I wanted to love this jacket, but no matter how I tried to get the back to lay down, I couldn't. It just ended up looking like I was wearing a cape all day. This look just wasn't for me.

Back fluffs and sticks out but that's fun. Arms are incredibly short. Wash is classic.

Did not like the details on the back

Cropped short and finished in the front, left ragged in the back with a tight pleat across the shoulders that makes it pop out, this jacket will not be the “perfect compliment to any outfit” for which I was hoping. The sleeves only come to the top of my wrists, so they would need to be rolled. The fact that the back is a much darker denim only selves to draw the eye to the least flattering areas. Sadly, bought it final sale.

I made a mistake with this and thought it was just a classic denim jacket but the back is so ill fitting.

Very cute jacket, received many compliments. It is meant to be cropped and looked best with sleeves rolled a bit. Size XS fit me perfectly at 32A. Would definitely consider renting again!

Cute jacket. Looks like a basic denim jacket from the front but the back has a cute pleated detail with a raw edge fold giving it a very unique look. It's not fitted so it can run loose. The sleeves were borderline short on me but I have long arms.

I was scared this would make me look like I had a weird cape on, but decided to give it a go. I really liked it! I thought the pleating in the back added some fun interest to a casual outfit. It didn't stick out or lay oddly.

Fits great-- I rolled the sleeves. Generous around the waist because of the flare pleats, but true to size.

The ruffle back is so cute, but since it flares out, it does make you look a little larger than a normal jean jacket that fits to your form. I didn't think about the "pouf" having a downside when I ordered it.

The pleats on the back and deconstructed seam along the bottom were not my favorite but overall a cool, casual piece that I wore multiple times before returning. Runs short.

The back detail on this was adorable, but I had to iron the pleats before I wore it - they arrived bubbly/messy looking. I had a hard time figuring out what to wear this with due to the extra volume. I typically wear a medium, and this would fit comfortably with the buttons fully closed, so size down if you intend to wear it open. Would rent again in a smaller size.

I rented this twice and kept thinking it would be cuter than it actually is...oh well.

I didn't realize that the back was a completely different than what I was expecting. It's odd and looks like someone cut it at the bottom and didn't know how to sell but if that's your style pool. Not for me but there was nothing wrong with it

This is a cute denim jacket but living in Arizona was too heavy for summer time even indoors. Great for cooler fall weather. Also pleats in back are very girly.

The pleating on the back of this coat made me look like the hunch back of notre dame. From the front I looked great. The side view was awful and from the back I looked like a round ball. I'm 5'7 and 150lbs.

As other reviews said this jacket is very strangely made. The first time I put it it on I loved the look in the front, only to turn 90 degrees and see the jacket projecting literally straight back as if I were Superman. I have a small frame and even sized up given reviews so I can't imagine who this looks good on from the back! My fix was to use fabric tape to tuck it in and then it looked good!

Otherwise, it's a perfect denim jacket. Too bad.

I didn't pay enough attention to the photos and missed the pleated back. Was okay but not super flattering since the back balloons from your torso a bit. Fine. Just not what I was expecting.

The front fit impeccably, which made the back super disappointing. The fabric was too stiff for the pleats to lay nicely, but instead, the back puffed out like a linebacker. I did not wear the item. It does seem well-made and nice quality. Very true-to-size. A small would have been too tight in the shoulders.

I was not so into the flair in the back.

Loved this from the front! But unfortunately the pleating in the back makes it look like you're wearing a cape. It doesn't lay very nicely on your back and isn't flattering. Best for smaller frames. I wear a 6-8 and the medium was a great fit otherwise.

The fit was way to tight and short on the arms. The back of the jacket never on curled or laid down. I felt like I had wings.

Would be super cute for someone slim, but I have big breasts, and the way the back pops out a bit made me look round on top.

The front is so cute and has a great cut, but the back of this jacket is a deterrent for cuteness. Too much fabric, poorly executed pleating. Not flattering.

Cute from the front, but pleated back stuck out in an unflattering way. Maybe better for petite ladies.
