I loved this dress for tons of compliments…I will warn to be careful taking it off but so worth it. Also I went up a size (40) so that it fit loose and really glad I did that.

Overall: Classic Sandro. If I had to describe the brand in one dress, this would be it. Not adventurous, just a perfect little black dress that works for almost any occasion depending on how you style it. Wearability - This is one of those “nothing to wear” dresses that always works. Sneakers with frilly socks for casual, dressed up for church, weddings, or even more formal events. You’ll reach for it more than you expect, even just for brunch when you want to feel put together. Would look so cute with frilly socks and loafers too. Fabric & Season - Thick, structured fabric. Definitely a winter dress and too warm for summer, but the weight is what makes it so flattering and luxe. Fit & Sizing - Looks boxy on the hanger but very flattering on. Structured and rigid in a good way. I took my true size and it fit, but if you’re between sizes, I’d size up for that middle seam.

Generally not a fan of the drop waist but this one is an exception. Sized up and loved it. Sleeves were tight but tolerable. Great quality as usual

It runs a bit short, which is fine for a short like me, but could be a problem for taller women. FYI there is a side zipper. It took me awhile to find it. Thicker material, would be too hot for summer

This dress was fun and preppy, but still felt professional enough for work. TTS. I liked that it could be buttoned all the way up to the neckline, which made it feel a little more tailored and versatile. The deep black color also made it read more formal and elevated. I’m tall and was pleasantly surprised that it was not too short for the office. Hardware was not as heavy or luxe as I’d expect at this price point, and one of the buttons needed a safety pin to stay in place. Still, overall it was a cute and easy piece for a polished work look.

I looooove Sandro and wish I could buy it all. You can feel the quality and always looks expensive. Felt so comfortable and effortless in this one. Sandro’s sizes are TRUE, so if you’re an XS and feel like clothes are usually bigger on you, this is a great brand. If you tend to size up, do so once or twice. Sandro usually has little to no give. Usually a 0/2/XS/S, rented a 2 for a slightly loose fit. Was perfect

Obsessed with this style. The skirt makes it a little flirty and I knew the ruffles would give it a “shorter” look so I sized up for length. A lot of buttons make it difficult to get on but it’s worth it!

Perfect fit. Drop waist but structured. You can button up or leave it open and folded at the chest. I wore as a dress and I wore it over cropped jeans for a funny more casual look. I will def rent this again.

I’m a size 0 in other Sandro items but this was too tight in the upper arms and too tight in the hips. Overall it was an unflattering style for me (someone with small waist but larger hips and thighs).

This dress fit perfectly and wasn’t too short. The material is awesome. I would have bought but as it is spring, it gave off more fall vibes. I’ll rent again.
