This dress was originally rented for a wedding but was so flattering that I could easily toss a jacket or cardigan over it and make it work appropriate. I'm about 5'5" and this hit me knee-length, as well. I love the edges and the style made my waist seem even smaller. It is a beautiful fabric that is flattering and comfortable. I only wish that this dress had pockets but otherwise, it is a fabulous find.

I rented this as an "extra" dress. I wore it to work on casual Friday then went straight to the airport to catch a flight to Florida. Looks great with heels or flip flops. Beautiful color, fitted waistline, would love to own it!

This color is absolutely fabulous. The dress itself is very cute, but runs a little long in the torso, so I would recommend sizing down in your backup. Everywhere else it felt perfect though - definitely a great and easy party dress!

Liked this dress a lot! I was nervous that the waist was going to hit me too low, but it was perfect! I wore it to the Staff Ball for the Inauguration, which didn't declare how formal the dress should be. There was a mix of long gowns and shorter party dresses, so I felt really comfortable in a nice knee-length dress. I usually wear a 4 or 6, but after hearing that this dress ran large I took a gamble and got the 2 and the 4. So glad I did, as I the 2 ended up being perfect!!

I loved this dress. I actually own it now, I bought it when it was on sale. It is SUPER flattering for multiple body types due to the gold panels on the waist. I actually fashion taped them to the body of the dress (it's odd, they're only stitched on the back and the bottom) so that they wouldn't gape. However, due to the fabric of the dress this was SUPER easy and lasted all night, AND no one could tell. It looked great. I styled it very similarly to the model, but with open work booties and not pumps. I will definitely be wearing this dress multiple times, and I got so many compliments. I wore it to a family wedding where I didn't want to be "all clevage-y" and it was perfect. So, if you're looking for a super sexy dress, this isn't it. Also, definitely size down. I bought a 2, but 9/10 times I will wear a 4 in every other dress. Love it!

I really loved this dress and the way it fit. Like some other reviews, I thought the zipper was a little cheap, but overall the dress was still great. I did, however, have a few people tell me that from far away they thought I had bare skin showing where the gold panels are. Just a heads up to those of you who may be looking to wear it for a more formal affair.

The top was too large and I had to get the shoulders adjusted (I purchased it). It seems to be made for someone with a lot longer torso. Otherwise, the length was perfect.

The dress runs a tad big and is baggy in the front a little. I am a 6 in pants and usually an 8 in dresses with a higher neck line (due to my chest) but I wore a 6 in this dress. The 4 fit too but was a bit too short for me. The fabric has some stretch to it and the dress will stretch a little as you wear it. Beautiful color!

I loved the dress. It was lightweight and comfortable. The color is great and would compliment any skin color. I rented a necklace too but in most of the pictures the necklace had fallen underneath the top collar of the dress. It fit true to size I wear a 6 and wore a 6. In the pictures I took I will say it made me look bigger than I am so I am thinking next time I will get something a little more figure hugging.

This dress ran true to size and was very flattering if you are trying to hide your middle like me! I wore gold shoes and rented the statement necklace that appears with it. The only downside to this dress was it didn't have a true lining, but I wore Spanx and it that provided the right smooth appearance. The color is very pretty.

Order in small or extra small because it fits large

wore the dress with spanx because in the hips (i'm a little hippy) it would ride up but the spanx let it hang. the waist of the dress was lower than my natural waist which also didn't help with the riding up. this may have contributed to the top half feeling baggy in the back, which i read other people had said too but it was worse than what i thought it would be. ultimately this dress would be best on a less curvy taller woman. i did try the back up size of the 10 and it was too large. very cute dress though. and fun to stylize. paired with black suede and gold studded shoes. and black and gold jewelry.

This didn't fit at all. The upper part was huge and too much fabric, while the bottom fit well. I can't wear it and no size would fit properly.

The back was very, very loose. I felt uncomfortable all night about how the back didn't align properly. However, from the front, the dress looked fantastic and fit well for the most part. The size did run a little large.
