The dress fit a little large. I was hoping this would be the case as the 10 was unavailable. The eight fit like a glove, but I generally wear a 10. The lace part of the top was such a pretty detail (and made it possible to wear the dress without a bra). The shoulders could be worn a little higher, however they stayed put best when worn a little lower. I usually wear spanx under dresses but the shape and fit of this dress did not need it. Would absolutely rent this dress again!

Great dress! Material is thick and forgiving. Only thing to note is the lace is only around the arms. Still loved the dress but had to read the reviews in depth to know the lace did not overlay all the way around. Still unique and received lots of compliments!

I rented this dress to wear for my birthday and it did NOT disappoint! The lace overlay that hid my little pooch (LOL) that day, the off the shoulder look that gave it enough sexy and the fit over my body made me want to own the dress! I LOVED LOVED LOVED this dress. I think it's perfect for a wedding, formal affair or even something not so formal. This review is a year and a half later but anytime I look at pics, I remember how gorgeous I felt and all the compliments I got.

This dress was really easy to wear. Very comfortable, didn't ride up on the shoulders, and was slimming on the waist. Loved that it hit right at the knee. This is a great dress for transitioning fall weather. I got lots of compliments on it and never had any issues feeling uncomfortable all night!

This was a great dress for a late summer wedding. I'm always concerned about my bust so it fit the bill nicely there. My one and only con was that it weirdly didn't photograph well all the time, because the off the shoulder piece is long, sometimes I can kind of make you appear bigger from certain angles. However, I worked it and loved the fit. Lots of compliments!

Pictures don't do this dress justice. It fit like a glove and fell right at my knees (I'm 5'9"). I felt totally comfortable in this dress. The lace overlay covered any stomach flaws, but was short enough to give me a waist (I have a very straight body so this is a big deal for me). The dress stayed off of my shoulders, I'm assuming due to the fact that they are actually sleeves. I loved this dress and would recommend.

LOVE this dress - wore to a wedding last year when I was in my first trimester, and rented again for a wedding postpartum. Does a nice job of hiding your belly with the lace overlay. Super comfy and cute.

I wore this for my cousins wedding at a brewery/rustic hall. It was extremely comfortable. This was the first dress I've rented that didn't have anything that bothered me/ rubbed/ stuck out. It fit like a glove and I danced for hours in it. I would definitely rent this again!

I felt as though the fit was right on. I was concerned about the ruffle not laying in the right place due to my bust, but it was great. I felt wonderful in this dress and would love to own it.

I originally ordered this to wear for headshot for work, but ended up wearing it to an a Christmas shopping event. I felt so amazing in it. The lace top hid all of the areas I don't love, including my arms and stomach, but was flirty and sexy without being frumpy. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the lace top has separate sleeves, meaning it isn't all one piece, so you can move way easier in it. I couldn't tell that in any of the photos. And has a side zipper for easy access. All in all a great dress.

After reading the reviews, I rented this dress in a 6 with the 8 as my backup. The 6 fit great and I probably could have even fit in a 4 if I wanted it to be even more form fitting. It's easy to move in and doesn't constrict movement that much. The lace up top adds the perfect amount of flare to the traditional LBD. The off the shoulder look was just the right amount of sexy and the sleeves were not annoying at all. Loved wearing this! Would definitely rent again.

Loved wearing this dress. It's elegant, but the off the shoulder neckline and lace make it fun too. Got so many compliments and it was actually really comfortable. I was nervous the neckline would be annoying, but it stayed in place and I could dance comfortably. Would definitely recommend!

I had a baby 11 weeks ago and am working on getting back to my original size. I've been in between sizes for awhile. The 10 fit great. Had a little give which was nice as well. I wore spanks to help with tummy control. It was a fun dress with the off the shoulder look and they stayed in place all night! Felt great post baby

This dress was fun, but still easy to dress up for a formal wedding. It was comfortable, easy to dance in (even being off the shoulder) and still summary, despite the color. The non-ruffle part of the dress fit really well and was very flattering.

The dress was really difficult to get over my shoulders/bust, which made me worried, but once I got it on, it fit perfectly! The material has a little stretch to it, so it clings to the body but is still comfortable and very flattering. I did have to wear spanx. And the eyelet overlay adds a unique detail. The elastic in the sleeves is tight enough to keep them off the shoulder without me having to tug at them all night.

The underneath slip is a little tight, but not a huge issue.

This was my backup dress for an outdoor wedding I was attending. The dress is gorgeous, and I received tons of compliments on it! I'm still nursing my son, who just turned 5 months old, and this dress was super easy to nurse in! There are very few NICE nursing dresses out there, and this was amazinggggg. I didn't wear a strapless bra because my bust is too large right now, but I just pulled my straps down a little and didn't wear it completely off the shoulder.

I had a credit from a previous dress order that didn't work out and my friend needed an outfit so I told her if she could find a dress I would order the dress for her and do her hair and makeup! She looked flawless. She was going to wear the size 4 but ended up going with a size 6 just to play it safe. When she was trying them on, she mentioned that the 4 was a little too tight in the back area when she did a sit test. She wore this dress to a wedding that her boyfriend was in and she looked fantastic and she felt confident in the dress! I am glad I ordered a 10 and a 12 in this dress because the 10 was a little snug for my curvy hips but holy cow, this dress fit perfectly! I am almost 6' tall as well and it hit right at the knee! I loved the ruffles too--they covered up my pasty, winter arms but allowed to show off my shoulders and add a little sparkle. Loved this and probably going to re-order for a wedding soon!

Wow - this dress is beautiful. The flower lace detail and off the shoulder was perfect for a Valentine's Day dinner. The waist was a little baggy, I would size down if I ordered this again. Very comfortable dress!

With it being my first time using, RTR, I was a little hesitant. I ordered two dress styles, in 2 sizes. I am: 5'5", short torso, long legs, hourglass, 34DD/32E. The size 8 was perfect for me. It was more slimming in person. I wore a strapless bra (personal comfort), although not necessary. I had no problems at all with the strapless...it was perfect! I would rent this dress again!

I would definitely recommend sizing up for your back up as the body of the dress is fitted with no stretch. This style is good for any cup size and you can either wear a strapless bra, no bra or a NuBra! At 5'10", the length of the dress was right at my knees. Pair with fun earrings!

Runs true to size. The band at the shoulders is elastic and very comfortable. I'm pretty wide in the shoulders and the elastic fit great, not tight at all. Easy to dance in. The body of the dress does not have much give. Very elegant understated dress.
