This dress is beyond comfy! Very professional and not too clingy. I wore it to travel from Boston to NY and immediately out to a biz dinner. The only challenge was the zipper; it is a long zipper, stiff and hard to pull and def not easy to zip on your own. I was able to do it but it took some contortions! I realize not everyone cares about this but I am on the road most weeks for work and it can be frustrating to try to zip something like this.

Very flattering, easy to wear, fitted dress made out of jersey. Made me look taller and thinner! Sleeves are beautiful and make this dress. Fits true to size (I usually wear 10-12 at RTR and this dress in size Large fit me perfectly; for reference, I am 155 lbs and 36C). At 5'7", this dress hit me 1" below the knee. Fabric doesn't wrinkle at all. This dress is effortless chic for the office. The only minor negatives are: (1) the back zipper doesn't want to stay flat; (2) since the dress isn't lined, my pantyhose line was visible at the waist (I wore this dress in the winter in New England, so pantyhose wasn't optional).

OMG. LOVE! I wish I could have kept this dress forever! I wore it two nights in a row- once to a family event (was in the car for a total of 6 hours and it still looked great). Worn with nude pumps and a yellow belt. It was comfortable and almost cozy! So soft and fit well in all the right places! The second night I wore it out to dinner with leather boots and a thicker belt for a more casual, fall look. This dress is versatile for sure. I can't say enough about it!

The jersey material of this dress makes it a dream to wear to work! I am comfortable as ever & the bell sleeves add a modern twist that elevate the overall look of the dress - definitely recommend this number to anyone looking to be comfortable but look fab!

The material picks up fuzz so I had to keep a lint roller handy. Otherwise it's a fun dress and I received several compliments.

I wore this for work. I liked the longer length of the dress, the bell sleeves were also a nice and unique touch. The pattern on the sleeves is cut out around the upper arm, which I wasn't aware of until I got the dress.

I enjoyed because it is comfortably and easy for work, Fit and flair is not my best look - I am curvy and this gave me HIPS. Not the best for me.

I rented this for meetings in Asia and it was comfortable, stylish, and unique. With a pair of heels and a long necklace, the look was sophisticated, yet the material is basically like a thick t-shirt.

Weighty fabric so best for fall or winter. Very flattering on top and great overall fit. I normally wear size 4-6 and the small was good, perhaps slightly snug.

Flattering length and happy sleeves

The fit is smooth and lovely. Wore this with cute linen sneakers to sight see in NY one day; wore it another night with slingbacks and some good jewelry and it became a great out to dinner dress. The bell sleeves are not too overwhelming and give a simple dress some pizzaz. And did I say the stretch makes it comfy? A win/win.

The arms are a bit tight (but my arms are more muscular so this is normal for me) buf the rest of the dress fit perfectly so I would not have wanted to size up. The material is thick and forgiving. The length hits just below the knee for me. Great dress for work!

This dress was comfortable and the details on the sleeves made it so fun for work. If you're shorter, you definitely should consider wearing heels because in flats the length could be too much. I felt very put together and will definitely rent again.

I ordered this dress for work and, again, am really happy with the Chloe items that are in the unlimited plan. This dress looks and fits just like the pictures and I received many compliments. It is simple and classy. The details in the sleeves and the white stitching make it just a little interesting, which I loved. I am usually a size 4-6 in dresses and a small fit me perfectly. I will say that the upper arms of this dress are a little snug. I am fit but not extraordinarily strong. If you have big arms for your body size, the arms of this dress may be too tight.

It's the little things! Love the sleeve detail. The fabric is a substantial jersey with enough stretch that sizing could be true to size, but you could size down if you're on the cusp. The arms fit comfortably despite some other reviews, although I have smaller arms. Would rent again!

PERFECT fit! Loved the tightness in the bodice/torso area and accentuation of my curves in the back (I did wear a SPANX.) The sleeves were just the right length and the delicate detail a very nice touch. A very lovely dress that I painfully returned back to RTR. Hopefully I'll rent again in the future!

The dress was nice and the fabric made it appropriate for many seasons. The fit was just a bit more snug than I would have liked, including in the arms. I would recommend sizing up.

Great dress. Perfect for work and very comfortable. The only problem is the trim on the arms. There is no give to the detailing and it causes the area to be a little on the tight size. I do work out but don't consider my arms bulky.

The dress fit fine, however it was super tight in the arms where the crochet was. I was able to get it on, but knew I'd be fighting the dress and the tightness would have gotten so overwhelming that I wouldn't have enjoyed the wedding.

I really liked this dress overall. I wore to work. My main complaint is that while the entire dress is stretchy, the white part in the middle of the sleeve is not. That part was very annoying because it was a little snug and I had to keep tugging on the sleeves to keep them in the correct location. Otherwise, great dress.

Fabric is pretty heavy jersey, comfortable but you'd definitely not want to wear on a warm day.

Material is relatively thin, any lumps and bumps are going to be on display. I think sizing up will help with that though.

The fit is great except for the detail on the sleeves. There is no stretch, so if you have any arm girth, the sleeves will look weird and feel uncomfortable.
