When I first put this on, I thought it was a little too 80s librarian, but I grew to love it and got a ton of compliments!

I thought this top was perfect for a work meeting. It's professional but also a little fun. I wore it untucked because I'm 19 weeks pregnant at 130 lbs. typically I would have tucked it in. Like other reviewers said, it does wrinkle easily.

I really am enjoying this top. It does wrinkle a bit- nothing too terrible. I couldn't do the button at the top (I don't have a particularly large neck) but it looked great with the tie any way. Did this for a casual Friday with jeans.

The material has a slight sheen to it and the coloration is gray and beige to my eye. It has a wonderful slimming cut and is very long in torso length. I preferred to tie it in a bow for a feminine touch.

When this shirt arrived and I saw it on the hanger, I was already in love! Very elegant and perfect for work although you could pair it with leather like skinny jeans in the winter. I did have to refer to the image online as to how to tie it but ended up tying it into a bow instead of it just hanging like model. Looked great with a black pencil skirt! Definitely will rent again. One minor note - you may have to have someone help you get it off. The button hole is TEENY and while it was hard to get button up, it was literally a Houdini miracle that I was able to get it unbuttoned. Fair warning...

I really liked this top but it was definitely fussier than I expected. The tie on the front seemed longer than on the photo, so I had to tie it in a bow. All in all I was happy with the fit and fabric, and it was great for work!

This is by far the most difficult to wear thing I've rented from RTR! I had to pull up the app and see how the model was wearing it. HA! Anyway, it's a very nice fabric and very nice fit. I paired it with black cigarette pants and my husband's Bass tassel loafers (HA!) The stripe inside the black lines is almost a yellow/tan.

I like the shirt and I got a ton of compliments. Fit my bust, waist, and length was great for pants or tucked into shirt, but was strange arm fit. I had room on my shoulders, but length was a bit short. Would rent again if I knew how to remedy, but great shirt! Also, you can do whatever you want with the bow, it's a lot!

I rented this blouse for work, and it was perfect...until about 10 minutes in when it was already wrinkled. I ironed it again before I left for work, but it was wrinkled again by the time I arrived. The "tie" was also so wrinkled and shriveled I had to wear it in a bow vs. hanging down in a tie. I am between a 6 and an 8 on top, and I wanted to size down but the 6 wasn't available. I still felt it was a sophisticated work shirt, and I received a few compliments. I would definitely rent it again for work, size down, and just deal with the wrinkles.

I love the style of this blouse and the way it hung was very comfortable and flattering. What was not comfortable was that it was a little tight in the chest which slightly impeded movement. Also, I love the tie, but it did come undone at one point without me realizing it. No worries, it was still a lovely blouse and I got lots of compliments when I wore it to a women only networking event that evening.

I rented this for a conference. I ended up sizing up because the 40 was unavailable last minute, but it wasn't a huge deal. The fabric is very nice, and the front can be left long like I did or tied up into a bow. Overall, it was a really cute shirt.

This is a beautiful blouse, I received many compliments on it. It runs a bit small in the upper arms but fits mostly true to size.

The stripe on this is black with tan stripe in between. Shoulders fit oddly but I got a lot of compliments. Wore it with a tight fitted black skirt.

It's a slim fit and has a great feel - I really liked this shirt. If you have long arms the sleeves might be too short. I'm 5'4", curvy (34DDD), 140lbs and the 40 fit perfectly!

A little long in the arms for petite, I'm 5' the overall fit was loose but fitting. Perfect work outfit to also let your stomach breath

Who doesn't love See by Chole! The next tie has a button that proved to be difficult (For me at least) to button which made the shirt come undone while wearing.

I would like a bit more fitted on the sides, but my breasts are too large.

Wore it with Halston pants, also from RTR - would also pair great with a black pencil skirt. Perfect for a job interview, or business attire needs. I am an VP, and worked perfectly for my business dress code.

After I figured out which way is the front, I strutted through my office with the pride of knowing I can put a shirt on the right way. No joke, it took four times. Seems totally illogical I know, but it’s because the ties way the are on the shirt that makes it feel like it’s on backwards. Fit was fine.

Shirt is fitted. Fit well. A little slim on the shoulders but overall, nice look for workday. Tied the tie into a bow instead of just leaving it tied long. Loved the material. Very comfortable.

Nice fabric, but way to small to wear. Size up!!!

Very cute top. Paired nicely with colored skinny pants. It was almost cutting it too narrow in shoulders and chest. If you're average in those areas this will be true to size. Other negative is the material retained deep wrinkles. I wouldn't be comfortable ironing because it's a thick and shiny polyester. A steamer would be best.
