Very flattering dress - received many complements! The color blocking with the pattern As well as the different neckline made the dress complementary to my not exactly small figure. I wore this to an outdoor affair and one word of warning - any breeze and you get a "Marilyn Monroe" effect with the skirt!

I love Shoshanna in that I know the fit is going to be perfect for my body type every time. This dress is a really great, light material that can be dressed up or down. I wore it for several hours which included a train ride and did not find that the skirt wrinkled over the course of the day. I would say if you are bustier, you may wait to size up for your back up as this is roomy but has no stretch.

Wore to work with nude flats at my casual office. Didn't need much accessorizing - the print does it all. Fit snug on top - am a 32D and not sure a 34 or up would have fit in the size 8 (fabric has stretch but would get uncomfortable). Wore with a regular bra. Skirt has a lot of volume and a fun flounce - comes down to a point a bit longer in the front and back for an interesting shape. Proportion would have looked better on me if the bodice part was a tad longer but I still loved wearing it!

I was just looking for something that could easily take me from my biz casual office to dinner after work. This dress fit the bill, but was somehow so much more than that. It was conservative, but sexy, made my waist look tiny and I received compliments all day. I keep itching to rent this again, but with so many other dresses to choose from I'm doing my best to talk myself out of it.

The material is very nice! I wore it the whole day on a vacation and it is very comfortable and versatile as far as dressing up or down! I love how the dress is made as it definitely you would definitely would want to twirl in it (as other reviews states) as the bottom part is so flirty and pretty!!!

If you find a reason to twirl in this please do. The cut on this is modest, lovely, and flirty all at once. I wore it to work as is and didn't feel I needed a cardigan just for how high the neck cut was, and it was 90deg with humidity. I wear a 10/12 and I wore the 12, it felt true to size.

Great dress, super cute. Lots of compliments - love the print, material isn't super-heavy but not too light either. Great for twirling and dancing. I'd rented this before for a different event and it hadn't come in time so I couldn't wear it, so was glad to have another opportunity to give it a go!

This dress looks and wears exactly like it does on the model: light, comfortably, swingy, pretty, casual but easily dressed up. The material was lightweight without feeling or looking cheap and the colors pop. You can wear it with simple or no jewelry for a casual daytime outfit, or dress it up with heels and some nicer accessories for evening. Loved it.

I wore this to my best friends bridesmaids luncheon in downtown D.C. It was perfect!! Light, breathable (it was HOT) and the pattern and colors were stunning. Fit is true to size. I wore stickies but you could definitely do a regular bra. Forgiving in the tummy area too!

I rented this dress after the original dress I ordered didn't fit correctly. Loved the skirt and fun pattern! I was worried the dress wouldn't be formal enough for a wedding but with heels and flashy earrings it was perfect!

My FAVORITE dress I have ever worn! I fell in love with this style, and I received endless compliments when I wore it to (TWO!) different graduation parties. The pattern and fit of this dress is so unique and I do not own anything like it. Not only was it airy and comfortable, I loved how the dress was cut on the bottom. The front and back were a little longer and came to a slight point, where the sides were a bit shorter so it gave the dress a very nice and flattering silhouette. The navy fabric on the shoulders and on the bottom were stretchy, so it was a fun way to make the dress more comfortable. If you have a larger chest, I recommend sizing up since there is no stretch to the fitted top. I could have worn either the 4 or 6 but I went for the 4 because I like my dresses to be a little shorter. The four hit above my knees and the six came right to them! This is the perfect style for summer events, and I can go on forever with how comfortable it was. I miss this dress already.

The material was thicker than I expected and felt luxurious. The style was flattering, I should have ordered the 6, as the 4 was a little tight, especially around the armholes. The colors were bright and rich.

I'm usually a 4 in dresses and stylist advice said to size up for backup size...so the 4 and 6 arrived and I was swimming in it so I had to pay 12.95 to overnight a size 2. Luckily that fit just unfortunate their advice was opposite and I had to pay for it! I could wear a regular bra which was a huge plus for me! Overall cute dress.

I love this dress! I received so. many. compliments! It is perfectly sweet for an afternoon wedding, yet transitions nicely into a sassy little number that evening when you are out on the dance floor! I WISH it had pockets, but I found I could wear a regular bra (which is always welcomed) and that I could sit comfortably without my ribcage feeling like its being compressed by the dress. The colors in the dress are fun & vibrant, the material isn't heavy, and the construction detail on the bottom of the dress really sets it apart from the pack. I tried on both the size 2 and 4, the 2 fit everywhere but my chest. My chest was extremely squished in the size 2. The 4 fit really well, a little lose on my waist which was perfect because I was going to a BBQ.

It's the right length to use for work. Of course, I covered up my arms with a wrap cardigan and a belt. I suggest that if you have a bust over 38 inches that you go up to a size 8.

wonderful wonderful dress. i am typically btwn a 2 and a 4, but usually a 2 in shoshanna. the hem is a couple of inches above my knee, but not inappropriate. it works well with a bra or without. the fabric isn't thin, but it doesn't feel too heavy either. it's a great summer/spring dress. looks good w flat brown boots, flat or heeled sandals. easy to dress up or down. all in all, i'm a big fan! do not hesitate to rent this!!

Way better than online. My husband kept telling me how beautiful I looked, and he isn't the type to give complements easily. I felt like a star. I really loved it. I was worried about sizing because people said that the top has no give, but I'm usually a 8 on top and a 10 on bottom, and the 8 fit me perfectly, maybe with even a little room. I probably could have squeezed in the 6, but the 8 was great. I wore it for my sister-in-law's bridal shower, that I hosted.
