I rented this for our engagement photos and the dress worked perfectly. I accessorized with a belt (didn't come with a belt) and some jewelry, and it worked! It has some stretch, which was great since it was a little tight on me but nothing major. I couldn't get a larger size. I'm between a 12 and a 14. The cut outs on the sleeves and bottom of the skirt are pretty and the pockets are great.

A great, classic dress. Fit true to size. Needed a good steaming when it arrived. Length was work appropriate (I'm 5'7).

I wore this to work and received many compliments as it fit perfectly. It's very classy but accentuates the waist so perfect for work. I would buy this except it looked a little faded like it's been dry cleaned a few times. No biggie though.

I wasn't thrilled when I pulled it out of the bag... It needed a lot of ironing and I was worried it would wrinkle all day, but it didn't! The material is light and a beautiful royal blue, and the sleeves/bottom hem is delicate and really makes the dress stand out. True to size, hides the tummy area well, hits at the knees for a 5'9 girl. Will def rent this for work again!!

I love the shirt-style dresses normally and this was no exception. Great for work and the detail on the sleeves and bottom made it a bit more unique for a solid color. The belt was pretty wrinkled, but I was able to flatten it enough when I tied the waist that it wasn't noticeable.

I'm between a 6 and 8, so after reading reviews went with the 8 to ensure the top fit with out pulling. The 8 is perfect, I still had to use wardrobe tape between first and second button but that is typical of this style. So comfortable, easy to wear and the embroidered sleeves and hem give it just enough character for work.

This is an awesome summer work dress! I work in a bank, and conservative outfit choices can get boring. The dress covered enough and was long enough for work, but the detailing and cut added a fun flair. I usually wear a 4/6 in dresses and the 4 fit great

This dress is the perfect combination of pretty and practical! I rented it through Unlimited and have worn it to work twice (so far). The fabric is great for summer, lightweight enough for a comfortable subway commute but thick enough to keep me from freezing in office air conditioning. The crochet on the sleeves and skirt make it stand out without showing too much skin and the shape is very figure flattering. I was lucky and got one with the sash (seems like it's been missing for others) but I want to try wearing it again with one of my own belts. Rent this dress, you won't regret it!

Wore this for 4th of July parade. Probably a little too dressy for day time but it worked really well. Dress was a little tight around the chest but fit perfectly everywhere else. Got lots of compliments. Will definitely rent again!

I got so many compliments while wearing this dress. It fit perfectly my 32DD bra-size, and I didn't even need to use my fashion tape to keep the buttons shut. I would wear it again.

I thought this was a cute dress. I rented it for work but it wound up being a bit shorter than expected. If you're tall and have a conservative office environment it might be pushing it a bit. I'm normally a 2-4 depending on how tight the waist is and the 2 worked for me. It also wasn't too tight in the shoulders which was great. I loved the crochet details and my dress came with that sash. It would've been fine with a gold or silver belt as well. The material had a little bit of give and didn't bunch too much at the bust but was fitted so if you have a larger bust it might for you. Overall a comfortable and cute day dress that I'd rent again for the weekend.

Love this dress! It looks great on. The dress didn't come with the belt in the picture/model but that's okay, my waist still looks very small in this dress. It is light weight and comfortable. Not sure I want to take it off. Oh and it has pockets!

I love this dress! Simple classic silhouette with the added lace embellishment adding just the right amount of whimsy. Great for work. I sized up so not to have any pucker at the buttons.

A little short for some of us tall girls but the addition on the bottom made it just long enough. Nice fit and perfect for a summer work day!

Structured work dress with nice detail on the sleeves

Previous reviews had mentioned a missing belt, and I assumed that the issue would have been fixed before the dress was sent. It was not. (Although customer service was quite apologetic and made amends ASAP). I didn't have a cute belt that looked right , so I did not wear. The material was nice and cutouts very interesting. It was a bit tight through the chest area in the size 4, and the material has no give.

But far, the best part of this dress is the sleeves and detail at the hem. The fit was OK; nothing too bad but not super flattering. Very work appropriate, which is what I got it for. A positive unlimited rental experience!

Beautiful detailed summer dress. I wore this for a polo tournament. The sleeve and hem detailing is so beautiful and delicate. It's very flattering and feminine, wish I owned! Fit great but a little tight in the chest. Bigger cheated girls maybe size up? With the belt you'll still have great definition. Rent!

Such a proper dress and felt like a Stepford Wife in it, absolutely adorable! The fabric is great because it is cotton and feels light and summery. Super cute because of the sleeves and hem. Unique yet very 50's housewife. I loved the way it looked, however, the only thing I couldn't do correctly was the collar. I personally didn't feel like buttoning all the way up was the right style for me, yet, one button undone was not quite right for the style. I'm sure you can figure it out! Really like the dress and enjoyed wearing it!

I loved this dress so much I kept it for a full month on my unlimited subscription. It's probably my favorite item I've rented on RTR. The dress was very comfortable and fits very well. The details on the sleeves and hem made the dress more interesting, pretty, and fun.

My order was missing the navy sash belt that goes with the dress, but I easily paired it with a thin belt. The only reason I didn't give It 5 stars was because of the missing sash. Super comfortable and cute for the office!

The fit was great, but I had to improvise on the belt. I thought the blue fabric belt would have made it better. Might need a slip for if the buttons become separated.

Great dress for work presentation, not too short.

This dress fit perfectly on my 5'8" frame. Hugged my curves nicely but accentuated my waist. The sash detail is very cute as well. Would rent again.
