this dress is gold . a little over the top on a hanger but when you put it on it literally stopped people in their tracks to compliment it . its snug but flattering.

Yes - hips.... tight , size -4 - I barely fit in & was not flexible ( but for dinner at home - it work)-6 would be perfect for 39" hips, but if u triangle or sporty shape- it will fit, fabric is rich gold/ silver- So roaring 20s!!! Find the right size- dress to impress!

Get ready for all eyes on you, baby. There’s not much give, if any. I would have preferred the size 6 over the 4. It would be A+ for NYE. The photo shows how sparkly the gold gets. This was onstage with just dim lighting and curtains drawn. Loved the cut of the dress. It was a very fun dress. I will rent again!

Fit true to size, felt secure and flattering. Gold and silver metallic stripes are fun and not overwhelming. Hit the right tone of being pretty and special without drawing too much attention to myself (wedding guest, and merely aunt-of-the-bride at that!) Used a safety pin to make sure dress was not too low-cut. That worked well, and I would have been uncomfortable without it. Liked that it was appropriately modest, de-emphasized the right places, but was still form-fitting.

Sooo fun. It was the perfect dress- not black tie formal and not too informal- we were at a charity event. I don’t consider myself hippy and the 0 (my normal size) was too tight. I could have made it work but I’m glad I had the 2 as an option! The 2 was still a little tighter on the hips and a teensie bit loose at the top. I actually got away with a low cut REGULAR BRA!!! It was black and the flutters covered it enough that it was totally fine and didn’t show at all!! 😍

This was the perfect dress for a formal wedding. The gold is more prominent than the pictures show but it’s not too flashy. I received many compliments. I’m normally an 8 but sized up to a 10 to give a little more room in the tummy area. The dress was comfortable and flattering. One of my favorite rentals ever.

For me it was true to size. I initially was nervous to sit, but it really wasn’t as tight as I thought around my hips. I have 36” hips and bust, and 26” waist and the size 4 was perfect. I would suggest getting your true fit and order the size up as a backup.

This dress surprised me- It was much sexier in person than photos. I loved the shine of the gold which was perfect for a winter wedding. Size 2 was a bit tight around the hips as others have said, but it fit my 15 week baby bump no problem.

Loved this dress! It was easy to wear with a regular bra, lightweight and wrinkle prone for travel, sparkle fabric wasn’t itchy and eye catching but not stealing the show. The 6 was a glove-like-fit for me as a typical size 4. I was going to wear the 8 for a little more room but got them mixed up the night of. Kind of happy I did as I felt a little sexier in the tighter fit. I wore to a black tie wedding but would be a perfect NYE dress. A gem of a dress!

Loved this dress!! It was so flattering, and very unique. Has gold and silver in person, and is a crinkly kind of material. It was very tight in the seat but that made it also quite flattering. Would definitely rent again for a formal occasion!

This dress was beautiful in person and I’m photos. I got so many compliments all night long! It’s VERY lightweight but runs big, especially if you have hips. I’m a true size 4 but after reading reviews, I’m glad I got a 6. It fit perfectly around my hips and waist, a little loose on top but didn’t mind at all.

Chafed armpits, very tight around the bit and left little room to give. The stripes you see are gold and absolutely beautiful definitely kicks it up a notch!

As others have said, the material has no give, so I went with the larger size, but it was very flattering. This was my backup dress, but it was a hit! The shimmer of the gold/silver stripes is dressier than it appears, which was perfect for an August wedding.

Received nonstop compliments from people all night! The material is more crinkly In person, so give yourself to delicately press beforehand! It was fun and flirty without jeopardizing any class! Highly recommend if you're willing to try something a little different!

I'm 5"8' 152# and the 10 fit beautifully. The gold was sparkly and I received TONS of compliments! This dress has it all: the ruffles! the leg slit! The gold lamé! All tailored to perfect elegance with the slimming horizontal stripes. One star off for the fact that I couldn't steam the wrinkles out. Otherwise loved this rental!

Wore this to my birthday dinner. It’s a very lightweight material and on the hanger it almost seemed to look a little flimsy and cheap. But once it was on, it was incredible! I loved the high slit and the plunging neckline is softened a bit by the ruffle. Hints of sexy without being overly done. Length was perfect for me at 5’4”. I wore with a pair of metallic heels and mixed gold and silver jewelry. I likely won’t have another chance to wear it, but it was great for a special occasion.

It’s a nice dress but it doesn’t photograph well. But the collar is very nice and it does make an impact in person.
