I was tall enough to wear it with flats which was nice. The top part laid flat on me so no taping was necessary. I only wish the bottom was as dark and pleated as shown on the model.

After reading the reviews I decided to go with the 4R & 6R and was still a little worried that the top would be too loose. I was so happy when I put this dress on and it fit beautifully. I didn't need fabric tape to hold it together and even the shoulders straps stayed up with the whole back out. Also, from reading the reviews I knew the full skirt would not be pleated and would also be more of a pink color like the top instead of a deep red/fuschia. This was very true. But honestly it didn't even matter. The length was perfect for 3in heels-- there was never a moment I felt like I was tripping over it. This dress was dreamy. It was a crowd favorite at the black tie wedding I attended and every woman wanted to own it (including me). I was so sad to pack this dress up and send it back. Rent this dress!!

I ordered a 2L and a 4R since they didn't have a 2R. The 2L was way too long, I'm 5'5". The 4R wasn't much larger than the 2L in regards to the bodice, so I wore the 4R. I was worried about the straps and criss cross on the front and if that would lay right and look ok and it did! I was super comfortable and the bottom was very light and flowy, so i had no difficulty dancing the night away!

I'm glad I went with my normal size instead of listening to the other reviews and doing a size smaller. The 4R was just too tight on the ribcage. The 6R fit my 29 inch waist perfectly. Its a very pretty dress, but it is not 2 different pinks like how RTR shows. The flap on the front also sits a little weird sometimes, but I'm still extremely happy with my choice!

Pros: Gorgeous Color, Length Cons: Length (you might end up stepping on it if you're not careful. It is VERY LONG). I usually wear a size 6 or 8 but the waist was pretty loose. I could've probably gone for a 4.

I liked this dress a lot and got many compliments. The color is great too. I worried that the skirt would be unflattering but it actually was slimming. Three things to know about this dress: you either need a backless bra or no bra, the material on the top section is a little pilled but looks fine in photos, the L is very long! I kept tripping and I am 5'10.

This dress wasn't quite what I was expecting. The color is actually almost the same thing on the top and bottom. I'm so thankful for the free sample of fashion tape from RTR as it was needed. The back of the dress is completely open so I didn't wear a bra and needed the tape to anchor the front cross strap. Got tons of compliments! Fun and flowy to dance all night. At 6 feet tall, I had to wear flats with the size 6L and it skimmed my shoes. I wish the waist on the size 8 was smaller and heels would have made this a showstopper!

This dress was super comfortable (need a backless bra). It was a very fun and pretty dress, but SUPER long on me. (I knew this when I rented it, but I loved the color so much!!) I wore 4" heels and it was still dragging on the floor. I was able to lift a part of the dress under the waist seam, but it fell out most of the time. Just held the dress up when it was time to walk and dance! I loved this dress, just wish it came in a petite length.

I wore this to a Valentine's Day Mardi Gras ball. The pink is bright but not neon. It took me a while to choose between gold or silver jewelry because both looked so great. I'm 5'7". 1" heels raised this dress perfectly so that I could dance and walk around all night long. It's possible to pull this off without a bra. I like that spandex is not required. The bottom flows around the hips nicely. This is an ideal dress for those who are self conscious on the bottom. I know the strap in the front doesn't lay flat but I liked the added touch. It looks artsy, not like I purchased an ill fitting dress.

Dress was beautiful. It's a little large in the bust for smaller chested girls like me, but looks great anyway. Perfect length for a shorter heel.

The top of the dress was quite large in the shoulders- could have taken it up a few inches to help. I think it's made for someone with a long torso which is not me!

The bust of the dress ran a little big. But they overnighted me a size that worked perfectly. Very helpful speaking to the stylist. I would defiantly recommend this dress! I am 5"4' and wore 2 inch heels and it was the perfect length.

This was my first RTR dress. It was a test run for my brother's wedding in August (where I'll be a bridesmaid) and I wanted to get used to the process. This dress immediately caught my eye because of the color -- It just popped on the model in the photo. When I first got the dress, it didn't look like much on the hanger but when I put it on and we were out and about, it looked great. I wore this to a friend's wedding and I got multiple compliments throughout the night. Usually, I would say I'm a six but really my size varies so much between brands that I have no clue what size I actually am. Designers are so inconsistent these days. Anywho, I got the 4R and 6R (after double-checking and consulting with a RTR stylist -- very helpful!) -- Tried the 4 on first and didn't even bother with the 6 b/c it would have been too big. The length was perfect with ~3" heels. The only other thing I'd like to address with this dress, that the other ladies have mentioned, is the panel that crosses the bust that doesn't exactly lay flat. It looks like it does on the model but it doesn't in real life. Mine didn't, but it looked okay as you can see from the pic.

I ordered the 2L and 4L (I'm 5'7") and it was a toss up, but I went with the 2, mainly because it was brand new and looked nicer than the 4, which had been poorly pressed. I really liked this dress: it was elegant and comfortable. I received a lot of compliments on it. It was obviously a more formal gown, , but the color and flowy fit kept it from being too stuffy. I think you could order regular length and wear flats with no one knowing, the long hit the ground on me with heels on. The color was gorgeous in person. The fit on the top was a little weird, I loved the open back, but the uneven front looked good from some angles, but awkward from others. All in all I really liked this dress and would recommend it.

Great dress, its a lot more dress than I expected, very flowy and fun to dance it, however Super Long! I couldn't take my heels off in fear that I would trip over it. Also the front is kind of weird how it lays on your chest. I used some double sided sticky tape to hold it down. Back is awesome! Need backless bra or sticky boobs.

Not my favorite RTR dress but probably my own fault. Pink was a little much for a winter formal event. The 2L was a great length but still a little big in the chest area. Loved the low back. In front, where the strap crossed it got a little bunchy- two sided tape may have helped. Skit was flow-ey and fun to dance in.

I was in love with the pink color! It's a much prettier pink in person, not red at all. It was so big though. I wore a 0R and it felt like a 4. I emailed RTR to exchange, but seeing it was almost NYE there wasn't much to pick from so I wore it anyways. The front lays sort of weird, but I'm not sure if that was because it was too large. This is the first dress I've had an issue with not fitting, so it may just be that this designer runs larger. I wore 5 inch heels and it was perfect length wise. I wore this to a NYE party, but I think you could also wear it to a more formal or casual event. The pink makes it fun!

I got a 4 Regular and 6 long, the 4 was too short for heels so I wore flats, since the 6 long was too large in the bust and VERY long, still too long with heels. The reason I chose the dress was the color, but the colors are not as vivid in person as they appear on the model. The top and bottom are basically the same color, and the top is poorly designed, gaping and odd. The back is pretty though. I think the dress was pretty but the top-front was disappointing.

Rented the 12P since I am 5'4" and the length was perfect even with 3 inch heels. Top was a bit big but not too much to go a size down. Very comfortable, worn to a formal wedding all day/night. Skirt is pleated and very flowy, great for dancing!

Loved this dress. I am 5'3 and wore the petite. It was just the right length with 3inch heels. Flattering cut. Many people complimented me on the dress. Wore it to a black tie wedding. I am smaller on top so the 2 seems to be about true to size in a fit and flare style dress.

This dress fit much better than I expected. I wore 3.5 inch heels and it just brushed the ground. The color is different than in the picture - it is more all pink rather than two toned as it looks in the picture although the skirt is a little bit darker than the top. It was slightly loose on top and I had to pin the back to tighten it a little bit. Overall gorgeous dress!

I rented the 10 and 12 - I went with the 10 because the top seemed a little more secure. I got so many compliments all night long! It is true that the colors are slightly less different in person than in the picture but it was still a noticeable change between the two shades. The flap on the front did stand out a bit but nothing Hollywood tape couldn't handle. LOVED this dress and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The 6R fit perfectly with a backless bra, the top would have been slightly big without one. Frankly, the 4R fit too but had a much more fitted top. The dress was the perfect length and grazed the ground with 3 1/2 in. heels. Loved, loved this rental!

Wore this to a fundraiser gala, truly a beautiful dress. I wore the 4R with 2.5 inch heels and it hit the floor perfectly, I am 5'5". The 6 was a little big, I usually wear a 6 so I would say it runs true to size/maybe a little big. The top details are so pretty, the skirt is just the right amount flowy to be flattering and yet quite comfortable. I had to use some fashion tape to get the top to lay right, so may want to have some on hand! Would definitely rent this dress again. Color is gorgeous, more pink on pink than the model picture looks.

This dress is amazing. It is super comfortable. The two different shades of pink are gorgeous and make for a very unique dress. You just want to dance with the skirt, its so flow and you just keep twirling. I would definitely recommend this dress. If you are going to get a back-up size I would recommend going a size down.

This dress is great! As other reviewers said, it really isn't two-toned like it appears on the model. But it's a vibrant pink and so comfortable. You will need sticky boobs or to go bra-less, but the deep V in the back is to tasteful and sassy. The folds on the top were a little loose, but a safety pin fixed that with no problem. I received so many compliments on this dress and it was so easy and comfortable to wear. I would definitely rent it again!

This dress was the replacement sent to me when my original choice was no longer available and I absolutely loved it! The RTR staff was so helpful. I wore a size 2 which I was worried would be too tight on me however it was actually too loose in the waist. I put a belt I already owned with it and it was perfect. The skirt was not pleated all the way down like in the model photos, it was more like chiffon and just pleated at the waistline. Overall I loved this dress!

Honestly, I had better expectations from this dress. Don't take me wrong I did read the reviews on how the skirt wasn't the color and how the pleats weren't as marked as the model's picture. When it arrived the size I ordered ran large and it didn't seem to fit well nor compliment my body, still I added a shiny belt and it really made the difference! I made the most of this dress throughout the night and my friends loved it :) and RTR's service was the best.

This dress definitely runs large- I normally wear between and 2/4 and I went with the zero. Although the top and bottom colors didn't contrast as much as I had expected, I loved it! Very elegant ! I received compliments all night.

I loved the pretty pop of pink--perfect color! The fit, however, was a little off. I ordered a 4R (which is the size I normally wear in RTR dresses) but this one was big on me - the 2R would have fit perfectly. Something else to consider--the top portion of this dress is long. I thought since I have a fairly long torso, it would fit perfectly but I was wrong. This dress would work best for taller women.

This was definitely a last minute rental right here! I loved the colors on me. The sash part at the top was annoying and I tried to fix it with double sided tape but that didn't help. You definitely need a bra that can work for a backless dress or don't wear one at all. It was long still being a petite, but wasn't too bad. I wore it for a Christmas work party! The theme was James Bond, but the other two dresses I rented that would have really gone with the theme didn't work out so this was my last resort! I'm also btw 7 months preggo in this picture! It was hard to figure out what would fit my bump, but I had a great time though! I'm usually between a size 6-8 when I'm not pregnant!

The only con was the second strap that crossed did not lay as flat as I would have liked. I am 5'7 with fairly broad shoulders but, the 4 was still a bit large there. If my bust was bigger, it may have made it more comfortable.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the dress is not actually a colorblock dress. The top and bottom are very similar in color. The bottom is fuchsia rather than a deep red. The fabric on top is more cottony and less shiny than the model photo suggests. A slight drawback is that the top layer of the top would not stay put. Maybe my torso wasn't long enough for the dress. I tried to use fashion tape to keep it down, and I used bobby pins to shorten the left strap. However, you can still see the awkward flap in my photo and in other reviewers' photos as well. I am 5'4", and the length was about right with 4" heels. I did have to pick up the dress to go up and down stairs to avoid tripping, but that usually happens with floor-length dresses. There was a lot of fabric in the skirt, which made it fun to walk and dance in. As a final note, I was really impressed with the service I received from RTR. I originally ordered 2 dresses with a backup size for one. One of the sizes I requested wasn't available, and RTR emailed me to ask me to email 5 backup options. They sent me 2 of the ones I requested and a 3rd that a RTR designer selected. This was one of the backups.

This dress is vibrant, airy and so fun to wear! I opted against the traditional white and wore it for one of my bridal showers. The color is phenomenal! It's slightly "princessy" but not over the top. I LOVED the asymmetry of the top, that's what makes this dress unique. I feel like it runs slightly large and if you are smaller busted you would be fine to size down. I wore flat sandals and the dress hit the ground perfectly but didn't drag. As soon as you put this dress on you will have the urge to twirl! This is a very fun dress and if you want to stand out you will definitely accomplish that!

It was a bit long even with 4 inch high heels, the bust was a bit big too. It was beautiful though, and I got a ton of compliments.

Fit true to size. I am 5'9'' without heels and definitely glad I had the Long. Very easy to zip and up and I loved the dramatic back. You 100% need a bra in order to give the front part the correct shape- I got one of the stick on bras from VS. I needed to add a belt and felt it gave me a better waist- most likely depends on your body type though. Had fun dancing in it all night. Only disappointment is that the pleating is gone from the skirt due to drying cleaning. RTR should fix this issue.

Wish I could have ordered the size 6 as it was definitely a little big in the top. Bottom is super flowy so basically needs to fit your bust area and you're good to go!:) the long was longer than expected which I actually liked as I was able to wear taller heels!
