This style is playful for work and catching up with friends right after. It's true to size but I would go one size up if you're curvy or have full hips since the style has no stretch. I'm 5'1 and with heels this style falls right on my knees with heels on. This style can be worn with a standard bar. I feel like this style is very playful you can have fun with it. I would wear a vibrant color just to bring my sense of style to this dress or some booties if I want to be comfortable for a night in the city for drinks.

I think this will be a staple in my wardrobe. Good length and I like the neck tie and sleeves. The fit is perfect , falls just right and has a bit of stretch to boot. Score for a great price!

I'm between a 4 and a 6 and 5'4". The dress had just enough details and uniqueness to make it perfect for a daytime event where I wanted more than a normal sheath dress without getting overly fancy. I received a ton of compliments and it was so comfortable at the same time. If you're really tall it might be a bit short but it was super flattering despite being a busty size 32F.

Really cute dress with the bows and the lace. I just wish I had sized up because it's very straight through the hips. It looked okay if I stood up straight with my legs crossed but it clung to my hips as I walked.

I rented this for work when I knew I'd be with an important client all day and I got a ton of compliments on it. This piece is also great if you're going from the office to an event after work, and I love the versatility of it. I think it lays better on than the picture looks and it still respectable while having great details like the pattern on the sleeves and the bow. It wasn't super form fitting on me, which I liked, and I wore this to work in NYC in the summer and wasn't too warm. Would rent again.

Rented the dress for an honor ceremony. Has nice detailing around the shoulders and arms. Was very comfortable to wear - a little hot for mid-July but otherwise really nice. Would definitely rent again.

What a great dress. Modest but not frumpy because it is a few inches above the knees but great coverage on top. Loved the sleeves and the tie. One of those great shift dresses that somehow manages to be flattering and not too boxy. And it was lined which is so nice (I am endlessly amazed at how many high end designer dresses are not lined). Loved wearing this.

I loved this dress and so did many of my colleagues who complimented it. Great fit, very comfortable. It is lined which is needed if you don't want bulges to show and want to look polished and professional. It's fairly true to size. It's a little loose but for me since I have a larger chest I went with this size so it wouldn't pull in the chest area.

The lace sleeve and bow make this navy sheath dress so super cute. I was super comfortable all day in this at work and received many compliments. The dress is true to size in every way.

Beautiful dress and neckline. I wore to a work party. I have average to small hips/bum and it was tight around that area! It also was on the shorter side so I wore with tights. Size up for a slightly looser fit.

I was able to wear this dress to work and then change my jewelry and head to a cocktail party. I got a ton of complements and it's a very classic look but with some fun embellishment on the sleeves. I wore my hair pulled back because of the tie at the neck. I found that it fit a little loose and would say it ran a bit large, but it was still flattering. I will likely rent this one again.

This dress is so beautiful, comfortable, and I got compliments on it all day long. I feel like I spent half of the day answering questions about it from people at work. It might be a touch short for taller people. When I sat down, it was mid-thigh. My only tiny nitpicks is that I wish it had a zipper in back so you didn't have to pull it on/off over your head, and that the lining is a touch too small for the dress. Otherwise, no complaints. Loved it.

LOVE! The details on the sleeve and the tie make this dress feel so stylish. Perfect for work to dinner (in fact, I plan on wearing it to a dinner party this weekend). I'm only 5'4", but I think it would be too short without tights. I'm wearing it today with black tights and pointy-toe booties, but will likely wear with tan heels this weekend. While it's not a tight style, this dress could be a bit snug in the chest or hips.
