I didn't receive the correct dress size for my best friends wedding and RTR over-nighted 5 dresses
This dress is really pretty and I liked the dress a lot. I didn't wear it to the wedding because it needed a belt to look right and black wasn't apart of the theme. I'd say the only negative about this dress on me was that the straps were slightly big, i think if I would have worn it I would have been worried and thinking too much about the straps moving and showing too much chest/bra in front. Women with a larger chest may not have that problem. Maybe a smaller size would have worked better for that problem too.

Wore this dress for my birthday bash. It was a beautiful color and very comfortable fit.
I ordered two sizes, 10 and 12, however RTR ran out of a 10 and sent me a 12. I am usually a 10, so I found the 12 a bit bulky on top. I think that this dress would compliment someone of a smaller and slender frame. Even though I thought that it was a very beautiful dress, I would not rent it again just because I don't think that it was flattering for my tall and hourglass body shape.

Perfect dress for an understated glamour. It was more beautiful than it looks and the stripes of sequins were lovely. Not too much, just enough. If you are curvy be careful where the belt sits. Beautiful with black patent heels. I would definitely rent this for any daytime special event.

Don't hesitate!
I wore this dress to a pre-SAG Awards event in LA and can't even begin to count the number of gushing compliments I received on this dress. I probably could have worn the 4, but the 6 was fine. If you're on the fence, go down a size. I wore it with nude patent heels and a simple necklace. At a celeb-studded event, I felt like the prettiest girl in the room!

This is one of those dresses you pass over because it looks kind of boring...but its not! I loved this dress. I wore it a size big because it hugged the hips and was tight under the arms and the extra room gave a nice flow-y look. Such a great simple dress with a little flare. Comfy and can be dressed up or down. I dug it a lot. Looks great with a lot of accessories!

This dress runs pretty true to size, although is a bit longer than I was hoping for. The color looked great with my summer tan but wonder if it would as nice on fair skin. You also definitely need a belt, without it's not nearly as flattering.

Great dress!
I loved that this dress was "interesting." If you wear it you definitely don't have to worry about looking the same as other people at the party. The color might wash out people with lighter skin tones, but worked well for me. My only criticism is the belt -- the dress was plenty big, the belt was not. Did not fit at all, and you definitely need to belt this dress or it will look like a tent. Luckily I had a skinny black patent leather belt that worked well.

A bit frumpy...
I didn't end up wearing this dress in the end, but it definitely runs large. I normally wear a size 2 or 4 and even the 2 was a bit shapeless on me. It's also long (knee length) and very (too) conservative for my liking. The color also probably wouldn't suit a lot of people.

If you have a straight, petite body and are headed to a daytime event, this dress is for you!
This dress was saved to my favorites for a very long time and I was so excited to finally rent it and when I got it on, sadly, I was not in love. I wore it anyway, but felt that the dress looked more appropriate for a daytime event than it did for an evening event. Though, I think it would be passable at night in spring or summer. My boobs made the sides pucker, but there was plenty of room everywhere else, so much that I had to size down. The side-puckering really bothered me. I wanted the sides to lay flat like the model, but I guess you have to be flat like the model to get that effect.

This dress is not for girls with a butt.
This is better for someone who's straight up and down. I'm a solid 10-12 and I couldn't even get this dress on.

Hard to arrange
This dress is very pleated and thus very difficult to arrange in the way it is styled on the model. It looked awful on me and gave me a belly pooch no matter how I arranged it, even though I don't actually have a belly! It also hugged my trouble spots (hips/thighs) and the nude color just didn't do it for me. It fit abominably and I couldn't wear it. Definitely different than I thought it would be. RTR was awesome with the return though. Thanks.
