The 8 fits me perfectly on top and bottom but because I have a exptrelmely protruding tummy I absolutely must wear Spanx!!! (Plus stand up straight, no carbs, no soy, and sit ups would help too!) I did plan on keeping it casual with groovy sneakers but I could definitely dress it up with pretty wedge sandals for fancier occasions. I adored it so much that I bought this orange and hot pink dress even though my current hair color is red. I figured that for now I can put my hair up since I had already planned on dyeing it darker next month anyway. Although the top fabulously accentuates my chest and the skirt part is loose and flowy which makes my tush look very nice, it definitely still shows my bloated tummy a bit even with my Spanx. Now I am off to Canada with my family and I can't wait to show off how hip and pretty it is!!!!!

This dress was perfect for a bridal shower. Runs true to size, the lace has NO stretch. Was a bit challenging getting my 34H chest zipped up. Was not tight on my arms or anywhere else. The color and quality was fantastic.

This dress fit me perfectly. I was worried about how tight it would be in the bust area since that is usually where I have to size up and I read that this dress didn't have any stretch. But that was no issue. The length was perfect for me and hit at the top of my knee. You can see through the lace but I wore a nude bra and you really couldn't see it. The nude lining in the dress does go a little low though, so don't wear a full coverage bra or it might show. Paired with some pearls and rose-gold sandals, this was great for my sister's bridal shower!

This dress fit very well. The zippers on both were a little difficult to use. Wore this to a Kentucky Derby fundraiser for work that I helped run. This dress was comfortable. Received lots and lots of compliments. I couldn't quite tell if the coral was orange from the other reviews so I ordered a pink and orange hat to wear with it. Although the dress was not quite as "orange" as it appeared, the hat brought out more of an orange tint which worked out perfectly. So happy to have found RTR!

This dress is amazing! It fits like a glove and is the perfect length. I wore this to my pinning ceremony for nursing school and it definitely made me stand out but not in an uncomfortable way. So glad I rented this dress, I wish I could keep it!

Based on the model pic, I was worried about the length, but this wasn't too short for a family party on my 5'8" frame. Fun summery dress. The flash makes the nudish-white slip very apparent, but it doesn't appear that way in typical lighting situations. Loved the colors: very vibrant but not overly bright.

This is a fun, comfy dress that was perfect for a late summer wedding. It's slightly casual, but with some bling it's definitely formal enough for most functions. Love that I could move around all day/evening without ever feeling restricted or like I was going to flash too much skin. As someone with a large chest, it's great to find a stylish dress that I don't feel like I'm falling out of. It's also pretty light weight - a huge plus for a 90 degree and humid day. I did wear a strapless bra since you can see through the lace at the sleeves. If seeing a little strap doesn't bug you, then you could get away with a normal bra.

Such a comfortable dress! The colors were bright and beautiful. Sleeves were comfortable as was the slip that came with the dress. A must own!

The dress fit true to size just make sure that when. You put the dress on, you adjust the straps for the liner so that it hides your bra. It was very comfortable and I loved the colors. Got a lot of compliments!!

I ordered a ten, I don't know why. Should have definitely gotten an 8, it is so pretty. The built in slip is wonderful. I threw on the cardigan for work but would have felt great either way. If you're usually an 8 I say stick with it, it was a tad baggy in the waist and arms area. I felt beautiful and got a ton of compliments

It was very comfortable to wear all night and dance in. I wore the zero but did try on the size 2, which was a little long waisted for me. I am very short waisted though :). It arrived with the tags on so I was the first to wear it!

My favorite rental ever! The colors are so fun and the lace is forgiving. I wore a size smaller than I thought I would. It's snug in the bust but not in a bad way. The inner layer is a bit see through so I wore a slip. I comes in at the waist which is perfect for me. Loved it!

Super cute, feminine, summer dress! I have a very large bust, and wide hips, and the 12 fit perfectly. It was a bit snug, though, so I would definitely suggest sizing up for backup if you're between sizes. The waist is very fitted and the hips flare out a bit, but not in a bulky way! The fabric had a small amount of stretch to it while zipping up, which contributed to the snug waist fit, but also meant the sleeves were comfortable and slim fitting at the same time. The top is somewhat see-through, with a a light tan-colored slip under the pink lace layer, so I would recommend with a skin-colored bra, bra with thin straps, or strapless. At 5"8 the skirt hit just above my knees. The dress is a loud, gorgeous, color with feminine accents, so I would go light on the accessories and let the dress speak for itself!

What a great summer dress by Shoshana! It is comfortable, fun and chic! As I have fuller hips and the dress runs true to size, I would recommend sizing up for back-up. The dress comes with a nude slit underneath which is a perfect combination with the colored lace. The dress has a great shape since it is fitted in the waist and has full skirt that is not bulky at all! It is great for all bra sizes and body types. I would recommend wearing it with simple, gold toned jewelry since the dress is already making a statement with its bright color. It looks great with a neutral colored heel or flat. It is the perfect dress for a dressier day time event. I could see myself wearing it for graduation, for instance!

Dress is a bit tight in the chest, so I recommend ordering your true size, or if in doubt, a size up. It is very flattering and very bright. It is preppy and cute for a summer party or BBQ. I loved it. I felt very special and it is a true stand out dress. You will not be disappointed.

The dress fit true to size. I am usually a 12 (I'm busty as well). I fit into the 10 but it was a little more snug. So it depends on your preference. The dress came with the tags still on, so it was in perfect condition. It was light and fun for a summer party! The lace was very pretty and a perfect preppy option for a the summer time.

My only comment was that I tried on a 4 in the store and it didn't close, but wasn't super small on me. So we ordered a 6 and an 8, when I'm usually closer to an 8 or a 10. However, the 8 was pretty snug - I think I would have been more comfortable in a 10, so I felt like the stylist in the store should have guided me towards a larger size.

The colors are beautiful and bright, and the lace is pretty! I had to rent a 14 as the size I actually needed (12) was unavailable. The dress was roomy and because it was too big, I ended up with gapping (loose fabric) sticking out on the top back...it was also slightly big everywhere else. I'd say this dress runs true to size.

This dress ran small compared to other Shoshanna dresses I've rented in the past. The nude underslip moved around while wearing but the colors were beautiful and received many compliments. It was a little long but I wore it with nude wedges so you couldn't really tell.
