I wore this dress for a cocktail party. The dress is nice and stretchy. The material for the under part is super soft. The crochet detail on the top layer is stretchy and felt-like. I highly recommend this dress

The picture doesn't do it justice but the dress is very pretty and has a cool crochet overlay. The dress runs small. I actually thought I got the wrong size when I opened the bag so I checked the label and it said "large". I'm an A-cup so the top part fit me but was very snug. There's zero stretch so if you have a larger chest, it probably won't be comfortable. I wore the dress to work and for a nice dinner with colleagues afterwards.

I rented four dresses and wore this one as it was most comfortable. It is so pretty! I liked the high neckline - flattering. The waist is accented and the skirt is forgiving. The fabric has some stretch to hit so very comfortable. The back has an unlined crochet so it looks glam but is not too revealing. The handkerchief hem flows nicely. I felt wonderful in this dress.

Very pretty dress. I rented for a winter funeral I had to attend. Got lots of compliments (odd I know for a funeral). Reviews are right. Arms are snug, so probably not the best choice if you have heavier arms.

I loved this dress and it fit great because of the slight stretch, but I didn't end up wear ing it because I think it will be better for summer when I can wear it with bare legs.

I usually wear a small but got the medium based on reviews. It was snug but comfortable. I would imagine that a size small would make the arms feel constricted. The material is crochet all around and it has a really nice flow and I felt comfy and flirty in it. Would definitely rent again.

So many compliments! The fit was perfect and the dress is made beautifully! Even if you have a little bit of a stomach, the dress is cut so that it is flattering! Will def be wearing this again!

I have never gotten more compliments on a dress. This dress was beautiful and I nice heavy fabric. The open back was really pretty when I wore it out to dinner but I just threw on a plain black cami under it and it was office ready. Perfect for late fall in PA.

Love this dress! The design is beautiful and comfortable to wear. The material is more wool than lace, so better for fall/winter wear.

This is the softest cocktail/date night dress ever! The material is like the inside of your softest sweatshirt, so it's not as formal as it appears. The skirt and upper front of the dress are lined, and the upper back is unlined, so if you wear a bra, it will show in the back. If you have broad shoulders and arms, you may want to size up. The fuller skirt is perfect for pear-shaped ladies and the hit me a couple inches below the knee. The material seems pretty delicate so I recommend renting this one ASAP, as I am not sure how well it will be able to withstand jewelry/jackets/purse straps/dry cleaning/etc. I received the dress with the tag (the best!) and it says to use care when wearing it with jewelry due to the delicate nature of the material... ENJOY!

Great for narrow shoulders, and good stretch in the midsection for enjoying your dinner. Looked better being worn than it did on the hanger.

Pictures don't do this dress justice, it is more beautiful in person than I expected it to be but unfortunately it runs super tight in the bust so I was not able to wear it.

The style was not what I was looking for. I am 5'9" and the dress i thought was longer than even what is shown on the model. It has a very formal feel to it (almost verging on funeral). It was a dress for going out with the girls, but if I had a more formal occasion I would wear it to that.

It's pretty and slimming, but odd for. I have very fit arms and a slender neck, and both of those areas were too tight making it unwearable. Like either review were's mentioned, it is more of a crochet look, and not lace .

The dress is like a crochet blanket. From the picture I thought it was lace. Also, there is no zipper so while I was able to get into this fancy sweater dress, and it fit just fine, I had to have assistance getting out of it.

This dress was so pretty, unfortunately there was no way it was zipping up. Please know that there is zero stretch to this material. I would not recommend for a woman with a very large bust. I ordered the M and I typically wear a 6/8 and the top part was way small. The bottom was fine. I do have broader shoulders and a 34C (so an average bust) maybe the LR would have been better, although with how small this one was, I'm not even sure if one size up would have covered it. Probably good for women with a smaller bust/upper half. I think it would have been so pretty!! :(

The dress was too big so I didn't wear it but it is also very warm, fuzzy fleecy material. Would be good for cold weather. One thing strange was even though the dress was big the sleeves seemed tight.

I chose this as my 4th RTR Update option when none of my options were available and thought for sure, this would fit. It was SO small, I could barely get it over my head. I had my usual size Medium. I could not get it over my bust area, as there was no way the zipper was going up all the way. So uncomfortable to put on and the slip underneath is super sheer on the top part, that I didn't even see it existed at first. If I sized up, it would make my hips look really big. This dress is probably way better for the Straight & Narrow ladies.
