Fits true to size. The added touch of the peplum sleeves added a great feminine touch. The material was very nice too!

I paired the shirt with the RTR pants. Lots of compliments and I felt great.

This top adds some jazz to just a typical black shirt. The chest was a little tight for me but I am larger up top. Length was good and the peplum hit at a flattering spot

Top portion is lined and fabric is heavy and forgiving. Love it and rented it a couple times

I loved this top! When I went to rent at the RTR store in NY they did not have a M but I was able to make the L work. With the cut I think you could wear you true size or a size up. I wore it several times and love that the fabric was a little thicker for the cold weather we are having! The sleeves are also very cute. A nice staple top!

This has been my favorite item that I have rented so far. It was flattering and can be worn with either pants for work or jeans--which makes it a great versatile wardrobe piece. It was comfortable and the fabric was thick but had some stretch. Will definitely rent again.

I really wanted to like this blouse, but but it didn't look right on me. It was form fitting (and not too tight) around the chest, but the flounce on the bottom was too much fabric on me. It would probably work on someone taller.

I rented this for a birthday party that I was hosting for my husband. I realized on Wednesday I had nothing to wear for the party on Saturday so RTR to the rescue! I own a few Sail to Sable dresses and tunics and am a size M in all of those. So to be honest I didn't look at the fit notes and just ordered based on that. I am 5'7", 165lbs, 36B with broader shoulders and larger (muscular) arms. The shirt was tight across the top over my shoulders and very tight on my arms. I took it off while decorating for the party because I was honestly afraid I was going to rip it while hanging up decorations. It was, however, loose around the middle. I think the Large would have fit my shoulders & arms but been too baggy and frumpy across the midsection. I only rented the Medium so I couldn't compare but just a warning for broad shouldered girls, consider a backup size or sizing up. I liked the top overall and would rent again.

This top for fairly well. It was loose around the waist/ hips. So I was a little self - conscious that it might make me look pregnant. The sleeves were a little around the biceps. A small would have fit me, but the sleeves were to tight.

I would love this in a transitional season. Super flattering, but found it fifficult to get sleeves into a fitted coat or jacket for winter.

This was my first time wearing this brand and overall i liked it. I wish the body of the shirt was a little more fitted. The back peplum is longer than the front and covers your butt so it can be worn with tighter pants to offset the volume of the top without a problem. The sleeves were nice and not overwhelming. I would maybe size down next time ordering from this brand.

Fabric was thicker than I expected. Sized up because I had read that the fabric wasn't that stretchy, but I probably could have gone with my usual size. Still looked good though.

I rented this top for my birthday weekend. I'm typically a size small but felt this top was a little snug across the chest and shoulders. I opted to size up to the medium even though it made the fit much looser. Still received lots of compliments and it was so comfortable I wore it twice !

It was too tight across the chest (no stretch). I am a 34 C/D. I wanted to wear it but just wasn't comfortable. Medium may have been too big in the body. Great shirt for another body type.

Pretty blouse but arms were too tight on me and yet stomach (my normal problem area) was to loose. I will be returning without wearing.

One photo made it look like the sleeves had white trim, which would have added interest. This shirt is boring, except that the peplum is too long and low. It should start at the hip bone, not the crotch. Not a flattering shape.
