Very tight and fitted body con type dress. Think bandage dress but with more give. It was great for work for me. The cut outs hit right where my bra straps are so just something to be aware of.

Fitted but forgiving. I wear between an 8-10 and this size 8 worked well. There is a lot of stretch, and almost don't need support wear. My regular bra showed through the peep holes, so I wore strapless. There is no zipper, must pull over head. Might be best to do hair and makeup after putting on. My husband had to help me so i wouldn't get makeup on the neckline. I've already returned this trying to get a new shipment, but now I wish I would have kept this one. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Pros: Great, stretchy, curve-hugging fit. The cut outs are bra friendly. The length of the dress is modest but not matronly. The color is a versatile deep blue. Cons: This is a pull-over dress and might be tough for some to manage. The fabric is mostly polyester with some spandex (not very luxurious). The sleeves are a bit tight (even for my skinny arms).

This dress is everything!! The cut outs are sexy but still professional. It is form fitting but would flatter any figure. Beautiful navy blue color and I felt like a million bucks!

This dress was great! I wore it to a school fundraiser. It was a stretchy but thick/sturdy material. It had great length and was super comfortable. It moved with me but also stayed in place in all the right places. I wore a normal bra and slid my straps slightly sideways...they might have been visible a time or two but I was happy that I didn't have to wear a strapless bra.

I get to ring in the NASDAQ Opening Bell every year with my company. Wore this for the TV event. Was perfect; even wore it that same night to a business dinner. Although it was form fitting it was not too tight or inappropriate for work.

I got this dress for my corporate head shots and it was perfect! The color was exactly what I needed to liven up the picture, but still be conservative in nature, the fit was incredible, and my bra straps didn't show in the cut-outs like some others experienced. Be careful because it doesn't have a zip, you put it on like you would a sweater, so I took many steps to ensure deodorant didn't stain it while putting it on, and I put a robe on over it while I did my makeup, and did my hair last since the dress is pulled over your head. I would absolutely rent this again!

Nobody could figure out if this was purple or blue, but it fit nicely, very form hugging, liked the ridges in it. Lots of stretch and room for wiggles. Showed my rolls when sitting down though

This is a great dress. I was a little unsure when I realized it isn't as structured as I thought, but I guess the nice, stretchy fabric ensures the perfect fit! It's probably the most bodycon dress I have worn to work, but I feel so confident! I think the sleeves and high neckline keep it conservative enough to stay professional, even with the tighter fit.

Love love loved this dress! It fits perfectly bc it's a thick stretchy material. Someone said I looked like a model and 3 ppl said they didn't recognize me at first bc they were staring at the dress and how well it fit and not my face lol. It fits true to size and hit me just below the knee (I'm 5'5"). I would def rent this again!!

I had the incredible opportunity to meet Michael Bloomberg and Warren Buffet in this dress so confidence was everything. The dress fit perfectly in place, not a lot of fuss or pulling it down into place, was the perfect length and the open clavicle spots kept the dress professional without being boring. Felt great every moment while I was wearing it.

Definitely a little tight around the stomach so I would recommend wearing spanx

This is a beautiful classy dress with a touch of sassiness. I loved the cutout details on the neck. I received a ton of compliments at work. I was a little bloated the day I wore it but as you can see from the picture the dress was still very flattering. It is very comfortable and the perfect length for work. I would rent again.

I love this dress. I've rented it twice for work. I spent 24+ hours in it once when stuck overnight in an airport. Apart from that, it's fitted, but very flattering.

This was a figure flattering, body hugging dress with a longer length, making it an updated look for event without being too revealing. The fabric is pretty thick and "hugged" my curves. I wore a regular bra with straps which were wider so they didn't show through the cut outs.

This dress was classy and comfy and just perfect for my Business School reunion! It was formal yet given the little cut-outs, still intriguing without it being overly sexy. The dress is stretchy and though normally I wear a size 6, since I'm pretty straight cut from the bust down, I decided to go with a 4, so that it will not hang loose in the hip area. A size 4 fit perfectly my 5'3" frame and 34D bust size. I was thrilled with the dress and would have even bought it if instead of being an entrepreneur I would still be working in corporate.

Such a beautiful dress. The material was comfortable. There is no zipper on this dress. It was easy to get on and off due to the stretchy nature of the material. Can wear a regular bra with this dress and they won't show in the cutouts. I'm 5'7" and the dress came past my knees.

Wore this to semi formal retirement dinner at country club. Needed to look good form every angle while working hard. This dress was comfortable and elegant. FYI: Openings at neck can show bra strap if yours aren't wide set enough- as soon as I changed to a convertible bra all was perfect. Dress has stretch but doesn't look too body con. Will rent again.

I wore this for a cocktail event at a work conference, and it was just the perfect combination of professional and fun. The texture of the dress was probably my favorite part. Normally, I wouldn't like a dress without a zipper, but that didn't bother me with this one since it fit so well. I go between 6 and 8 in dresses, but felt the 6 was a better fit since this is supposed to be body hugging. I paired it with black suede pumps, a Kendra Scott long necklace, and some fabulous surprise bling that RTR sent (Kate Spade Clear as Crystal Linear Ear Jacket). Another rental I wish I owned!

the texture hides all the things you want to hide and the stretch hugs every curve! wish this dress was in my closet everyday! definitely would rent again and recommend this for all body types. -hard to wear a bra with the cut outs but i just wore a strapless.

This dress fits true to size & like a glove. So stretchy & comfortable yet completely polished and unique. It absolutely delivered and I'd rent it again!

This is a stunning dress-the fabric has a great texture-the pictures don't do it justice! It's stretchy with a very flattering cut and very comfortable. The cutouts are a bit tricky to conceal bra straps (without going strapless). Otherwise no issues.
