Got this dress from the rent the runway store in Georgetown after my original dress choice didn't work out. I was initially concerned that it was too daytime-y for my work cocktail party at the Smithsonian but it worked out wonderfully. The back is beautiful and really makes the dress. The piping is actually a cream color compared to the whiteness of the dress but I thought that it looked great. The fabric also makes the dress a lot nicer than a casual sundress. Would absolutely rent again!

The straps dug in a big at the shoulders but it was a lovely dress. Even my guy friends noted how nice it was (which they never do). Loved it!

I also wore this for my wedding after party. The back is the best part. I didn't wear a bra and it wasn't see through. It was very comfortable too.

I simply loved the back on this dress. It hits just above the knee on me and the fit is perfect. Its easy to move, dance, sit, stand, etc. The straps have hooks to keep your bra strap from moving around, which makes wearing a regular bra completely feasible. I will warn that it's not completely white. The trim was stark white, but the dress is slightly ivory. I loved the way that it looked!! The zipper on both the 4 & 6 were stubborn, but completely workable. Would certainly rent again!!

Loved the color, fabric and trim of this dress. It fit true to size and like a glove. It was beautiful and Perfect for a graduation party!

I wore this dress to work and it definitely helped me feel confident during my presentation. Loved that it had pockets and went perfectly with the necklace! Being that I'm short it came a little below the knee, so heels were a must, but other than that no complaints.

This is the cutest little summer dress - love the cutouts! Definitely runs large though, size down for a snug waist and a shorter length!

I ordered the size 4 and it fit well, but I ended up wearing my backup size 2 simply because the waist fit just a tiny bit better. Very pretty and comfortable :). Received lots of compliments!

LOVED this dress! I rented it for my bridal shower and got tons of compliments. I wore the 2 which is small for me and it fit perfectly which was good because the 4 had a hole by the zipper and wouldn't zip, open or close! The back is the coolest part! The only regret I have is that I didn't wear my hair up so that everyone could really see the cool back detail/cut-outs. It's on the longer side for us petite girls, but the illusion bottom works and makes it seem shorter than it is. It was super comfortable, and had pockets!!!

This dress was nice. The back has beautiful detailing. If you are smaller busted it may run a little big in the chest. I ended up not wearing it but just because of the fit.

I had originally ordered a size 8 but was really happy I had a size 6 as the backup so I could wear that. It was true to size and very comfortable. The inner lining protected from the slightly scratchy fabric of the dress. My only very minor complaint was that the zipper was a little difficult to get on by myself. Luckily I had my fiancé there to help me out! I would definitely recommend this dress for a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or any wedding related event!

Fits very true to size, heavier material. Wore to mothers day dinner. Comfortable And the back is super cute. I hated the seam at the chest....makes a weird pucker two inches above where your nipple would be. Wore a nubra with it since the back wont allow a strapless

I rented this to wear to my rehearsal dinner and rented a 6 and 8. I have a full bust (34DDD) and couldn't not zip the 6 through my chest and the 8 was still very tight. The material is thick and does not have much give in the top. Definitely size up if you have a larger chest. I was able to hide the tight fit by covering it up with a sweater. Otherwise I loved the dress and got several compliments.

Received this dress as a back-up option when my original rental was unavailable. Wore it to my bridal shower and received tons of compliments! RTR's customer service is beyond amazing!

This dress was perfect for a summer party when I had to come directly from work. Wore it with a light sweater to work, and then took the sweater off to show off the back for the party. Great for outdoor events!

Flattering fit; easy to wear with a bra. I did not have any problem with the seam at the bust mentioned in one of the other reviews. Length-wise on the longer side; I wore it to two fairly formal occasions where I wanted to look more conservative--but the really fun back keeps it from looking boring!

The Dress fit perfect except a little tight and low cut in the bust other then that very pretty!

The zipper was so worn out I could barely get the dress to zip and was almost without anything to wear to my event at the last minute!

Normally I am a 2, but I am glad that RTR shipped me the dress in 0 as well, as this runs a bit large. The dress is of good quality, and comes with shoulder snaps for bra straps which is a nice touch. The zipper on both dresses was a bit tough, so you might need help getting in. Not sure if this dress was cleaned before it was shipped to me, I couldn't tell if it was dirty or if that was the intended color. Nevertheless, it was quite nice!

The skirt in real life was a little fuller than the picture makes it look. So rather than a sleek modern look with at the cutouts, it was something else. . . Still cute, but not the look I was going for.

Dress looks different in person - the material is a bit different. Dress was a little off-white with sort of a cream trim. The "nipple" area was a bit off as well.

This dress was nice but a little longer then I like my dresses. I have really small calves and dresses below the knees make me look funny. Back is pretty, good material.

This is a great dress, with amazing details, but I didn't end up wearing it because of the "fake nipples" the bust gave me. I am a 34A, and even the bra couldn't disguise the awkward positioning of the pleat which gathers right in the middle of the bust. I wanted to wear this for my daughter's Christening, but knew that it would NOT photograph well. Maybe it would work better with a larger bust.

Unfortunately, the size that would have fit me, (12) had a damaged zipper. I called and RTR promptly sent another dress. Size 12's must have zipper issues because this is the THIRD time this has happened to me. Also, this dress is not bright white as I was expecting. It's more of an egg shell color, or a little bit grayish-white.

I am 5'7'', and this dress was very long and conservative looking. Would look great for a graduation or bridal shower brunch, but not for a day party or anything more fun. The fit was very large -- I could have gotten a 0, even though I usually wear a size 4. I also did not like the fabric -- I ended up returning the dress.

This dress is hilariously short. waist/shoulder/hip measurements are true to size, but you'd have to be no more than 5' tall to pull it off. waste and bosom are 10 inches too high.

I wore this dress for my bridal shower in August and it was absolutely perfect. I love back detailing and this dress does a good job of complimenting this area without being overly aggressive.

Really liked the photos and back cut. In person the material is a bit more like jersey so more on the casual side and color is a bit off white (almost gray). Otherwise fits as expected, and very cute designs and detail on the back and bottom.

This is a very pretty dress, simple and classy but not for a large chest. I am a 36DD and I could not get it zipped past my rib cage. If you are a cup size C or below this should fit.

It is a great dress! Yet it is showing its age.
