Really liked this cute, casual dress! Only issue was that it had to be ironed before I could wear it.

In the time I rented this, I wore this dress truly as many times as possible. It’s perfect to dress up for work with heels or go more causal with sandals. I absolutely love this and it’s perfect for the in between fall or spring weather. Each time I wore this, I got so many compliments! The tie around the waist was so flattering (it wasn’t ironed in my photo) and made the dress fit perfectly. The sleeves were a little tight to move my arms around, but it wasn’t restricting. Will definitely rent this dress again!!

I love a good button up dress and I like the fun belt on this one. I had a hard time getting the belt to wrap around and sit right, and the forearms were oddly snug, but I still wore a couple of times and liked this overall!

Wrinkles easily and buttons were more casual leaning snaps rather than normal dress shirt buttons but cute and comfortable.

Wore with heels to work and tennis shoes to a museum. Really fun and way dress. Some gaping between buttons required a safety pin. Longer in the back which was nice for coverage.

Loved the look and fit of this dress shirt style dress. The waist tie is super flattering and adds dimension. The length was perfect for work. The bust buttons laid flat which is a plus!

Crisp cotton. Snap buttons. Belt detail was a bit unique, which I liked. I had a little bit of the gaping at the bust that someone else had, so that may be an issue if you have a larger chest. Good length.

This dress looks so cute in pictures, but it's a little different on. First of all, right above the belt in front, it gaps open a bit. It wasn't that it was tight, or too lose...but there's a gap. Secondly, while it's really comfy, it's very roomy in the back. I think it makes me look bigger than I am. I wanted to love this, but it was just ok.

I really liked the look of this dress. Super stylish. Great length for work and fun summer color. The ties are very confusing and I couldn't figure out the best way to tie them. The buttons are too far apart and it created this awkward gapping where my bra would show (not due to it being too small). I wouldn't recommend. Bad for work.

I wish I took more pictures in this dress! It’s super cute and short but I didn’t mind the length. There is room in the chest area so you can pull it in as tight or as loose as you need it and the buttons are a plus

I wore this on vacation for a daytime outing and paired with boots. It was very comfortable and flattering! I received a few compliments on it.

I wore this for a casual rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. Fits great, plenty of room in the bust.

There were some awkwardly fitting parts of the dress (upper back, chest button area) but it was a really cute styled dress

Forearms are super tight and the clasp on the bottom is insecure if you have wideish hips. Spirit of the garmet is there though!

Wore this a few times for dinner last month (April) and again to work. It's not too hot and the tie waist is flattering. The length was nice for work. I would rent it again.

I got a large and a medium would have been better; wear a tank or a camisole underneath as the buttons have large gaps

As other reviewers have said the way the belt goes causes the middle to have a gap between buttons. Was otherwise fine and could have pinned it if I loved the fresh but it was sort of just ok.

All over fit was too big. The arms were a bit short on me and tight on my forearms.

Did not look put together. Tie is weird and hard to figure out.

As noted with others, the tie was a little strange (maybe if there was more tie- it also starts in the front so the tie itself ends up pulling the buttons apart). There was too much fabric in the back and the tie is right under the bust not at the natural waist - if the tie started in the back you could adjust but as it starts in the front, you can't adjust it down. Very strange design IMO.

Loved this dress. I wore the small and it was fitted in the arms but still was looser and longer at the bottom. Definitely not too long for a 5'1" frame. The only thing that was a little annoying was the snaps and gaps in front. If you tighten the wrap, the gaps between the snaps might open and show a little skin from the side. I wore spandex for this reason but still loved the dress

Loved it, fits great, by if you wear it for work and you sit... it's going to wrinkle terribly, though still cute and I would 1000% rent it again

Fit is roomier on top, more snug on the bottom. I am pear-shaped, though, so while I normally wear a solid M, I had to take a L in this one. Luckily, the top part didn't look too big, and I think the belt helped cinch the whole look together. The fabric is light and breezy, so even though it's long-sleeved, I just rolled them up for a more summery look. Because of the light color, I strongly recommend Commando undies or a light thong -- anything else would show through if the dress presses against your behind (e.g. if you bend at the waist).

Not the most flattering shirt dress. It looked a bit boxy on me and felt like I could find something similar that I liked better.

I listened to reviews and first rented an XL. I was swimming in it. Rent your true size. It was a little too warm for summer wear. I'll try again this fall.

it has snap buttons...it tends to open up and you can see through the holes a bit it you dont keep the bow on just right. Got a ton of compliments at work all day from it!

I love a good shirt dress, but this one just wasn't right for me. Great lightweight cotton, and the tie adds good shape to the silhouette - but the buttons gape open, even though they lay flat, and I was so worried about people seeing things they shouldn't. I think it was something to do with the mechanics of the fabric being super light and the metal snaps being a bit heavy - probably best to wear with a slip or something underneath to not show the world your goodies.

I love Scotch and Soda - but this was a miss. A few things to note: Runs small! I am a size 0/2 and XS was way too small. Like other reviews say, the buttons do gap A LOT. I wanted to make it work, but I couldn't with how much it showed.
