I wore this dress to work. It was a good length for work and I had some perfect yellow flats to go with it. I paired it with a yellow cardigan, which may have been overkill. I wore it without the cardigan for most of the day as it was hot out. It was nicely fitted in the bust area and flared out at the bottom. The white and yellow color was cute and fairly unique for a work dress. I have seen other dresses in other colors on RTR and I may need to try those out!

This is a sweet dress that could be worn for a lot of different occasions. Definitely work appropriate. Only bummer is that it arrived pretty wrinkled so I will have to iron it before I wear it

I rented the pink version of this a few months ago. The retro ric-rac look and comfortable, forgiving cut make this a simple and non fussy choice for work, brunch, or winery hopping. Probably the only downfall is that the trim sometimes wants to fold and really needs starched to stay smooth.

So many compliments at the office today. It's a very versatile dress. Not too much for the office, but could also be worn to a wedding or shower or brunch. Very happy with it.

The dress is true to size. Thick fabric and nice back. It does go up close to your clavicular notch but is really cute. Received a lot of compliments.

It runs true to size. It was comfortable to wear. It has a good quality material. Great for spring as the material is not super thick but also not light and airy. It is lined. A very pretty spring dress.

A little tight in the bust, otherwise fit well. Logvd the back zipper.

actually didn't wear it - the dress fit nicely but the fabric is heavier and warmer than I expected. Too hot for a nearly 100' DC summer day.
