This top was the perfect pairing to complete this look. Skirt is mine, but wanted something new to wear with it. Very comfortable, true to size, effortless classic style.

I wore it with a black tulle skirt and red heels for a fancy military dinner and ceremony. I'm mainly uncomfortable in formal dresses, but this outfit was perfect! Dressed up enough to not be out of place, but cute and comfy enough to feel true to me. Got lots of compliments. It zips all the way up the back so you can put it on very last and not muss hair or makeup. I want to keep it for sure!

The top was so great for the skirt I was wearing it with. The fabric is shiny like a satin but there is stretch in it.

I rented this top for anniversary photos with my husband. I loved it! Usually, with my large chest, I can't wear tops like this. If they don't have an amount of stretch, my chest looks like a big blob uni-boob. That was not an issue with this top! It fit perfectly - I wish I owned it!

I wore this top for a night of my bachelorette party weekend. I would normally never wear anything like this, but it was fun for a night out. I wore with high waisted jeans, both the 4 and 6 fit but I went with the six because it was a little longer then the four. Love this too! Wish I had it in my closet!

Wore this top because the matching top to the two piece outfit wasn't available. I was afraid the top would be uncomfortable because it looked tight but it was really a fun and cut crop top to wear with anything high wasted!

The fit was wonderful -- I am small busted and somewhat broad shoulders with a long torso.... The length was just perfect for a high-waisted look. Made my evening look just the right glam!

I loved loved this shirt with my glitter skirt (also RTR) it fit perfectly and I felt so pretty all night! I would definitely get your normal dress size and then next size up, the 4 probably would have fit but the 6 was still tight with dance room :)

My dress size is normally a 4 however the 6 fit best especially in the shoulders. I would recommend sizing up if you have broad shoulders.

I normally wear an 8/10/medium and the 10 fit perfectly. The quality was perfect. The top was comfortable and flattering and subtle enough to let the skirt shine.

The black silk crop top fit true to size. I have been looking for a crop that wasn't too flowy or tight to wear with a fitted skirt, and this one was perfect. It had just enough structure that it offset the look perfectly. I'll be renting this one again.

I originally rented the MGSM pollack dress, but it had been returned to RTR late/damaged. RTR contacted me of this and offered to send me another dress up to double the price of my original rental! I opted to rent this top to go with a vintage designer skirt I've had for a while but never worn. It worked perfectly!! I'm normally between a 6/8 in dresses, but since I have a 34D bust the RTR stylist sent me an 8 and a 10. The 8 fit great, I didn't even bother to try on the 10. Very true to size! It's a great quality black silk crop, and I'm very glad I opted for this as my backup, but I'm not sure I would rent it again at the normal rental price. That being said, if you are looking for a high quality, formal black crop this is definitely it! Also, the back unzips completely so there is no messing up hair and makeup :) Thanks for another great rental!

Runs a bit small, but when wearing with a volume skirt the contrast looks so nice!

This cropped top was true to size and had a zipper on the back, so it completely opened up (didn't have to mess up my hair!) I wore a standard bra and with a high waisted skirt also from RTR made this outfit perfect for NYE.

The skirt fits perfectly at your natural waste, hike it up ladies! The skirt is long so you'll need to wear at least 5' heels, The top was just as comfortable!

The perfect black silk crop, for day night and in between. Running true to size we recommend sizing up for backup. With a slight stretch in the fabric and a more fitted bust, this top is best for A-C cups. Definitely pair with a high-waisted look like our Jasmine Skirt for an edgy black tie look.

I wore this ensemble for a "Halloween" themed wedding where guests were asked to wear either formal attire or elegant costumes. When I saw this outfit, I was hooked. The color scheme was perfect for the Halloween theme and elegant, yet playful. I received compliments all night and continue to as people see pictures from the evening. I have a very solid, athletic build, so I was nervous when trying to choose the appropriate size. I went for the 2. My biggest concern when renting this top is that the sleeves would be too tight. They weren't; the 2 fit perfectly! The zipper runs the entire way down, so you don't even have to pull this top over your head, making the in and out easy, but a little tougher if you don't have someone to assist in the zipping up (although putting it on without unzipping it all the way is doable). Long story short, the top fits comfortably and it paired with the Jasmine skirt is perfection!

went perfect with black pants to make it look like a matching sent. satin finish (can't really see it in the photo), but it fits like a cropped t shirt so it's also casual.

Shirt fit well, true to size, and looked sharp with a long skirt. Wasn't too cropped so no skin showed. I wore with RTR black and white lace jacket with big bell sleeves, and it made a nice combo.

This is just the top I needed; I own a knee-length floral skirt and always had trouble finding the right top to pair with it - and I think this is the one! I also paired it with RTR's TY-LR Striped Romano skirt on a different occasion. I do think in general this top should be worn with a statement necklace (which I forgot to do in the photo), as the neckline is pretty simple and some embelishment would help keep your top half from looking like a black box. The quality of the fabric is GREAT, feels so satiny and rich, and doesn't wrinkle easily. Like other reviews mentioned, the zipper goes all the way down the back so you don't have to worry about trying to slip it on over your head. Very convenient. The crop top is not too short so it wouldn't show much midriff unless you wore it with low-waisted pants or etc. If you have wide shoulders (like me), the sizing may get a little tricky. I normally wear 4-6 in tops and the 6 just barely fit my shoulders, but I wouldn't have minded it being a bit smaller everywhere else. Nevertheless, will rent again...or maybe even buy for keeps! #Sweeps Entry but the opinions in my review are my own honest views.

Fit perfect and only time my stomach showed was if I put my hands up, which I preferred. The only small issue I had was that there was a small stain near the collar. I don't think it was noticeable to anyone but me though

Really pretty in person, length was great for me. Pairs super cute with a crop top like shown in the picture or a more formal tank.

I wore this top with jeans. I did not need a bra and the fit was comfortable, loose on my arms and stomach and tight enough on my chest to feel supported. The top dressed up a pair of jeans and made me feel confident all night. The jeans were high-waisted a bit of skin was showing but not too much.

I am 6 ft so it is hard to find crop tops that fit but this was a perfect match. The material is great and looked so elegant with my tulle skirt for my bridal shower.

I wore this top paired with the Tibi Essential Skirt - so perfect. The zipper back made getting in and out of it a breeze, and it was snug enough so I didn't have to wear a bra. I'm a tall girl so I was concerned it may be short on me, but the length was perfect with the true-waist fit of the skirt. Didn't want to give it back.

It arrived after my event and I didn't get to wear it. the fabric is silky and it fit well. No complaints other than shipping

I LOVED this rental and will definitely be renting it regularly. I wear a lot of high-waisted skirts and trousers, so this is the perfect closet staple. It is satiny so it can be used to dress an outfit up or down. My favorite pairing was with a short, cupcake skirt and leather boots. It runs a little small if you have a bust and broad shoulders, I'd definitely recommend sizing up!
