Yes it definitely is a little heavy, which I liked, and it can be “tent like” if you don’t do anything after putting it on, but with a few small fixes I ended up using it nearly daily.

The first time I tried it on, I was like "no way" but then I ended up wearing it five days in a row.

It was a tad on the large side, so size down. The fabric is thicker, so this was a great dress for a cool fall morning.

Obsessed!! I packed this for a recent trip to Cali and I practically lived in it! I ordered a large because a medium wasn’t available and it was prob too big but thanks to the tie cinch waist I still made it work! There’s also a double layer of material so it’s not see through at all and it adds an extra layer of warmth for those windier beach days. I’ll consider purchasing this one!!!

Pattern is pretty but unfortunately the dress itself is massive & super thick fabric.

I got this dress to promotional photos for an upcoming event. I really love the detail and the quality, but the dress ran big. Petite would’ve been ideal.

This runs a little large, but it’s not ridiculous if you tie it. The embroidery was well done. It’s a pretty heavy fabric, so would recommend for fall or spring. The sleeve tassels can be pretty irritating after a while.

Thicker fabric that would be nice for a slightly cooler night on vacation

I wore this dress out in Bermuda in December and received so many compliments. It has a beachy aesthetic but has thicker fabric for cooler months. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and sized up x2, but could have easily fit in 1-2 sizes down. The drawstring made the sizing flexible.

I loved this dress, especially the embroidered detail. I received so many compliments each time I wore the dress. Just be aware that it runs big, and it's fully lined, so there is a lot of fabric to it, evening you size down. It's so comfortable though, so I would rent it again!

Wore 28-30 weeks pregnant at the end of summer! It would be hot to wear outside for a long amount of time but it was perfect for dinner, day time shopping, work, church! I'd rent it again! Can tighten or loosen waist! Super cute!

Loved wearing this dress. I wore it several times - to a brunch, to a piano concert, out for an early dinner. Yes, the fabric is heavy, but if you aren't packing it in a carry on/traveling, it's fine. (It WOULD take up a fair bit of space in a suitcase.) It doesn't FEEL to heavy on, is my point. You should also note that the ties at the wrists dangle QUITE a bit, so if the plan is to eat while wearing it, take care not to drag them in your plate. It's a truly lovely dress.

I wore this as a beach coverup in the Bahamas - love the look, great sun protection and kept me cool.
