Lovely feminine style, awesome sleeves. Someone told me I look like a modern seventies babe! Thick fabric, a bit low cut in the front though. Wore the tie over the cleavage. Wore several times before returning.

Great dress for a formal work party. Thick fabric hangs nicely and wasn't fitted in the waist and hips. The bow blocks cleavage. Beautiful detail on the sleeves.

I needed a black long sleeve dress for a work event and this was perfect - unique, polished, conservative.

Elegant, classy, comfortable dress. High quality material. Jackie Kennedy look. Bow is made out of the same heavy material as the rest of the dress, so the bow is quite substantial. The dress is A-line with some shaping at the waist. Very flattering without being body con. No spanx needed :-) Dress fits true to size. I am a size 10 on top and size 8 at the bottom (5'8", 153 lbs, 36C). This dress in size 8/40 (which is the largest size it comes in!) fit me perfectly at the bottom and was a bit snug on top (as expected). But since the material has a tiny amount of stretch, it was okay to wear despite being snug on top. Note that the design of this dress has a very minimizing effect on the chest and that the opening in the front is fairly deep, but can be covered with the bow. I was wearing it to a charity dinner.

This dress was perfect! So chic and flattering. My only gripe is the lack of pockets, but otherwise it's fabulous!

Such a pretty dress to wear to work! Basic black dress but the bow is really cute without looking too young. Only annoying thing is that I had to use fashion tape to keep the bow and the top of the dress in place so I wouldn't show any bra or cleavage. Unfortunately I think I blocked it in the picture, but the tape definitely worked

Not as much of a bell shape as I had feared. Really nice, stretchy lining underneath. Cuffs tight, I could imagine this being too tight on people.

I have this in another color and love that dress a lot! So I decided I'd just rent the black one for fun. It's just as nice. So flattering and perfect for work or a fun dinner party. Your cleavage will peak through but I placed my bow strategically over the chest and it was fine.

Loved this dress, but thought it was more flowy in the body so went with the small. It was more form fitting and the small was border-line tight on the shoulders. I will rent again with a M dons maybe buy!!!

I really enjoyed this dress. The tapered sleeves, sheath-like fit, and cute bow really make this a stand-out dress. I have rented it in black and light blue. I have to say the light blue one received a lot more compliements. I think some of the details were lost in the black version. Still, this is a great dress!!

Have rented this before in gray and am so in love with the look. Classic silhouette with medium weight fabric that hangs well throughout the day and is so comfortable/easy to wear.

I really loved this dress and work it both for work and out on the weekend. You can make it more work appropriate by closing the neckline or keep it open. It hit my just above the knee and was very flattering. i liked the sleeve detail as well. Not the easiest to get into!

Great dress. Worked well for work. The detail on the sleeves makes it interesting. Nothing too special but I would rent again.

I ordered a bigger size and am glad I did otherwise this would not have fit me in the chest. It also dips quite low in the chest, but the bow helps cover it up when you're at work (or wear a tank/bandeau).

I rented this as a basic work dress- and that's what it was. No compliments. I found that the bow wouldn't stay tied, so it did open up throughout the day- careful if you have a large chest! I'm a 32 DD. You may want to wear a cami. It's a good dress to rent if some of your other choices are taken. You really can't go wrong with this- it's simple, easy to pair with shoes or boots etc. It also comes in grey, which might be nice too.

I rented this for work and paired it with vibrant blue earrings that I also rented from RTR. I love this dress, the sleeves are dramatic and the rest of the lines are clean. My one complaint is it felt juts big enough that perhaps it was not the most flattering shape for my hour glass figure but I could tell a size smaller and the liner would have been too small on the inside

I didn't end up wearing out but the material was really nice. The key hole in the front was too revealing for me to wear to work and I didn't think a camisole would look right. If you had another reason to wear it I wouls recommend.

I had hoped this dress would fit like a dream and be a great backdrop for cool boots. Sadly though the fit was boring and it just looked like a hum-drum black dress. The fabric is heavier than I expected and felt like a wool crepe. I didn't wear it.

The dress fits true to size, worked well for my body type, which is hourglass, but the material was a bit thick and strange feeling and the way the dress looked made my boyfriend say I looked like I was goth. It kind of hides your boobs. And the bow hides how low cut it is. the cut of the skirt is flattering but the dress really did make me look like Wednesday Addams!

The dress was a still, uncomfortable material that made the tie at the neck look awkward rather than elegant. The overall fit was large and the sleeves were extremely long. I sent it back promptly after trying it on.
