I've worn this a few types (to work, out to dinner with friends, Thanksgiving dinner) and loved it each time. It's easy to wear and super comfortable, and the colors are perfect for fall. Only real problem is that it is very thin fabric, more suited to a spring dress than one for November (but the colors are November, so it's a bit off). I'm not usually a ruffle-dress type of woman, but Saloni dresses always look classic to me.

Great dress for everyday or event. I wore this to work and out to dinner after. Perfect fall colors, comfortable with feminine frills.

I wore this during Christmas vacation. I belted it, since I needed a bit more shape. Lots of compliments on the pattern. Great travel dress.

I really loved this dress. I am 5'6 and the length was great on me, it did not feel too short unless it was windy out! The only call out I have is that the sleeves were fairly tight with no stretch in the fabric, but I wasn't necessarily uncomfortable but it was noticeable. If this is your problem area, I recommend sizing up. The color is also great for fall so dress up with tights when the weather gets chilly!

A fun dress demure enough to wear with thick tights and booties to work. The ruffles add a bit of movement. I've worn the blue and white version of this dress and they're the exact same. I'm starting to love Saloni!

I have worn this a ton. It's very comfortable, and great for work. Def needs either the sash or a belt to cinch the waist. On the short side - fine for me at 5'3, but would be very short on someone taller.

Was a bit too short to wear belted. Interesting western vibe.

This is flown almost to the point of frumpy. It was supposed to come with a belt but the xs was missing it so I used a belt I had on hand. It's a cute casual dress for fall in the office but probably wouldn't rent again.

I love the colors on this dress, and it fit well though the 3/4 sleeve hole is weirdly tight and hard to push up to my elbow where I liked to wear it. The rest of the dress is loose and flows nicely. Definitely needs the belt to look flattering. I wore it with tights & boots to dinner & a concert & I received several compliments. My friend said I should buy it. I felt great in it al night.

The dress fits frumpy without belt. When I ordered it show it with a belt. I wish it came w a belt, think it would have been super cute.

This ran true to size except for the end of the sleeves which were a bit tight as others have noted. They didn't bother me and I wore the dress twice before returning it. Please note that it didn't come with the belt pictured. I assume the belt got lost somewhere along the way. I did try it with several belts, but none looked right so I wore it without a belt. The first time I wore it with navy tights and navy booties. The second time (in the picture) I wore it with a dark amber (hard to describe the color) silk blouse that tied below the neck. I would rent this again.

I never would have picked this for myself normally but I've liked other Saloni rentals so picked this on a whim. So cute for a easygoing Friday at the office. It's a bit flowy so it might feel a bit sacklike. The dress didn't have much definition but the ruffles were so cute and the style garnered lotsa compliments!

Never used the word 'flirty' before but that sort of sums up this dress. It feels quite feminine and flirty. It doesn't cinch at the waist as it appears on the photo. I got a 10 and it was more of a looser drop waist fit. Went to my knees.

This was my first RTR experience. This dress runs super large. This was a size 0. I had to wear a belt to shape my body.

This looks nothing like the picture in person, it's looser, flowy, and the ruffles aren't as exaggerated. Hard to tell in pics but it's navy with orange dots. Wore to wear with nude heels - LOVE and got so many compliments!

This is so light and airy. It moves beautifully and the colors are lovely and subtle. Perfect for work or date night.

Fit on this was good overall, but it was a bit short. The belt that it comes with gives added shape and blends in perfectly with the dress. It's a pretty simple design, but very feminine.

Great for work and afterwards. Loved the lining that's designed to peek out. Color is beautiful and it looked much better on than it did on the hanger. A definite underrated piece!

I wore this without the waist belt and LOVED the shape. It was the perfect desk-to-drinks look. I paired it with a black double vented blazer for the office and a leather jacket for out. Highly recommend!

Super cute dress

The dress is really comfortable! It fit a bit larger than I expected it to, but was flowy. I love the ruffle detail. I wore it with black tights and wedge heels. Really nice for the office!

Fit perfectly - it's frilly, flouncy, girly, and comfortable. I popped a navy blazer over it and felt like a fashion rockstar at work all day.

The ruffles are really pretty & move nicely. Mine arrived without the belt shown in the photo, so I worn my own thin brown leather belt & it looked great.

The ruffles on this are so cute, and the skirt is nice and full. Good liner inside, no need for a slip. Hit couple inches above my knee. Comfortable, except the band on the forearm is a little tight and not stretchy. Overall, great dress.

This dress is amazing. I would buy it, but I rent it in all three colors (also in blue and red). The neckline is super flattering and the tie around the waist can be worn in the front for extra ruffles or in the back to look more traditional. I've also worn it without the tie for a boho type vibe. I can't say enough wonderful things about this one!

Wore this multiple times during my rental period , to shop , to brunch and to work on a Friday! Amazing feminine design and material . A must try for fall/ winter. Pair with boots!

This is my favorite dress I have rented by far. The fit is loose but the ruffles add shape. Next time I rent this I will size down. I paired this dress with booties and knee high boots. I received a ton of compliments.

The fit on this dress was AMAZING! From the color to the cut of the dress was perfect. I paired the dress with jeans and opened the dress up like a shirt to add a twist but, you can definitely wear the dress as is. I'm typically a 6/8 and I wore a 6 which was perfect.

Nice transition work dress from Summer to Fall - and - from work to evening. This dress has a looser fit and is feminine but not too girlie. The ruffles are all in the right places. It was comfortable and worked well as I went from work to an evening event.
