Beautiful dress, amazing quality. Was a bit big in the lower part of the dress but not noticeable when wearing. The metallic jacquard is a beautiful fabric with black satin bow on top. Paired with black satin heels and bag for a sure fire way to shine.

The overlay has amazing burnout that allow tje gold underneath to show. Great, classic look and loved the feel of the bow top. The size 6 was bigger than other Sau Lee dresses. The 4 was too small.

Wore this to a formal gala and it was hands-down one of my favorite formal rentals ever. The fit was beautiful and secure, hugged in all the right places, and photographed incredibly well. I felt confident, feminine, and powerful the entire night. It held up through standing, mingling, and dancing without losing shape. That said, it is fitted and slightly restrictive, so plan accordingly — you may need help in the restroom. Worth it though. If you want to walk into a room and have every head turn, this is the dress. Ideal for black-tie events where you want elegance with impact.

The dress fit beautifully. The top portion was thick enough and stayed in place that I didn’t need to wear a bra which was great.

I typically wear dress size 8-10. The 10 fit but didn't look anywhere near as good as the 8. The 8 was pretty snug, but I was still able to dance etc. Both sizes had very sticky zippers. Bust felt a little tight, but it didn't look like it. Dress was worn to NYE wedding- everyone gushed at how gorgeous this dress is.

So classy for a formal NYE party! Lots of compliments. The material is heavy and gorgeous. Much prettier in person. Only issues were I had to wear a minimizing bra and dancing was difficult with the slim shape around the legs. Not recommended for warmer weather due to how thick the material is.

This gown is perfection. Runs a little tight in the chest if you're busty, so I sized up, but the rest of the gown is true to size. Paired it with the Loeffer Randal bow bag and black strappy heels.

I was thrilled the dress fit perfectly. Generally, in dresses I need to size up for my broad shoulders so the 12 could of fit a little tighter through the body, but this way I was free to move around and it looked good. Loved the length - which was down to my ankles. I was a little surprised by the texture. I thought it was going to be sequins but it was a jacquard. Some jacquard materials can be too heavy. This was fairly light - so it didn't get too hot. This is a true statement piece.

I’d say this runs on the small side. It is very fitted but beautiful. Not much stretch to it, boning in the top to help it stay up which was nice. I received lots of compliments. It was in wonderful condition and came pressed and ready to wear. Perfect for a black tie event.

This dress was fabulous for my lanky frame and smaller bust - I usually have to yank up strapless dresses and this one stayed up all night through hugs, dancing, and sitting down then standing up over and over. It was tight and a little restrictive in the legs/hips since there’s no slit, but I am a true size 0-2 and it was a perfect fit! I loved it more than I thought I would!

Didn’t end up wearing to event but had as a backup. Size 6 was way too large—Sau Lee sizing isn’t consistent. The bodice may not be ideal for those with shorter torsos.

This formal dress is a flattering and chic choice for any black-tie event. The length is perfect for petites, hitting right at the ankle. A built-in corset is a huge bonus, ensuring the strapless dress stays perfectly in place all night. Be aware that this dress runs small. I recommend sizing up one or even two sizes, especially if you're in between sizes, to get the perfect fit.

Absolutely zero stretch with this one and slightly corseted feel on the top. Definitely more tapered if you're looking to really dance it might not be your best option but it's truly a stunning dress.

The dress is incredible - the fit is fantastic but because I have a full bust I needed a black sheer cape that I bought to wear on top.
