When all the six other size six dresses I tried couldn’t accommodate my ribcage, this dress was comfortable and allowed me to wear a t-shirt bra!!! Great for the hourglass figure, as the waist is reasonably fitted. Comfortable to dance in, although not ideal for raising your arms all the way up lol. Traveled well. If you are smaller on top this dress may not be the ideal fit.

I wore a 4 because of the bust. Fits cute and got a lot of compliments.

Rented this for Valentine's Day; I loved it. The Chinese style was so cute but still somewhat subtle. I was worried about the sleeves and flared skirt because of the other reviews but it ended up fitting me almost perfectly. It cinched at the waist which was flattering and the wider skirt was perfectly tailored for a cute flare. I do know my shoulders are a bit broader which is maybe why I didn't have the arm fit issues others did. Only mild complaint is that is easily wrinkles.

Tbh best thing about this dress was that I was comfortable! I wore it downtown with a black puffer jacket, took off the jacket a few times throughout the night bc too warm, ie long sleeves worked great for a going out dress in winter time. I'm not one to wear sexy club dresses too often and felt like this was a perfect option for me because of the coverage balancing the shape :) great for a one-time night out of mixing it up, can get you a great insta pic.

If you have reverse triangle body type, this is the perfect dress. I know some people didn't like it, but it fit so well for my body type

It fit perfect around my ribs and kind of flared out around my hips which gave me more of an accentuated hourglass figure. LOVE this dress- so mad I didn't get any pictures in it. The shoulders are more poofy than pictured, but not issue. The sleeves were pretty long too but again no issue. I would 100% rent again. Hope they get this dress in white too, and the long sleeveless version.

Tight in the chest and arms but perfect everywhere else

Very beautiful dress dress even though it is black. Has nice sewn details. Would size down

This dress is probably best suited for a someone with a petite frame as it runs a little small especially around the rib cage area, the shoulders have a broadening effect, and it's pretty short (perfect for me at 5'2). The details are very pretty and I received so many compliments!

Cute but short- I'm 6'0" and wasn't able to pull it off.

I loved the style of this dress. I think that cheongsams are so flattering and elegant. This one has some issues. The neck is very high and very difficult to zip up on your own. You definitely need an assistant to get it on and off. The waist is TINY. The 4 fit me but it was going to be very uncomfortable at a client dinner. The skirt flares out and kind of makes it look like you are wearing a skater's costume. I would be interested to see if this designer does any of these dresses with straight skirts. Sadly, I ended up not wearing it and sending it back.

I didn't end up wearing this but the dress is stunning in person and for great.

Fits good in the waist. Sleeves are too long, covers half of hand. Fabric poofs up in the upper back when zipped. Unable to wear out.

The size available was a size 14, so I rented it just for fun, and figured it might even work because of the material. The bottom and waist fit great, but the top was HUGE!

This dress fit terribly. It was the right length but the sleeves were HORRIBLE. The arms are made for someone with Lon arms perhaps. The arms were super baggy on me and the whole torso area was loose. So disappointed because it looks so good on the model. I was looking forward to wearing this dress for date night.

Tight around the neck. But Huge in the shoulders & arms. Snug in the waist. Then super flared out at the hips (and I have big hips). I think you need to have a very specific body type for this dress. & I clearly didn't have it lol
