The waist isn’t as cinched or defined as I would like but still loved the dress overall. The “belt” part doesn’t actually tighten. Dress is more purple than gray!

I wore this to a wedding in Dubai. I used double-sided wardrobe tape to close the neckline. It was in the 90s, but the dress was very light. Perfect for short girls!

I received many compliments on this dress. I recommend keeping the dress zipped and pulling it over your head if you have curves and hips. Overall, the dress fit perfect for my mother‘s milestone birthday. I would definitely rent this again.

I ordered this dress for a cosmic themed gala. I’m 20 weeks pregnant so I wanted a dress that wouldn’t be super tight on the belly so this dress was perfect. The material was lightweight and comfortable. Pre-pregnancy I was a size M, I sized up and got a L with an XL backup, but a M would have fit perfectly. The size L was a little too big but I made it work. The dress definitely has some stretch to it, so I don’t recommend sizing up.

Rented this dress to wear for our formal family pictures. It was stunning! The color is less silver and more pale purple just fyi. I had to put a small safety pin in the chest area because the cut is very low but I would rent this again to wear. It was gorgeous!

The pleated texture and bit of sparkle gave this dress a luxury feel. As many had mentioned I pinned the front in order to prevent it from falling open. Runs slightly big, I went with the small. Overall very comfortable and pretty!

Great dress to wear at an end of November wedding. Got many compliments. Had to pin the chest fabric closed because the v neck is very deep. Keep in mind you Cannot wear a bra with this so find some good cups to cover.

I wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner in the winter and it was absolutely gorgeous! The material is a little thin but not see through and extremely comfortable. I did pin the front together as it is open and might have exposed myself when I sat down. Fits true to size. Received many compliments!

Really liked this dress. Very comfortable. Loved the long sleeves and the flow. The color is more of a purple/lilac than silver, but still pretty. I pinned the front so it wasn't so low. The back is open, so plan for that.

I’m a 4/6 in most clothes and would have gone for a S/M in most cases. After reading the reviews something told me to try a XS and surprisingly it cinched perfectly at the waist. I’m wide in the hip/thigh region but luckily it didn’t matter because the dress flows below the waist. The only issue was that the chest area was really baggy. I tried tapping and it still seemed to be a little too loose for my liking. In a last minute scramble I took a hair tie and tied the low V cut from the inside of the dress to create a higher neckline and just wore a regular bra underneath. Oh also there are light shoulder pads. I was a little self conscious because I have VERY broad shoulders but I shifted them around a little to create less emphasis.

I wore this to our school auction and it worked out great. The top is on the bigger side and open, which required a lot of double-sided tape. The dress is also open in the back, so I had to use a stick-on-bra.

I’m 162 with 36b and in between m-l sizes. Sized down to a medium and everything fit except the chest and shoulders looked a little large on me. I would still have worn it but just found something I liked better. Very flattering with the deep V. couldn’t really figure out how to make the belt sit right.

I did not end up wearing this dress, but it was extremely comfortable and fit well! This is a great dress for large bust and small waist fit - it would definitely require some fashion tape to secure the girls down.

Definitely has a lavender tone. Belt is not adjustable. Not bra friendly. A little long in waist but I was able to tuck it into belt line. Fashion tape recommended! Wore it to Miami Vice themed party

Wore to a dressy fundraiser event and got tons of compliments. The fabric feels great, drapes beautifully. I definitely could have sized down from a L to a M but it was fine. The only thing I disliked is that the buckle is bright silver and I'm more of a gold gal. Otherwise loved it!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful light lavender color with silvery shimmer to it. Very comfortable if your ok with very low cut.

This is the ideal dress for both comfy and elegant. Striking and beautiful color that does well in formal settings, but also a very comfortable wear, hiding any self-conscious spots.

Wore this for an 80's themed Dallas/Dynasty event - it has just enough 80's vibe without being fancy dress. Very low cut - I used fashion tape to avoid revealing all! Otherwise very flattering style.

This had a bit of an 80s vide with structure in the arm pads and deep v. I'm 5'4 and it went to my ankles. Had tons of complements.

Elegant dress. Low cut

Very little fit difference between the L and XL. Dress has a 1980s Dynasty vibe with slight shoulder padding. The belt doesn't really adjust. Fabric is lightweight and the draping is flattering. There is a large keyhole opening in the back, from the neck to a line below the bra band, which means you either go braless or need a low back strapless bra. Unfortunately the keyhole looks like you didn't finish zipping up. Did not end up wearing due to the keyhole/ bra issue.

This was a little large overall. I am 5’9” 150ish lbs and the medium felt a bit oversized (which I like TBH). The zipper in the back wouldn’t go up all the way so I decided not to wear it.

Ordered a small in this dress as a contender for a work holiday party. The dress is so pretty, but it fit more like a toga on me and wasn’t flattering - the chest and waist areas were very lose, i probably could’ve tried using tape for the cleavage, but i didn’t want to have to worry about adjusting throughout the night. I recommend sizing down.

The zipper wouldn't go past the waist, so I couldn't wear it. I'm not sure if the sizing was too small (the zipper did go up when I wasn't wearing it), but I tried to get the size 4, and the person I spoke with at RTR said I could get an extra spot for the next month, but not the size 4. I had hoped to wear it to a wedding, but I couldn't.
