i wore this with a leather jacket as a perfect spring transitional dress for a formal event. As the other review said, the ties have a lot of strings and you may definitely need some help to tighten or make any adjustments. besides that, i got a lot of compliments - it fit true to size and was comfortable.

I couldn’t figure out how to tie this dress in the back. There are 4 strings. I tried probably 30 different variations of tying it, all of which my husband had to actually tie because I can’t reach the mid point on my back. I have zero clue how to wear this dress so I covered myself with a leather blazer and called it day. I was sweating by the time I left the house. It looked great from the front so I wanted to show a picture but I don’t think it’s worth the effort. Needs an instruction manual.

Very cute. Fit well. Satin didn’t cling—very good for some shine in hot summer weather. Shirring is in the right places. Very flattering around the waist. Adjustable straps.

This dress worked for a one time wear, but wasn't worth the work it took to make it look right. It feels like you need two people to really get the straps right, and even then I could never get the chest to fit correctly, it always kind of bagged. It worked for one day because I had a textured lace top under it, but I'm not sure it would have worked on me without that.
