I would buy this dress if it weren't so expensive. I loved everything about it, it was comfortable, flattering, and it comes with a slip under-dress. It is pretty fancy, fancier than what the picture showed. It's a little bit sheer and has gold thread running through it. Gorgeous!

Had to add a belt as it was an odd shape otherwise, just ok.

So elegant for work, made me feel a bit more mature and powerful. Needed to pin the waist part to add a bit of sillouette

Love the beautiful print of this dress. Could be worn year round. There is a metallic gold thread that runs through the fabric. I thought it ran a little big and that it looks better when belted at the waist. Wore with calf height boots!

I was ready to jump into Fall with this chic maxi! It was a little dressier than I originally realized (metallic gold thread running through) but I dressed it down with booties and casual jewelry to make it more everyday. The fabric feels amazingly smooth and luxe, and unlike other Saloni dresses that run small on me - this was perfect in a 2.

A bit more grumpy than I like, but well made and the white, square buttons are adorable. Conservative, would be great for an office job. Needed more fresh accessories!

This dress is incredibly comfortable and travels well as it does not wrinkle . I paired it with a leopard belt for some added flare but the metallic thread really does dress it up. Pretty detail with the buttons. Trying to rent it again but it's never available!

Wore this to breaking the fast dinner and it was perfect. Gorgeous material, the shape just flows, and the semi-sheer fabric (comes with underlying slip) kept it from feeling heavy or matronly/modest. Does run *slightly* big, could have gotten away with sizing down one. Would be great for rehearsal dinner or any other fancy dinner in the city. Will def rent again!

This dress was super cool. I was afraid it would be too dressy for work, but it's just fun! Fit is great and it's not too long either.

The material on this dress is really lovely, very light and airy. There are solid satin stripes interspersed with the slightly sheer floral pattern. It has cute square white buttons and buttons all the way down the front. It comes with a little black slip to wear under, which you need. I felt it needed a belt, which mine didn't come with, so wore with a narrow black belt and black heels. Very comfortable, easy to pack, highly recommend

Wore this to work and got lots of compliments. Liked the way the dress moved, and the high quality material, but did not love the fit. Even belted it still struggled to give me a waist. Arms were also a little tight, though there was room in the waist

This dress is very versatile. I wore it to a couple formalism dinners and business meetings. It does have gold threads trough it, do can go formal. For more professional affairs, I used a leather belt and more casual shoe. It was comfortable and I got lots of complements

Rented with my unlimited. Based on other reviews I went up a size to a 2 and glad I did. Waist is very small and the 0 would not have worked. As it is , the buttons did not like completely flat on the 2 - it's one of those dresses that has to hit at exactly the right place everywhere and I am a bit short waisted. Still enjoyed wearing - lightweight and comfortable. I did not find the gold in the pattern to be overwhelming. Note this was supposed to come with a slip and didn't - I just used a nude slip that i have and it worked fine. Black would also have worked.

I wore this for a dinner party at 5 months pregnant. I sized up from my usual 10 and I'm glad I did. The waist is fitted with no stretch and I needed the larger size to avoid gaping between buttons while sitting. The separate slip has adjustable straps, which was a plus. Overall it came across much more formal than I anticipated, but it worked just fine.

I have loved the other dresses by this label but this dress was see-through and not great looking in person.
