I wasn't sure how formal my friend's wedding would be, and this dress was the perfect fit! It is sophisticated but fun. I rented a clutch with this dress from RTR - tan and sparkly that matches perfectly with the color at the bust of the dress. The 2R fit perfectly, and I wore flats... double win.

I normally wear a size 6-8 in dresses so I ordered the 6L and 8L. I ended up wearing the 6L and it fit really well and the length was perfect which is normally hard for me to find! I didn't even try on the 8L since the 6L felt so good. The color really pops which I loved! The top part is more of an off-white gray color rather than bold white. The only thing that bothered me were the straps! They are really thin and kind of loose and kept falling off my shoulders but the dress still looked great! I'm hooked!

It was a beautiful dress! Not too long for those who aren't tall and don't want to wear heels. Fit amazing and is so comfortable!

Despite other reviews, I felt this ran fairly true to size. I am 6 feet tall and 145 pounds. I ordered the 0L and the 2L, ultimately going with the 2 so that it fit better in the butt. The 0 pulled a bit as it is fitted below the waist/in the upper thigh/butt region. For someone my height you MUST order the LONG. I wore this with flats and still could have used an inch or two in length. I'd definitely rent this again. Wish I owned it!! oh, and the white on the top isn't really white, it has a light grayish tint which is actually better. I was just pleasantly surprised.

Wore this to a summer wedding. Great fit. I ordered a 2R and 4R and ended up wearing the 2. A little long, but with heels it fell at just the right length. Straps don't hold the dress up, bust does - which was great. Could wear a strapless bra. Could not wear underwear - slightly see-through bottom. Color was beautiful. Caution: there were a few stains on the size 2R when it arrived.

I originally ordered a size four because I thought the dress might run small but tried the dress on at Saks and realized it is actually true to size. I would recommend this to busty girls who want to wear a strapless dress but can never find one that works. There is plenty of room in the top of the dress, although the pleats were a little weird, and the straps are so thin you hardly notice them. The only issues I had was that the straps were a bit too long and kept falling down and that the bottom of the dress was see-through. I wore a white slip underneath and that seemed to work okay.

Color: The top part is more of a cream. The photo made it look white, but it is more of a light cream color. Fit: I wore flats and I think that I might have been able to get around wearing a 4 regular, actually. It was probably 3 inches too long in flats. I ended up pulling the waist up to right under my bust and had the top part kind of pool over where I pulled it up. No one could notice and I got a ton of compliments on it. Overall: I loved this dress, its super elegant and the fabric is nice and sturdy. Super flattering!

I was very pleased with this dress, as it was quite beautiful as well as comfortable. The things to note are that there is no lining in this dress, so appropriate undergarments are a must. Also, the straps had a tendency to fall down a lot.

I ordered the 2L and 2, and the 2L was very long! The 2 fit okay everywhere, but was a bit tight in the bust, so I couldn't wear a bra with it. The color is great, and stood out among all of the navy and black formal gowns.

I am 5'8 and 135 lbs. I ordered both the 4R and the 6R. Typically I wear size 4 dresses, but I had to go with the 6R for the event. The 4R technically fit, however, there was a little bit of pull right in my hip area that I wasn't comfortable with, so I ultimately decided on the 6R. As others have commented, the straps sometimes do fall down, but its nothing major. I have a longer torso, so it may have fit me better than those that are shorter than me. I ended up wearing 2 in heels and again the Regular was perfect!

I rented this dress for a summer wedding. The dress runs true to size and was very flattering. I wore the dress in early July and wasn't too hot at all. It was perfect to wear with flats.

You would think this dress would be flowing because of the fabric content but it is fairly clingy and it acts more like a jersey then a silk. Also it is tight in the hips and I am such a crazy pear shape that I was swimming in the top and self conscious on the bottom. The straps are pretty long and I had to keep hiking them up.

The dress definitely worked really well, it was sheer and the pleats were a little weird. It was also hard with the underwear because the dress was sheer and almost every color could be seen underneath the dress. I'd recommend it but the straps were really thin, however it was true to size!

There are pleats along the natural waist that accentuate any stomach you might have. I was very excited to try this dress and essentially did not like the way it fit. I would suggest this to girls with a narrow, slim figure. So cute in pictures though !

Just an FYI, be sure to order a size up in this dress if you've got a little curve. The middle and hip area are fitted, and don't leave much wiggle room. Other than that, it was comfy to wear and classic to style to wear to a wedding. I stood out amongst all the LBDs. :)

The only reason I think it runs small is because I wore an 8R. I'm petite and don't have a small waist or a waist at all. I wore a corset underneath too to cinch me in. Everyone loved the color and I got tons of compliments. I felt like I was wearing a $500 silk dress. Beautiful and exactly like the picture. A must for a spring/summer fling.

A little snug through the bust. I ordered the long size, and it was perfect for my height (5'9").

I am 5'10", wore the 4R with flats and it just skimmed the floor. I got complements all night!

I loved this dress--I wore it at a wedding in the summer, with an outdoor evening reception at a botanical garden. With some nude peep-toe leather wedges, it was good to go! I wore a nude strapless bra underneath, but you have to be careful with underwear--it has to be skin-toned and show absolutely no panty lines, because almost everything showed under it. It was a little tight in the hips--I probably should have worn one size up.

I recieved so many complements on this dress at the wedding I went to this past weekend. I have fair skin and the dress still looked fantastic! Very impressed with the quality : )

Loved the dress! No lining on skirt though so you have to wear nude underwear. My measurements: 33.5 Bust - 28.5 Waist - 37 H ips. I'm just under 5'10" and wore flats with it and it just above the floor. Got a lot of compliments - definitely recommend!

The reviews are right that it sits really snug across the lower stomach/hips. I am 5'9" and even with wedges on it just about touched the floor so it is a really long dress. The color was gorgeous and it was a really cute dress!

Flattering and true-to-size fit, rented for outdoor music festival and wine tasting. Forgiving fit in the hips/waist but slightly tight at the bust. Perhaps a bit long with flats (even for me at 5'6"), but a very comfortable rental that garnered compliments.

Runs a bit small. I normally wear a 2 and barely got the 4 zipped up. Once I did, it looked great!

As the photo indicates, it's very long so be prepared to wear very tall heels, unless you're 5'10". The bust seemed a little small and I'm not a busty girl, but otherwise it was very comfortable and I got lots of compliments.

Dress was a fun coral/pink color and i received lots of compliments. was perfect from the Brooklyn wedding i attended. The dress ran long so even with very high heels i was a little worried that it would drag or i would trip on it when dancing. fabric is sheer so you have to wear nude underwear in order for it not to show through. overall great dress and very comfortable to wear.

This gown is BEAUTIFUL. The silk is really high quality, and the coral is stunning. The top portion is more gray than white, which surprised me, but I still loved it. I am 5'3" and had to wear 4" platform wedges for the dress not to drag the ground. I wish I owned it!

RTR does such a great job getting the dresses delivered on time and in perfect condition (one of mine even had the tags still on it!). I really liked this dress for my prom in May. The only reason I can't give this five stars is because the folds in the top of the dress are a lot more prominent in the dress than in the picture. At first this bothered me, but I decided still to wear the dress and ended up really loving it. The dress is a great color and a very comfortable material and I definitely recommend it!!

This dress did not fit my body type. The straps kept falling down and eventually I got so aggravated I tucked them in. I felt it pulled a little too much around my hip area and made me look like I have a belly when I really don't. I wore a size 4 and don't think the 6 would have been any better. The color was pretty, a little more pink than coral. The look of the dress fit the event I attended, I just didn't love it.

Color and fabric were nice. I could not wear heels with this so get the long size or plan to wear flip flops!

I got a lot of compliments on this dress, but it is a little odd, fit-wise. I'm a true 8 and it fit just fine, but if you have a chest, I would recommend a strapless bandeau-type bra that compresses. The length was perfect, and the color was gorgeous but, honestly, there was nothing overall or in particular that made me love it.

It's pretty and safe. I never wore it to the wedding since my boobs didn't fit. I could not comfortably zip the dress over my breasts. It's pretty and would be nice on someone with a smaller chest. I rented it for a beach wedding in the caribbean and wanted to wear it with flats. At 5'6" it was too long for sandals but too short for wedges. If you're less than a C cup it would work but anything bigger (I'm 34d) and you're out of luck.

This was sent to me as a backup for another dress that I ordered and could not be delivered. It was completely the wrong look for my event, as in my opinion this is a little to light weight and summery for a black tie event. I was looking for something with rich color and bold, something edgy. This came and it was a R length which also made it way too short for me. Had to wear a dress I owned for the event.

The dress looked great, but it does hug around the midsection. I would recommend ordering your usual size and a size up.

This was my first choice for a black-tie gala in June, and when I pulled it out of the garment bag I was excited because the colorblocking was amazing. On though, 2 issues ultimately made me decide to wear my back up option (Theory's Runway Purple Bandit Gown- love it)1) the pleating on the bust was a construction detail designed for smaller busts than mine, even in the larger size... it just wasn't flattering. 2) waistline also wasn't flattering, really brought attention to a body part I would like to distract from! Overall the silhouette wasn't meant for me, I got a little over-zealous looking at Chantelle model it!

Liked this dress, but I am small on top with a little more action below, so the dress was too tight around my hips/butt area and baggy on top. This isn't abnormal for my body type, but I wouldn't have thought the hips to be fitted from looking at the pictures. Lovely fabric and color.
