Rented for cocktail event. Perfection on the show stopping front. Loved the sleeves. Definitely size up two sizes at minimum. I sized up three to accommodate for length.

It was too tight in the hips when created a super weird and unflattering bunching in the stomach area. A shame because it’s cute otherwise. I’ll try again in a larger size.

This dress is so fun but it has no stretch, runs very small (I sized up but pear shaped and dress is straight.) the arms were too long so i can only imagine them if I’d sized up even further. The chest was baggy. All in all i give it 4 stars because it’s made well and very beautiful but the sizing isn’t made for my body. Boo. I *might* try this one again in a larger size but bummed out and not confident it would work. Only reason I’d consider trying again though is because i have a membership so not paying one-time rental price…

I have small arms and shoulders, but the sleeves and chest/shoulders were tight. Ended up being bearable for a short evening out. Since the body of the dress is a sheath cut, I would go up a size to accommodate the tightness of the fabric up top.

Puffed up sleeves and just the perfect length to wear on a date night. Metallic color is fierce!

I would've liked to wear a 6, but the 8 was the only one available. I feel like the bigger size resulted in a more boxy fit. Overall, this dress was great for a wedding.

I received so many compliments wearing this at an engagement party. I felt beautiful. Runs a tad tight in the sleeve hem but fitted like a glove otherwise. I wish I had a full body shot to capture it. Highly recommended

This dress is gorgeous. Very fitted! I wore a 2 and couldn't lift my arms above my head. Not for dancing- perfect for a cocktail party. This dress is fully lined and has a really high shine without being itchy On the inside or out. If you are large-chested our broad shoulders, definitely order up a size.

Rented this for a 40th bday party at a nightclub but decided on a different dress because I felt like it was difficult to raise my arms up in the air - the top was too tight which is strange for me bc normally the bottom is too tight if anything. Photo is without spanx, if I had opted to wear it I definitely would have worn with spanx

Hoping to wear to my bridal shower but just didn't fit quite right. Sleeves are too big in the shoulders and length. Length of dress though was perfect. Otherwise the fit just seemed a bit off.

I really liked the fit of this dress. It wasn't too tight anywhere and had enough length that I could put my arms up without flashing anybody. Definitely a fun dress for a night on the town.

This dress was beautiful but definitely not made for curvy girls like myself. I have a pear shape so this was a little too tight on my bottom. This would be an awesome dress for someone with a slender figure. The material was beautiful.

This dress was beautiful but like most dresses it wasn't really made for taller females. If you're comfortable with a shorter dress as I am this is perfect. It's definitely made for a straight frame and runs small along the chest. Overall I'd rent it again.

Very shimmery in person and very cute. Way tight on the hips for all my curvy girls. I am a 28/29 in jeans and sized up to an 8 and it still didn’t fit my hips, and the top was getting too big for a larger size. Wished it had worked!

Beautiful dress, but it runs small in the chest area. I felt like the focus then shifts on how squeezed your boobs look.

I'm 161lbs and 5'6". Days I'm not used to my current weight yet so it was a bit too small in the arms and shoulders. Couldn't zip it up. Also, there was visible damage with random frayed silver threads sticking out from the fabric from multiple wears. Well taken care of, but not as I'd hoped. The next size up from a 10 would have been nice, I'm sure that would have been super cute.

Wore this dress for my company holiday party. I had a baby 3 months ago so I wasn't as sure how the sizes and cuts I would normally go for would fit. This was the right choice. It was fun and flashy and didn't hug in all the right places, but also didn't just hang on my body like a big bag. A bit of a poof on the shoulders give this dress a little more character and style and the shimmer is really beautiful - more than just a regular sequin dress, has a delicate texture to it. I does run a little on the small side so size up slightly. Was able to wear a regular bra and Spanx underneath with no problem.

This was a backup dress for me, but I'm glad I chose it. It fit my perfectly, but I do have small shoulders, a small bust and long arms (so I'd agree with the other reviews on fit). It was so cute! I felt a little like Lady Gaga with the sparkle and the puffed sleeves, but it was fun. The length was a perfect mini. I got tons of compliments all night long!

Super shiny material (looks much shinier in real life), great fit, however arms were VERY restrictive. Tried on both 4 and a 6 and couldn't put my coat on. Worked for a cocktail party, but if you are planning on dancing or being at all active, size up.

It's tight across the chest and in the arms. It doesn't allow for a lot of movement but it's very pretty!

Really loved this dress but Unfortunately came too late for me to wear to my New Years Party. really fun dress, what a disappointment. Wish I'd gotten to wear it.

Fit, fabric, everything about this dress is divine. Wish it was a hair longer.

The fabric has a gorgeous shimmer to it - it’s much more vibrant and memorable in person. It fits a bit small and is short. I’d size up on the backup size. It’s also a bit snug around the shoulders but it wasn’t a problem for me.

The dress is gorgeous. Great material and perfect for the fall. However, I am so glad I got a bigger size. I am normally a 8/10 but I wore the 12 and it was still tight in the hips and butt. The material bagged a little in the front giving a little pooch in the belly area but if you stand up straight it is ok. You will def stand out in this dress. I received a ton of compliments even from strangers.

Did not fit in the breast area but may try to size up next time.

Cons- not stretchy, probably will need help zipping it all the way up like I did. Not that breathable, so if you sweat a lot- watch out.

I needed the 6 for the bust area but normally a 4 so really a tad big - but it is a conversation piece!

Shiny, bright and statement dress for a holiday party. Runs small - ordered my same two sizes and went with the 4. The arms are fitted and you cannot lift them high. I would not recommend for a dancing evening due to the fit and stiffness of the fabric. But perfect for cocktails standing around a party or sitting at a dinner table.

There is no shape to the dress, and the shoulders are a lot more raised than the picture reveals.
