No zipper pockets but perfect neutral color and great mid size. I used it a lot w/ handle tucked in. I still haven't brought myself to return it....love this bag. 1 outer pocket & small inner pocket w/ large main opening.

Great neutral color and loved the gold accents. 2 issues: the bag I received showed its wear and the size. There was enough room for my Coach zip around wallet, iPhone 7+, keys, & lip gloss but no room to spare. Had to remove my wallet to fish out my keys from the bottom.

I kept this for a few weeks and found it was a good size purse for me when I travel, but I try to keep my bags on the smaller size. I was able to carry some lipsticks, keys, phone, sunglasses and a small wallet and the bag was pretty much maxed out.

The pictures made this look larger than it is. It's a pretty small bag - which is fine just different than I normally carry. I love the color though so I kept it for a while to change things up. Easily holds a wallet, keys and phone but not much more.

As with some other bags, it comes tightly packaged. So take it out and reshape it and let it sit for a couple of days before wearing. If you want to wear it as a crossbody, adjust the shoulder strap to its longest length.

I did not carry this bag. The plating was worn off the clasp. It's still a great Spring bag. I rented for a trip to LA and CA but decided it was also too small for travel.

This arrived brand new so no complaints about the bag itself. However, I was expecting it to be a satchel size but it was more like a medium sized purse. Wasn't crazy about it

The leather is not the greatest quality and he bag fell sort of flat. It looked cheap.

This should not be called a satchel. It was tiny. I didn't use it and returned it immediately. This was such a let down. Please call this a mini on your site. I have owned other Chloe bags in the past and this one wasn't even close. I gave this a 1 rating because there was no zero. If you want to carry a bag that looks like its for a child, then this one is your bag.
