This was a solid black dress for summer. Nice length

Fit beautifully. Delicate ruffles are the perfect amount of embellishment. It ended up being a cold night so I wore with black tights and black booties and it looked great. Comfortable and flattering. The shoulder situation is a little weird with bunching but because the dress has personality it doesn't look strange.

I am usually an 8/10 and I got a 6 in this dress listening to previous reviews but I could have gone with an 8. Great movement and comfortable to wear, masks the tummy area very well too!

It ran a litttle large so you may want to size down. Its perfect for curvey girls.

I think I could have gotten a smaller size on this dress, as it does have an elastie waist and is pretty roomy, but it was still very flattering and comfortable. I absolutely love the high neckline, with the ruffle and the sheer top is just lovely. I wore a strapless bra, which worked well, along with some contrasting stockings and leather booties, which made it a bit more modern looking, but also tried it with a pair of miu miu bow peep toes, which made it look very classic 40s. I felt like Veronica Lake and got lots of compliments. this dress would look great on so many body types, and is really nicely made and easy to wear. I do recommend sizing down one size. The only thing that I didnt like was that the seam on the shoulder falls below my shoulder and when my hair was up, it made my shoulders look quite broad.. Otherwise, super LOVED IT and would rent again!

I went with the largest size bc i wanted to wear this for Thanksgiving and I didn't know if it would be tight or restrictive. Turns out the waist is elastic and the fit is very loose and casual- you may want size down. It was super flattering in photos and got a lot of compliments. I styled it with black d'orsay flats, a gold clutch and statement earrings. It's a versatile dress- would be easy to dress up or down.

I loved this dress! Usually go between a 6 and 8, the 6 fit perfect for this. Very chic and a little different. Wore it to an evening fall wedding. Loved the fit and got lots of compliments. Would definitely rent again!

Must-have for taller ladies! This See by Chloe dress is super flattering and made for a easy work outfit! Running true to size, we recommend going one size up for backup, as the fabric has no stretch. If you are smaller-framed or wear petite sizes, you may want to size down as this can run long and may run a big large on smaller frames. This dress is great for any bust size and falls straight at the waist and hips. The sleeves are fitted around the wrists and I loved how this made the dress stand out! At 5’6”, this hit just about the knee for me and I would recommend pairing with a colorful statement purse and black heels for a simple, go-to work outfit.

The dress was true to size. I felt comfortable throughout the Worship Service. The material is thin.

This dress runs true to size/ large. It looks prettier on the model. The dress ended at my knees. It's a very light/ airy dress. There's a light lining underneath. The sleeves didn't hit my wrist but the elastic allowed it to stay above my elbows making it more puffy/ flowy around the elbows. I'm usually a size 6 but fit in a size 4 and it was still comfy. The ruffle at the waist does make any belly fat look minimally bigger since the ruffle flows over when you're looking down at it but it visually disguises any slight belly you may have since it looks like it's just part of the ruffle from an observer's perspective.

The dress is definitely designed for tall ladies. I’m only 5’ and the sheer layer on the chest dropped. Looked messy. I’m sure it would look great on someone taller!

I'm just not made for dresses. I'm 5'9" and those couple inches taller than average affects the way a dress fits.

This dress is wonderfully made in terms of fabric quality. But no matter what I did, it looked too gothic and Adams Family like on me - not at all how the dress looks on the model. Also, it runs large. I normally wear a size 10 or 12 if fitted and the 8 in this fit well. I rented this for an event that I was emceeing, but wore something else.

Made me look rather frumpy as I am not too tall (5'4"), and did not have much flare in the skirt.
