Fun everyday but different. Not extremely flattering but overall great dress . Not thick material great for transition from summer to fall

I rented this dress for a work meeting that required same day air travel. The print is fun while maintaining an overall polished professional look. The material was comfortable and did not wrinkle throughout the day. I wore it with gray tweed pumps for the meeting and black and white strappy heels for dinner, night out. Great office dress, tons of compliments.

Super comfortable dress- very lightweight, but the long sleeves give it a fall/winter look. Could be worn with tights for colder days. Very professional with unique pattern and colors. Perfect dress for work!

Wore this for an interview and then later to a work conference. So many compliments from friends and strangers. So many of my male colleagues actually mentioned how much they loved the dress; which was surprising. It's a gorgeous dress, however I think the waist is large & baggy, and the hips narrow for a sz 4. Regardless I still enjoyed wearing it and would rent again in a second.

I adored this dress. One colleague called it jazzy. Ultimately I found it too short to wear to court, but loved wearing it around the office. It is super comfortable and I would say perhaps a tad big in the middle (stomach) but would want to err on a larger size due to length.

Great shade of green and the black and white contrast were perfect for work. I ended up wearing a slip underneath because it was unseasonably cold and this dress is a little thin. I received lots of compliments and highly recommend this dress

I loved this dress. It's fun, sporty, flirty and I felt sexy wearing it. The material is lightweight and has a nice texture. The fit isn't too loose In the midsection. It hangs nicely to show some shape without being tight. If it wasn't just slightly tight under the arms, I would have purchased it. I have strong arms, so this is a common problem for me.

Great work dress, a very unique piece with quality fabric and colors. A tad short (for medium to taller gals) but overall balanced by the longer sleeves and modest tie-neck.

I was in such a good mood all day wearing this dress! The colors pop and the cut shows off all the right curves. My husband loved it on me. Very appropriate for work or casual every day. Beware of the top buttons - they like to pop open!

This dress is very versatile, I wore it to a dinner party for work, it's light enough to wear in hot weather with a pair of heels, but I could easily imagine it worn in cold weather with black tights and booties. The green is bright and I love the black and white stripes against the contrasting green and black. It fit well I probably could have gotten away with a size 0, but the 2 still looked good on, just a tad wide in the midsection.

The fit was great, it was maybe a wee bit big (though I say still order your usual size) which made it more flattering than if it had been super tight. I'm very high wasted so the seem didn't hit me quite right, so I decided to wear a chic black blazer with the dress to complete the outfit. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone loved this dress, got endless compliments on it! Will rent again! Perfect length and style for work. The sleeves, shoulders, length and collar were a perfect fit, the waist was very loose on me--possibly because my waist is very narrow. But the loose waist was very work appropriate and comfortable.

I love his dress! The colors and patterns are beautiful and unique. I would recommend sizing up and using a black belt of the waist is too big. The size 6 was perfect for my busy and hips but spacious in the mid-section so I added a black belt and it was the perfect fit

I love this dress so much! I have bigger hips, so I sized up and it worked out great. It's perfect for work and is very comfortable. And the color is so pretty in person! I'll definitely be renting this dress again.

When I first tried it on it was a little tight. I felt a little iffy about wearing it. I asked a family member when I tried it on if it was too tight and they said no. They said it fit perfectly!!! Well, I wore it to church for Easter Sunday and I received so many compliments. I fell in love with THIS DRESS... FYI: If you are taller than 5 feet (which is my actual height) it will probably be shorter on you.

I loved this dress. It is very unique and will definitely get you noticed. The dress is true to size, however, if you have fuller hips/thighs, it may be snug there. There is no stretch in the fabric. I really wish I could keep this dress forever!

I absolutely loved this style! This is a great dress for work as well as for a daytime event. It's a classic style with a modern design that makes it edgy. Depending on your shoes, you can definitely dress it up or dress it down. The material is light and it's a comfortable style for a variety of body types. It's not fitted in the bust or mid section, however it is slightly fitted around the hip area. The tie at the top is also a great accent!

Shoshanna dresses are meant for long torsos but I made this dress work for me. I borrowed a 10 knowing that it will be lose, and added a belt. Got so many compliments!

This dress was cute for work. I am 5'4, and it was a little long on me. Would have been cuter if it was an inch or so shorter.

Although there was a BO smell in the underarms, the dress is incredibly cute. I did have to complain about the smell bough. It was kind of tight around the middle but not too bad. I received tons of compliments from co workers. I like the sleeve length and the dress itself was a good length above the knee

I wore this to an event where I was photographed. I didn't love the dress on me for full body shots, but the color and pattern was amazing for closeups. The bow doesn't stand out well. Comfortable and easy. Chic.

The lightweight material of this dress made it a comfortable yet stylish choice when paired with a think black belt, black tights and heels.

Color and style of this dress are great. The fit is almost a little too in between needing a belt and not - it's got a waistline that's not strong enough to stand on its own, but the dress isn't quite blousy enough to be super flattering when belted. If I ordered again I'd probably size up and wear a belt (bigger chested girls I would definitely recommend this). If you're smaller on top, a smaller size without a belt would work well.

Wore this on a road trip to Vegas where I knew I'd see colleagues and clients upon arrival. It was light and airy and super cute. The waistline was semi funky. Not quite high waist and not quite empire. I have full hips and bottom and it was more snug there but not where it made the fit awkward.

Beautiful color, perfect spring dress. Fits true to form for Shoshanna dresses and good for girls with some curves. I loved the sleeves for a different look for spring.

I loved the colors of this dress, was worried it wouldn't fit right over my hips from prior reviewers, but dress fit true to size for my 41/42 inch hips. I styled it with a vest to give me more definition since the waist line fell in a weird spot for my torso and made me look shapeless. I would rent this one again for work, but not for going out as it would need alterations to fit me perfectly.

I rented this for St. Patrick's Day and got a million compliments. Loved the green! It was very comfortable, but so roomy in the waist that it wasn't super flattering. If you can go down a size it would probably look better.

This dress is really pretty. I'm clueless how to mix color and pattern, but this dress does it perfectly. Shift shape but a lean silhouette, has a liner in it from the hips down. Plenty of room at the bust. Narrow(er) in the hips. If you are straighter and/or have a smaller bust, you may consider true size and a size down, if you have hips you may want to size up. Wore it with the Pamela Love Double Cage Ring, I felt very chic.

I loved the print of this dress - it's a beautiful green and black flower print with black & white stripes. The waist sits at my ribs and it is a bit small in the bust so I would not rent or buy this dress. The arm length is great for someone tall. The length hits 2.5 inches above my knee- almost too short for work but it's fine for my job as a realtor.

The dress was too big in the waist and too tight in the hips, so it did not work for me. Buttons pulled open so bra may have showed at times. Dress is completely gorgeous. If it fit, I would have bought it.
