I adored this dress!! It was so comfortable and I got no less than 3 compliments from random people at the wedding I attended. The bottom part is a little bell-like and poofs out but isn't huge or anything. It's got great pockets so I didn't even have to tote around a clutch for my phone and lipstick (who wants to carry a clutch when you want to dance all night?!) I would definitely rent this again, It's so pretty and the fit is very flattering.

I felt like the dress ran a tad big- I wore the size 4 which is what I usually wear, but if I had been a few pounds lighter I probably would have gone for the size 2. The dress was so fun, the skirt has a lot of pleating, especially in the butt area. It makes the skirt so full. I loved this and was very comfortable dancing in it. LOVE!

I rented this for an outdoor wedding. It ended up being a hot day and this dress was perfect. It was very lightweight and I loved the length and fit. I wasn't sure what size I'd wear because I just had a baby wasn't sure how much weight I'd have lost by the time of the wedding. I went by other women's height and weight to determine my size and it was a perfect fit. I still have extra weight in my hips and butt and this dress concealed it perfectly. I didn't want to return this one!

The dress looked great and I received many compliments on it. I am tall so I decide to wear black flat ballet style shoes. It was the perfect match. I think the fit was a little tight for a 4 but I fit in it fine. You may consider going up a size for your second option instead of down.

Unfortunately the dress was at least a full size too big around the bust and waist, but I loved it so much I wore it anyway. Totally my fault, I lost weight before it arrived. Love love love this dress! Hopefully I can rent it again soon in the 4.

I rented this dress in order to go prancing around my farm lip-synching Taylor Swift's "Wonderland" song on video and to celebrate what seemed to be the official transition from winter to spring (see pic). First time I tried this on during an appointment in an RTR store in NYC, I immediately thought "Alice in Wonderland" because of the unusually full skirt (which sticks out WITHOUT any layers of tulle or other fabric underneath, so please wear booty shorts for going up stairs, etc) and the three interesting sheer lines near the hem. VERY unique! The dress runs quite large so you need to size down at least one full size. Elegant slender straps which don't fall off your shoulders. Easy to prance in. Has subtle bits of beautiful blue in the pattern and the interior color of the fabric that you see when you put it on is a gorgeous blue-teal. The zipper is a breeze! Easy for me to wear without a bra, too. I'm looking forward to renting this again in a size 2!

I thought it ran a little large. Usually I am a 4 but I decided that the 2 fit be better in the chest. I have a small chest so I feel like this dress could work to larger or smaller chested women. The fabric is beautiful! Several people that I didnt know came up to be to tell me how pretty my dress was. Would rent this again!

Fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 6 or 8 and the 6 was the only one available for my dates so I took the risk and the fit was perfect. I'm on the shorter size so it was the perfect length. I was a little worried about it it would be too short in the back because I have a bigger butt but the fit was beautiful. It was classy and the perfect length.

The fit was good. It was a tad but tight in the bust area. (I'm a 36 dd) so if you're on the busty side proceed with caution.

I rented both the 4 and 6, and they both fit, but I went with the 6 for a little more room up top. I'm a 34DD and the bodice of the dress runs a bit small. I loved the print and silhouette of this dress. Plus, it has pockets! I got so many compliments! It was perfect for a friend's April wedding. Because I'm only 5'0, I was nervous that this style would make me look shorter, but all was fine with a pair of high and strappy heels. I highly recommend this dress! Wish I didn't have to send it back.

I can wear anything from a 2-6 so I ordered a 4 and 6. I ended up wearing the 4 as it fit a little more snug around bust. No con's...I loved this dress! So many compliments!

This dress is so gorgeous! I wore it for my engagement photo shoot and I must say it photographs beautifully. I will say, I am really busty (36 DDD) so it did not fit quite as well as I would have liked it to, but it was not overly noticeable. Overall, I felt extremely classy and sexy in this dress

This was my first Rent the Runway experience and it was AMAZING! I rented this dress for my work's fundraising gala, and got compliments all night! It came on time, in an adorable garment bag (what a great touch)! I have an 8 month old, so I'm still working on getting back to my pre-baby size, and am between a size 8 & 10. The 10 fit perfectly on its own, but 8 was perfect with some Spanx on underneath. I was super comfy all night!! Plus, LOVED the pockets - people we super impressed with that. I will definitely be ordering again and again!!!

This is my first time renting from RTR and I couldn't be more pleased. I loved wearing this dress and wish I could keep it. Super cute and fun for a rehearsal dinner. I am in between sizes right now (4 and 6) but based on other reviews, I ordered the 4 and it fit well. By the end of the night, it was a little tight in the waist (too much food!) but I think the 6 would have been too big. Such a cute dress!

Loved the fit, true to size! My only concern, the straps were a bit loose but overall, just perfect! Sad I had to return it!

My first RTR experience & this dress did not disappoint! Perfect for a formal event and the pattern keeps it fun & stands out! I got a size 0 & 2 and although there wasn't a huge difference in the waist fit, the top (straps) was a little too loose in the 2 so I went with the 0. So happy I rented this one!

What an amazing dress, I was so sad to have to return it. Upon reading reviews I thought the 4 would definitely work for me. However when I received it - it was slightly big on top, the straps could fall down. The 2 fit perfectly, nice and snug and poofed out the perfect amount. The metallic sheen is beautiful and the floral print is truly unique. I received so many compliments. Would most certainly recommend this dress.

Loved this dress! I just had a baby, so was wanting something that was flattering to my midsection. The dress is fitted throughout the midsection, but full in the hips which created a nice shape- however, for this reason I was glad that I got the 8 as well. The mesh detail on the bottom of the dress created a really nice look, as I needed to wear tights because of the freezing temps!

I rented this dress for my cousin's wedding. I got the 0 as my back-up size and ended up wearing it, as the dress runs a little large. Agree with reviews that the chest is a little snug, but being an A, it didn't matter much for me. As for the length, I'm 5'3" and it hit a few inches above the knee. The pockets were a great feature. The dress is beautiful, and I felt great wearing it. Also, since the colors are a bit iridescent, it photographs very well. I received so many compliments on it throughout the night. I wish I owned this dress!

This dress is gorgeous, easy to wear (no strapless bra needed) comfy and really stands out among the tons of black dresses at the holiday party I wore it to. I would suggest you get you second size smaller instead of larger- I'm normally between a 4 and a 2 and the 2 was a tiny bit big. You can see in the photo it's a tiny bit short compared to the model, but I am tall (5'9") and it wasn't too short to be unwearable. I got tons of compliments and wish I could wear it all the time.

I received compliments on this dress all night and had a lot of fun wearing it. The pattern and colors are perfect for a party atmosphere and would be very appropriate at a wedding as well. I won't rent a dress that requires special undergarments and my everyday bra worked perfectly under this dress. I am a size 0 or 2 depending on the designer and I found the 0 fit very well, though somewhat snugly over the bust. I think if I had a more ample but I would have worn the size 2. The dress was very comfortable and was easy to move in. The bubble skirt with the fun translucent details along them hem are great! I would highly recommend this dress to anyone as it looked great with very little effort.

I absolutely love this dress!! I was drawn to the unique details at the bottom of the dress. The design wasn't too flashy but it was different enough that I stood out in the crowd. I received compliments all night, not only that it was a beautiful dress but where did I get it from? Great for the dance floor since the style was flowy. The fit for me was a bit loose on top because I have a smaller bust, but I fixed this by using clothes pins on the straps. Other than that, the dress was perfect, the length was just right for my height. I felt like a million bucks. I would definitely rent this dress again.

I usually am right in between an 8 and 10 for dresses. The 10 was far too hug but the 8 was a little snug in the bust: overall worked out though! Loved it and got a ton of complements at a charity dinner.

This dress was absolutely amazing!! The colors were even brighter in person and it had a metallic sheen to it. I had no trouble with the zipper at all. The pleating of the dress made it big and poofy at the bottom and it even had pockets! I paired the dress with a metallic gold choker style necklace, black lace up heels and a leather jacket it to make it edgier. This is my third RTR rental and they have not failed me yet!

I fit into the size 4 but it didn't have enough room for my chest so I decided to go with the size 6, which gave ma little more room. The dress has a lot of volume and was a good length for me even though I'm shorter than average.

Super adorable, loved the pockets, I liked that it was fitted through the bodice and then went fit and flare for the skirt. I loved that it felt super feminine and girly with the big skirt and I paired it with some open toe booties to give it a little edge...

The dress was gorgeous! People were complimenting me from the minute I walked out of the hotel room on the way to the wedding. It is a little bit poofier than it looks in the photo but very comfortable and easy to dance in. Perfect for a fall or winter wedding and looked great with a light leather jacket over it on the way in. Unique and amazing!

I wore a 2. I probably should have got the second size a 0 instead of a 4. I found out it had pockets at the end of the night. You'll be sure to stand out in this one :)

This dress was amazing. The fit was wonderful. Form fitting at the top with just enough poof. I got compliments all night long. The print is much more obvious in person but in a good way. The colors are gorgeous and give you tons of options for jewelry and shoes. Wish I could have kept it!

The fit was perfect. As if made just for me. I'm 5'8" and a size 6 in most brands. Probably best for modest bust like mine. Can go day or night event. -- There is some navy in it, but my blk shoes worked great.

I've rented probably a dozen RTR dresses in the past couple of years, and this was definitely my favorite. The fit was super flattering and the colors/lace on the bottom were beautiful. Unfortunately I had to wear tights (the wedding was outside, in WI, in October), but they still worked w/ the dress. I also fit into the size 4, but it was a little snug. I'd say go a size down for the backup.

Be prepared for poof! I loved this dress. It was so much fun to wear and dance in and I got tons of compliments (serious ones). The top fit very well (note, there's no stretch), the waist was a little loose and the poof was adorable. The print is lovely and the black detailing at the bottom is very cool. I also got Mystery Bling, so Rent the Runway sent me the necklace, which is the Slate & Willow Moonstone Necklace. It was also a hit. Get the Mystery Bling, it's so fun!
