

I got this dress for a formal event. Decided not to wear it though since the coloring isn't right for how pale I currently am. But I'm a typical size 4, sometimes 6, run around 130 to 135 lb. 5 ft 4 in. It's a slim fitting dress. I have a mom belly and that was one of the reasons I didn't like it because it accentuated that. But it is a beautiful dress! Zipper was tight to work by myself.

I felt very beautiful in this dress. The first dress I received had a slight tear in the lace on the sleeve, so they sent me two replacement dresses within 2 days. No charge. Great customer service. I think this dress runs on the large side because it was a little loose compared to the other size 4 dress of a different kind that I could barely get on. I'm thinking a size 2L would have fit me better, but that option was not available. The L length was perfect for me to wear a 2 1/2 to 3 inch heal. Overall, great rental experience (first-time renter).

Perfect for a December wedding. Paired it with a fur shawl & loved the look. Lots of compliments and fit perfectly.

I loved this dress! I got so many compliments and people asking me where I got it. Usually in a dress I would wear a size 10 but the top of the size 10 was way too big (I'm pretty small in the bust). I felt great in the dress and it was very comfortable and flattering. My only complaint is that there are spaghetti shoulder straps that hold up the inner lining of the top that kept falling down which was kind of annoying.

Great pop of color for a winter wedding. Fit great. Was able to dance the night away with no problem. Def recommend! Got tons of compliments!

I am usually between a 4 and a 6. This dress was a perfect fit for me. The drape of the fabric was gorgeous and had beautiful movement when I walked. The lace detail was very forgiving and I was very comfortable in this dress for a gala. I received numerous compliments.

The fit was perfect: fabric has a little give so very comfortable as well. 6L was just a little long - would have been perfect with 3" heels. I felt so glamorous in this dress without having to show too much skin - it was perfect for our black tie gala! Highly recommended!

The fit was perfect. I am 5'5" and 155lbs. I am a B cup, which is the only place I didn't really fill out the dress... it didn't cause any issues though! Love it so much. Lightweight, but warm enough for a cool September night. I usually wear an 8 (non dress).

I am 5’1” and I found even with heels this was too long on me. I still wore it because I love the fit and feel but wish it was available in petite or short versions.

This dress fits like a glove and hugs in all the right places. The lace fabric is a little on the boring side, not super modern or anything. But the color and fit make it hard not to love.

I'm 5'10". The regular hovered about 2 in off the ground in flats. It worked in a crowded ballroom. It was very comfortable. I was also able to wear a regular bra with it. The only drawback is that it lacked a little WOW factor for a black-tie event. It was a little bohemian rather than elegant.

I loved this dress! It looked great and was true to size. It was a little too long, but being 5ft I'm used to that. Easy fix. Plus, I didn't have to worry about going out to get a dress. Dress felt and looked great and was easy to dance in!!

This was my backup dress in 0R. I like the design and thought it was nice, if a little thin, but it was a full size too big for me (I'm pinching the fabric in the photo). I also wouldn't have been able to wear flats without the dress dragging on the floor. The dress is a darker red than the model photo, almost like a burgundy. I think the dress works best for taller, curvier and/or bustier women.

This dress is a lace dream. It's very forgiving in the tummy and hips, as the skirt creates a beautiful figure. I couldn't love it because the straps on the red slip under the lace were huge and there's no way to adjust them. The slip kept moving and showing my bra so I didn't end up wearing it. The fit was a bit off, it bunched up in the back, like there was extra space so I probably could've gotten away with a 10 and just wear shapewear underneath. This one is meant to show off curves.

I was surprised how well it fit. It looks like it would be skin tight but it's not. It doesn't show any bunched undergarments and the under-layer feels like a second skin. My only complaint was the sleeve detail of the lace edge refused to stay flat but it didn't look bad, just like it had been hemmed there. Definently on my would rent again list. I usually wear long/tall in styles and it was the perfect length, just hovering over the ground even with my 2-3" heels. I range b/t a size 10-12.

I wore this for an arts awards reception and received compliments all night long! The size 6 was a bit looser than I expected but very flattering. I have a short torso and the straps on the inner layer aren't adjustable so I went with pasties instead of a bra so it wouldn't show.

The 6R fit perfectly. I could wear a regular (nude) bra and felt like this flattered me in the right places. I would highly recommend this dress; it feels glam and sexy but is actually comfortable too!

y'all...not only did i feel sexy in this gorgeous dress but i also felt strong & confident. if you want to be a total smoke show, rent it!

This dress is AMAZING! It was actually my back-up dress, but I loved it so much more than the main dress I had selected. This dress is absolutely beautiful. I have an hourglass shape, which it flattered very nicely. I started out wearing shapewear and a strapless bra underneath, but took them off partway through the evening because this dress did not need them! I am 5' 9" tall, and the 6L size was long enough to brush the floor when I was barefoot. Also, not only did this dress fit well, but it was also extremely comfortable. I could stand, walk, and sit without any issues. It even looked good during my death scene, as I was the murder victim at my own murder mystery party! Overall, I was thrilled with this dress! Sending it back was one of the hardest things I've had to do! The best advice I can give to anyone who is considering this dress is to RENT IT. Believe me, you won't regret it!!

So comfortable! The dress is stretchy and easy to move in. Loved the color. I felt fantastic in it!

This definitely fits true to size...not too tight in any one area. The lace is gorgeous and I had no problems with the zipper or any threading coming loose. I never wear red and was hesitant, however, this red is absolutely beautiful and stunning in photos!

This was the back up of the backup dress. I tried it on and my boyfriend loved it.. Wore it to his military ball.. Fit great really loved it and got alot of compliments.

I was looking for something to camouflage my post partum belly and this dress did a pretty good job! Made me feel elegant! Length was perfect for me with 2” heels.

This was my first time renting a dress from rent the runway. I was a little skeptical at first but being able to read the reviews and see pictures really help me find it the perfect dress for my event. I was so happy with the dresses I was sent- the fit was excellent, quality was wonderful... I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be renting from Rent the Runway again! One word of advice, be sure to read the size details from other users. I sized down as other women said the dress friends large and it was a great decision .

It's a gorgeous dress! I'm 5'9160lbs, the 8long fit me perfectly with some length for heels. I have a more athletic body type and it gave me some curves! Perfect for a black tie wedding.

Maybe ran a little big but not enough to detour me from wearing it. I felt pretty in it. Room to breath, eat/drink and dance. I wore y'all heels and the 10R was a great length.

I am 5’5 and usually wear a size 8 or 10 dress. The 10R fit me like a glove! It nipped in my waist and was the perfect length. The color is not bright but not dark like a “wine” color. It’s a rich and beautiful “ruby”. This was my first time using RTR and I’ll definitely will be a customer again. I wish this dress was in my closet!

I read the reviews, sized down and got a long. The dress fit perfectly! I didn't wear much of a heel, and the length was still not too long on my 5'6 frame. I highly recommend this dress!! I received compliments all night.

Beautiful in person. Runs large for sure, typically wear a 6 and on this one the 4 fit perfect. Length was great also - ordered the long and was perfect with small heels. I am 5'9".

This dress runs a bit larger than average, so definitely consider a size down for your 'back up' size. I got many complements and loved the red lace. It was long enough to just miss the floor in 4 inch heels (I'm 5'4.5 exactly, so something to consider). I was very happy with this dress.

Wore this gown for the formal/black-tie portion of a Middle Eastern wedding. The color was beautiful, and the fit very flattering. Length was perfect - just long enough to graze the floor but not so long that I felt like I was going to trip (I am 5'5, wore the gown with approximately 3 inch heels). Easy to move in, not itchy at all.
